I cannot recommend anybody go here for tint. I went by on three occasions, found gaps in my tint that were not seen all at once. Which I didn't think was a big deal Since they said, they don't like gaps . After going in for the third time, the owner was very rude and belittling, calling me petty for wanting to fix issues on a tint job that I paid a lot of money for. Her attitude came off as she didn't like that I kept coming back to fix their mistakes and I was the only one who kept coming back. But that's not the point, I shouldn't have had to come back that many times it should have been caught. And I understand that tint is never perfect, which is why the lifetime warranty is there to fix issues, and in the beginning you're gonna have situations come up, where you don't see things until later on. You should be willing to go above and beyond, stand behind your product, and give excellent customer service. Not with this woman did. These were computerized cut outs that were obviously not perfect and they admitted having issues with my particular car. All I wanted was these issues fixed, but instead, the owner was very unprofessional I always went in there, very respectful and very polite, and did not deserve that. So beware, if you ever go in multiple times to have issues replaced on your tent with her, she is not happy about fixing them. read more

Had my 2016 Nissan Altima undergo complete legal tinting all around here in June 2018. Thought they did an awesome job. Forgot her name but the lady who gave me estimates (believe she is in charge also) was very friendly, professional and accommodating! Today of May 2019, my windshield had been replaced new due to cracks. Hence, I need a new tinting strip on top of the windshield. I have reached out twice to this company. first time , I got a quick respond but when it came down to scheduling an appointment for a quote I never heard back from them, even after my numerous attempts. Then I reached out to "Modesto_window_tint" im assuming the lady who is the owner?. We set a date for an in home quote and no one showed up. .. long story short I got the employees to measure my windows, I was told within 2 hours I'd get a quote. It's been 5weeks And I finally got my quote . Excessive thats all i have to say. This shop is to overwhelmed with to many projects going on, and to many clients. I called Modesto Window Tint to get a quick estimate on tint for my driver side and passenger side windows. I also wanted to see if they would take me in that same day. Unfortunately They were booked up but they did say I could try calling in the morning to see if they can squeeze me. I called the next morning and they were able to schedule me for 2:30 in the afternoon. I dropped my car off and in about an hour my vehicle was ready. After examining my vehicle I notice a few bubbles on one of the windows. The worker told me to give the windows several days for the film to cure, the bubbles will disappear. After 5 days of the windows curing in the sun I noticed there was some contamination in the passenger side window. I stopped by after work one afternoon to see if they can take a look at the issue. They without question said they would replace the film. The owner was kind enough to let me know what was going on and that she noticed a defect in one of their films. She made sure to correct this by using an entirely different film. The replacement looks great. I'm pleased with the end result. read more

Berta had her boys at the shop hook up my wife's car. She had no tint and it was stupid hot inside and the A/C had to work extra hard to cool the inside, and it still didn't help all that great. I chose a 15% Solar Gard Galaxie tint all around and it came out Phenomenal! I was curious to see how windows are tinted, so i watched. These guys are smooth! The whole process was slick, clean and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. It doesn't seem like they are happy or ok with shoddy or half-ass work. I definitely give a 10/10 on work and the end result of the tint job. The pricing is fair and so worth it when they are done. The whole process took less than 2 hours to complete. Got two trucks tinted here and after leaving I know the tint takes some time to be good. We'll after 2 weeks came back showed someone the owner was one vacation the kid took pictures said when owner got back he would follow up we waited a few days called and finally after calling the third time and they scheduled us to get one of the trucks fixed was told they would make an exception to fix it on a Friday due to scheduling for us so apt came first thing the guy said was you have an apt for that today we don't typically do that on Fridays. I told him ok we'll I have an apt he called someone said ok they said to leave it within 5 minutes of leaving he said he doesn't see anything to come back to show him. I told them never mind if they are questioning me after we already had someone look it over and take pictures and still no one has followed up with me I asked for the owner to call me and still nothing I would not recommend them. I shouldn't have to keep explaining and chasing to get something resolved. I just said I need the owner to call back as k told them gentleman I needed the Owner to call me so please do so. Horrible work, got all my windows done here and had to get them all redone. Front windows had specs of lint and dust, rear passenger windows had fingerprints and bubbles and the rear windshield had bubbles all over. To make things worse when I brought it up to Robertas attention this is the service I had received by her employees she said it happened b cause she wasn't there, and that she was taking time off work. Regardless if you're at your place of business or not your employees should do the same level of work whether you're there or not. It's not an excuse to give poor service because your not there. read more

Horrible tint job. It was so bad. I should of known when they had an opening the same day it wasn't a good thing. The quote you get over the phone is a low grade solar guard film, the owner will upsell you to a higher grade film when you arrive. When I brought it back to show the owner to see if they can fix it, she said "pull it in, I'll pull it off and get your money back, I'm not going to keep fixing every spot in the tint", I didn't want to write a bad review right away but the owner said" I don't care if you review us, I'm done doing those cars with tight paneling", a true professional would be able to handle any vehicle. Save you time and money, Modesto has plenty of places with 5 star reviews at around the same price with better quality tint, you will have to book an apt but it will be worth the wait. Never again will I use this place they blacked out my hole truck. It was more expensive then most places but I did it anyways I figured u pay more u get a better job. But that wasn't the case. They Didn't get all of the dirt off from the inside of the windshield. Went there today the maid me a appointment for Tuesday to take care of for no charge. It hasn't even been four months. The owner wasn't there today. So just received a voicemail from the saying it illegal tent. I have to pay for them to replace it. Word of caution, do not use this company. I held off doing this review for a very long time but I can't stand looking at my damaged vehicle any longer. Long story short I had my band new F250's windows tinted here about a year ago. When I picked up my truck I noticed the passenger seat had a slice from a razor blade. This was a fairly large slice and it was not brought to my attention(maybe they didn't realize what they did). I brought it to the owners attention and this is where she began to lie to my face. She said they don't use razor blades in her shop and she didn't believe it happened in her shop. As she was lying to me I looked between my feet and saw 3 razor blades laying on her shop floor without guards on them. She said she would contact Ford and get a seat cover for me, fair enough, I just wanted it fixed. She failed to contact me when any parts were shipped in to Ford and they sent my seat. She didn't attempt to set anything up to get my truck fixed and she quit attempting to contact me. When I gave her over half a year to get it fixed I reached out to her again and she said I was harassing her and she said she wanted me to talk to one of her workers to get my vehicle fixed. Needless to say the person never answered my calls or texts. I understand that things happen, no business/owner/worker is perfect. But when you lie to a customer after you workers damaged their vehicle and then don't follow up with getting repairs, that is what speaks volumes to this business owners character. I wouldn't recommend this level of service to my greatest enemy. Go to one of the many other window tint shops in Modesto. read more

This place was recommended to me by Modesto Toyota. Got my tint done the first time and it started to develop small bubble patches. The tint shop worker said it was probably from a contaminated solution they used when applying the tint. Made several appointments to have the tint re-done because the workers kept cancelling my appointment. They were very hard to get in contact with as well. Finally got the tint re-done after several attempts and there ended up being scuffs in the tint on various windows. Modesto Toyota offered to take care of me for my troubles which was much appreciated. I don't recommend going to this shop. Spend a little more money and get it done properly somewhere else. read more
