Booked a full wrap for my Tesla over a month ago. Dropped the car off 6/3, got a rental, rearranged my schedule. On 6/4 I get a call -- they don't have enough material to wrap my car and would need to postpone at least a week on top of needing 6 to 7 additional days to complete wrap. A month of lead time and they couldn't figure out they were short on supplies before I'd already paid for a rental and handed over my car? Feels inexcusable. No proactive call before my appointment and drop off, no heads-up, nothing. Lack of organization, wasted time, and frustration on my end. Brought vechicle in to do ceramic coating full ppf wrap and tinting the windshield $3500 on the phone the talked about how they paint correct it as deep as they need to then wrap it then ceramic everything and told me the full ppf wrap came with the whole hood a pillars mirrors bumper grille all 4 fenders door cups right under the handles and the edges of the doors and said it would take 4 days. It ended up taking 6 days. I get there and see all the swirling in the paint still there the grille not done and the mirrors not done and several air pockets in the hood the ppf on the bumper peeling on edge and not even on a corner and also peeling on the passenger door edge. Then they tell me that they don't do very deep corrections and only polish the paint out and that they can't wrap the chrome mirrors and grille, that would've been nice to know before hand given they had all the details about the vechicle when doing pricing.When wrapping the hood they took some badges off but never reinstalled them and handed the lettering to me in a bag. Went to follow up appt and took another full day and called when done they ordered me new badges and put them on and I get there to pick it up and it see that they didn't fix the peeling on the bumper and tried fixing the passenger door peel so I had to wait another hour for it to be done and now for the 3rd time the passenger door edge is peeling. Overall I think they did a good job but for 3500 I don't think it was worth the price read more

They (Robert and Romel, the brothers who run the place) did a great job explaining my options, giving me a good (great price) quote, provided me with a same day appointment (was willing to slot me in on a busy Saturday since they had a cancellation), and finished the job on time and it looks great. The price was excellent as they quoted me prices that were the cheapest around. The location is in east Modesto. They have a nice waiting room, not super close to restaurants or shops but also not super far either (about 1 mile (20 minutes walk) to a Taco Bell and Walmart). This business also own Quality Auto Glass Tint in Salida which is also good (4.8 star ratings on Yelp). I went with them (Quality Auto Glass Tint ) back in 2019 to replace my front windshield and they were great (you can see my review there). Both businesses are great for replacing car windows, tinting, and ceramic coatings and paint protection film (PPF). 5.0 perfect star rating, so these guys are good. I was in the market for a newer Escalade ESV but I just couldn't bring myself to justify the price point. I've had my current 2010 Escalade for a few years, why not allow myself an upgrade? Still, I was having a hard time pulling the trigger. I started contemplating jazzing her up; going the route of restoring her. Maybe that would give the feeling of a new car. The possible down side with that was putting money into something I would end up not keeping if the end result wasn't what I was imagining it to be. I took her to Ceramic Garage and they were very straightforward. She was riddled with water spots. There was no protective coating, so it was down to the paint being exposed. Basically, he said he would do the best he could but that some of the areas may be past saving. I kept my expectations low and went forward with a ceramic coating. I just picked her up yesterday and OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS!!! Just look at her!! I feel like I have a brand new car!!! I can not stop staring at my own car! This is a 14 year old, used and abused (used to be an escort vehicle in LA) vehicle with over 300k miles and she is shining like she's brand new!! I am beyond ecstatically happy that I chose to take my Escalade to the Ceramic Garage. They breathed life back into her and I now know I made the best decision to keep her (and the money in my pocket since I won't be buying a new one anytime in the near future) I wish I had before pictures but these are the after. I brought my vehicle in for an interior detail on Dec 22nd, the $199 package. Just the interior, which included carpet vacuum, conditioning of the leather, wipe down and some others. When my vehicle was done, I hopped in and everything looked great! I was super happy! Drove it home and parked it for the Holidays. Today, January 2nd was the first time I actually got inside the vehicle and inspected everything. I know it's been about a week since the detail. However, they didn't do a very thorough "detail". They absolutely spent some time on the car and cleaned it. However, for $199, I expected the car to actually be detailed. There's really old dirt and dust under the head rests, you can see they just wiped around the headrest. The spot between the car and seats had debris as well. I have not contacted ceramic garage yet. I am just leaving a review, so that if you do bring your vehicle here, please do a thorough inspection of their work before taking it home. ******** Shortly after emailing them, Aaron called me right away! He asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could redo the interior detail. When I got my car back, the inside looked better than it did before, and they even detailed the outside. I had the windows and windshield on my new pickup treated with a high quality UV and Infrared film to protect me from the damaging rays from the sun. I've had skin cancers from too many sunburns in my youth and decided to protect myself and my new pickup's interior. The windshield is treated with a clear film and it's impossible to tell that it's on there. The side and rear windows are treated with a very light tint. All of it is 99% UV block and also blocks a high amount of infrared light keeping my interior cool in the summer heat.
