Took my 2026 brand new Nissan Sentra to get the windows tinted. Got an appointment set picked it up…read morethe same day about 2-3 hrs later. I inspected the vehicle before I left. There were several issues with the window tint, seemed like the job was rushed that day. There was a lot of lint, gooey stuff and air bubbles trapped in the middle of the windows. Also scratches on the tint itself. I was told they were going on vacation and to bring the car back in about a week or two when they get back from vacation and they would fix it. Which I thought was unacceptable. I paid $500 for the vortex tint, which helps keep heat out of the car and keep your car cooler on the inside during the summer. So it was a pretty good chunk of money. I expected good quality service. I proceeded to wait about another week and a half before they came back from vacation. I spoke with the owner Tony, He did in fact guarantee that he was going to fix my problem and work on my car himself. I set another appointment date for him to fix my tint, I got my car back a few hours later and there were still bubbles trapped in the window a scratch on the windows tint. Drove it home and realized how many defects were on the windows. It was a little bit better than the first tint job they did, but it was still not what I expected for the amount that I paid. I also noticed a deep scratch that took off paint on my car on the inner part of the back passenger door, which of course they denied doing (mind you this car was less than two weeks old when I drove it off the lot brand new, so it definitely didn't have not one scratch on this car). definitely would not recommend taking your car to them. I had tint hanging off the window. I asked for them to just remove all of the tint and give my money back because I was very unsatisfied with the job as they were given 2 opportunities to fix my problems and they refused refunds. They also told me that apparently my expectations are too high and I should just settle for the job because that's acceptable work. They told me, "of course if you look too hard, you're going to find something, no tint job is perfect." I wasn't looking for a perfect excellent tint job. I was looking for a decent professional, minimally flawed job to be done for the amount that I paid, but I'll let the picture speak for themselves and you can decide if you want to take your car there and have them work on it how they worked on mine. This is my opinion. This is my experience and this is my results. I'm sure the owner is gonna come on here and try to discredit what I'm saying but the proof is in the pictures. I requested a refund, he denied it. I told him about the scratch. He denied it. I was definitely dismissed and told that my expectations were too high. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I may have a lifetime warranty, but I would rather take my car to another place to get another tint job if something ever happened to this tint, then go back to them ever again.

That accusation is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. No pressure, just honest guidance. Eric, the gentleman who did the tint, was equally fantastic. He walked me through the process, explained what to expect, and reassured me that if I had any issues, I could always bring the car back and he'd take care of it. I'm glad he said that because the tint on the windshield did end up peeling just a little bit. I brought it back in, and true to his word, Eric fixed it without hesitation--and even replaced it with a better one.
