I have a new Crown Signia and protect it best I can. I knew it needed tinting and started reviewing all the Tinting places around Tracy and Manteca. I narrowed my choices down to two, one which was T1Detailing. When I called both entities, the customer service from James exceeded by far! For reference this is an '06 Silverado with factory tint on the rear windows. I decided to go with 15% on the rear as well as 25% on the front windows. I spent the extra money and got the ceramic tint and couldn't be happier. I have been riding around with this tint for a couple months and the weather hasn't been too hot so I can't confirm quite yet if the ceramic makes a huge difference in keeping out the heat. But I will say the overall work done and the customer service was top notch. I couldn't be happier with the way the tint turned out and I will definitely be back to get the windshield done as well as another car! read more

T1 detailing did an amazing job on my Hyundai Tucson. They had their work cut out for them, my back seat was covered in yogurt and go-go squeezes from my 5 year old. It had also been a while since I've gotten around to basic cleaning due to our hectic schedule. My center console had tons of crumbs and spills on it. Now my car looks just like it did the day I bought it. Now, anyone can come and do a mobile cleaning for a cheap price, however, they use a ton of chemicals that you end up breathing in after the detail is complete. One of the main reasons I chose T1 to do my car is that the owner, James, took the time to explain to me the exact process that was going to take place. He explained that he didn't use chemicals so after he was done, my child and I wouldn't be sitting in and breathing in a car full toxins. Another huge selling point for me was that he didn't use an oil base on my interior steering wheel, dash board etc. There's nothing worse than cleaning your car and you go to touch your steering wheel and it feels all greasy. They definitely don't do that here and it still looks fresh and new. James is extremely professional and takes the time to explain everything he's doing and why. It's worth the money and I'll be going back soon to have my exterior fixed from the rail dust that set in. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Just had my Mazda CX-5 detailed by James and his crew at T1Detailing! To say that my car looks better than New is an understatement! He "exfoliated" and applied a sealant to the exterior and did the wheels! He also buffed out some dog paw scratches and a few other spots. It shines like crazy!!! The inside has never looked as good either, and believe me it gets a lot of use and abuse with my dog, Home Depot runs and general wear and tear. James is a pleasure to work with (and a really nice man), he was right on time and called about an hour before the car was done with a finish time - who does that anymore?!?? James is awesome. If I would give him more stars I would. I had an accident in April 2021, took my car to a collision center in Modesto. During the accident a Red Bull was spilled all over interior, so major sticky mess. Was told my collision center not to worry, their "guy" would handle it. Ok, fast forward 13 days later, pick up car; sticky mess still in, on every surface of interior of car and god knows what kind of mold is growing from said red bull spill. Told by center not to worry bring car back in 2 weeks and it will be detailed. Ok I schedule for 2 weeks later, than during said 2 weeks get the covid shot (my bad). Can't make scheduled cleaning. Collision center fails to contact James. Even though I contact center day of appointment. But James is great he agrees to reschedule and does. Okay now to detail. OMG, was wonderful. Did a great job. Due to collision center screw up James was unable to get all the stain removed but he did the best he could. I love my car's new and clean interior. I love that James worked with me and rescheduled and I love that contacted me and let me know the exact process that he was going to do to clean my interior. He explained that it might not be possible to get the stain all the way out, that is what I appreciated, his honesty. Unlike the collision center with their BS of telling me they had cleaned the car when they hadn't. Just tell the truth. Do not BS a client. If it can't be done it can't be done. Period. Also I appreciate that when I mentioned to James that I was a Veteran he seemed to go the extra mile a bit with cleaning more than was needed. He was contracted to clean the front seat area only, when I got my vehicle back the ENTIRE interior of the vehicle was clean. And I mean CLEAN. The car even had the new car smell. I love it. Thank you James for cleaning my car and working with me on rescheduling. But mostly thank you for your honesty. That is something that is lacking in most dealings with people today. Just straight up honesty. I will not name the collision center but I am sure if they read this review they will know who they are. They could learn something from James, treat your customers like you would want your Grandmother treated, because one day you might have a grandmother come in for service.
