He's done two of our vehicles now and they look awesome. We started using his services after a recommendation from a friend. We have also recommended him to other friends. So, just from our circle of friends alone, he's gotten some good business. After he completed a job recently on our newest vehicle purchase, we asked him for a quote on matching the front windows of our truck to the back windows that were already tinted. He gave us a quote and expressed interest in the job. I contacted him about 5 days later to set up a time for him to come do the job. He did not reply to that text for 4 days. He finally told me which days he was available and I chose one and asked for verification that day would work. It has now been another 6 days and I STILL have not heard back from him. REALLY? GHOSTED? Someone who repeatedly gives you business, you ghost? If you have taken time off or don't want to do the job, a simple text or phone call stating so would have been sufficient and I would have moved on instead of wasting my damn time. read more

Saw the van while I was out for a jog. Talked to the guy and scheduled my Audi to have the windshield tinted 80percent to cut down on uv rays. The two men showed up and tinted my windshield in my garage. I let it sit for weeks to make sure it was dried. There are easily 100 pieces of dirt in my windshield and when I am facing the sun it makes it very difficult to see. I called them and they told me they would call me back to schedule them fixing it. No phone call back so I call them again. They schedule me for an appointment. They no showed to my appointment while I sat there for hours. They still have not called and it has been a couple weeks. Originally my review was not the greatest because they're was a ton of miss communication as far as pricing and which actual tint shades I wanted and the whole thing seemed very rushed. Now that time has passed and after washing my car more than enough times to notice, there are tiny little air bubbles that look like little white dots with either little specs of dirt or just plain air stuck in it. I posted a picture for reference. As far as customer service, it's not very nice for business owners/managers to belittle or demean their customers in any way because of an honest review.
