Took my 2026 brand new Nissan Sentra to get the windows tinted. Got an appointment set picked it up the same day about 2-3 hrs later. I inspected the vehicle before I left. There were several issues with the window tint, seemed like the job was rushed that day. There was a lot of lint, gooey stuff and air bubbles trapped in the middle of the windows. Also scratches on the tint itself. I was told they were going on vacation and to bring the car back in about a week or two when they get back from vacation and they would fix it. Which I thought was unacceptable. I paid $500 for the vortex tint, which helps keep heat out of the car and keep your car cooler on the inside during the summer. So it was a pretty good chunk of money. I expected good quality service. I proceeded to wait about another week and a half before they came back from vacation. I spoke with the owner Tony, He did in fact guarantee that he was going to fix my problem and work on my car himself. I set another appointment date for him to fix my tint, I got my car back a few hours later and there were still bubbles trapped in the window a scratch on the windows tint. Drove it home and realized how many defects were on the windows. It was a little bit better than the first tint job they did, but it was still not what I expected for the amount that I paid. I also noticed a deep scratch that took off paint on my car on the inner part of the back passenger door, which of course they denied doing (mind you this car was less than two weeks old when I drove it off the lot brand new, so it definitely didn't have not one scratch on this car). definitely would not recommend taking your car to them. I had tint hanging off the window. I asked for them to just remove all of the tint and give my money back because I was very unsatisfied with the job as they were given 2 opportunities to fix my problems and they refused refunds. They also told me that apparently my expectations are too high and I should just settle for the job because that's acceptable work. They told me, "of course if you look too hard, you're going to find something, no tint job is perfect." I wasn't looking for a perfect excellent tint job. I was looking for a decent professional, minimally flawed job to be done for the amount that I paid, but I'll let the picture speak for themselves and you can decide if you want to take your car there and have them work on it how they worked on mine. This is my opinion. This is my experience and this is my results. I'm sure the owner is gonna come on here and try to discredit what I'm saying but the proof is in the pictures. I requested a refund, he denied it. I told him about the scratch. He denied it. I was definitely dismissed and told that my expectations were too high. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I may have a lifetime warranty, but I would rather take my car to another place to get another tint job if something ever happened to this tint, then go back to them ever again. read more

We recently bought a new home out in the valley and even with dual panel windows and a 4 ton AC the house remained hot throughout the day. I did some research and stumbled upon Solargard. They offer a premium line callled Panorama Elite Window Film. I found about 4 companies who were certified by Solargard and I found Modesto Window Tint listed as one. Their pricing was the lowest estimate and fastest I received back. I sent Tony the measurements over text and he was able to get me a quote the same day! We opted for the Dual reflective Slate series. They offer exceptional solar rejection performance with a more neutral finish. They maintain views with reduced interior and exterior reflectance, while increasing privacy by day and offering minimal reflectivity at night. They also come with a lifetime warranty for residential. The house now feels much cooler. I don't have to worry about having the AC constantly adjusting as it maintains a cooler temperature than before. We will have to get blinds for the inside to close during the night as the interior lights will allow others to see in since light source inside is brighter than the one outside. Tony was very helpful and super knowledgeable. He was able to get the job done for my entire house approximately 39 panels! We decided to go with full privacy in the bathrooms while still letting light come in and the frost option was the way to go. Tony recommended that we go 30 percent down stairs and 20 percent upstairs to make sure the upstairs stay cool and comfortable. We did all the common areas in 30 to allow light to come in and went with 20 in the rooms to have more privacy. The day of the installation Tony and his sons come all prepared with shoe protection, and got the job done in about 4 hrs. They are very well detailed and organized. They have various products which can range per SF but I recommend you give him a call to go over the options that may suit you better based on your home and budget. I went in to get my truck tinted about a month ago. The service was okay, the lady behind the counter seemed like she didn't wanna be there. FYI these people do not give out a warranty option for any front windows. And guess what happened a week later? I let my windows sit without being opened or closed for a week, just to make sure the tint was settled. I called to get a quote & make an appointment.. front desk answered and quoted me $295-$275 when I gave information of what was needed done she cut me off and just gave a price. I didn't get her name, nor would she let me speak to a manager when I requested because she had put us down for 2PM 3/9/2023 but said I called the wrong number. Upon arrival, everyone goes to lunch and tells us to wait until they come back. I understand, everyone needs to take a lunch but why book an appointment just to have customers waiting? I call and she tells me we called the wrong number and wrong place, yet I re-dialed the number I had called in the first place to make an appointment.. after explaining I spoke to her, gave her our names and phone numbers she "remembered" she had put us down and apologized. I understand mistakes happen, but was treated so unprofessional from the start. She tells me we can still come in, and then gives a whole other price then what we spoke over the phone, I feel that would've been different if she wasn't so quick to cut me off asking questions and trying to let her know what we need done. I wanted to give this business a try as I was recommended from a friend from high school unfortunately things didn't go as planned. Very unprofessional.
