Hi Jesus, I am very disappointed in your response and the way you chose to accuse a paying customer of trying to "take advantage" of your business. That accusation is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. I've I've been using Quality auto glass tint since they opened. They're easy to work with and usually have an open schedule or can make something happen. The product that they use is great. It's never bubbled turn colors on me. I've never had to take any cars back to have the tent redone? They do have a lifetime warranty on their team, but I've yet to use it. They aren't the cheapest around , but they are the highest quality service around. I went with the XR Ceramic due to the way it better rejects heat into a vehicle. Highly recommend ceramic as it will help you save fuel so you're not running the AC as hard on your car. If you live in the valley , ceramic is the way to go versus normal tints. Gave me some nice gifts like a bucket and spray , they have an air conditioned waiting . If you're doing full vehicle might want to wait at home. I got two vehicles tinted here. The first was the front windshield in my own car. They offer a clear tint so you don't have to worry about getting your car towed. You can really feel the difference in ceramic versus non-ceramic tints. I have 15% non-ceramic all around my car, but when the sun was hitting my arm I could feel a significant heat difference in the sun coming from the 15% versus the clear. I ended up getting my mom's car tinted with all ceramic shortly after and the work was just as if not more beautiful than on mine. I have an eye for detail, and am willing to say that I could not have done better myself. After care instructions are clear and concise. They take care of you when it comes to the price as well. For beginners, my husband called in the morning to ask about pricing and availability and they were able to fit him in that day. The customer service is excellent and their pricing is fair in my opinion. Like they say, you get what you pay for! The windows came out great. After a week, when we rolled down the back window for the first time we notice a small corner piece got stuck so my husband cut it off so it would not further damage the tint. You couldn't tell that it was cut when the window was rolled up and didn't bother him but since Quality Tint said they had a lifetime warranty he decided just to go back and show them.
