No pressure, just honest guidance. Eric, the gentleman who did the tint, was equally fantastic. He walked me through the process, explained what to expect, and reassured me that if I had any issues, I could always bring the car back and he'd take care of it. I'm glad he said that because the tint on the windshield did end up peeling just a little bit. While working on my car, they even gave me a call to let me know one of the tint removals was not coming off smoothly. Instead of just continuing, they explained all my options and the possible outcomes before moving forward. I also wasn't aware there was a removal fee because it wasn't mentioned during the quote call before booking, and they were kind enough to waive it. On top of that, the pricing for everything was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work and customer service they provide. This is a great company with amazing customer service. He showed me the difference between the tints and I changed from a 20% to a 5% Ceramic tint. What a difference in the heat and sun protection!! I know I will be much happier with that since I spend a lot of time driving. The shop is extremely clean and I definitely will be coming back to get my Subaru windows tinted! Took my 2026 brand new Nissan Sentra to get the windows tinted. Got an appointment set picked it up…read morethe same day about 2-3 hrs later. I inspected the vehicle before I left. There were several issues with the window tint, seemed like the job was rushed that day. There was a lot of lint, gooey stuff and air bubbles trapped in the middle of the windows. Also scratches on the tint itself. I was told they were going on vacation and to bring the car back in about a week or two when they get back from vacation and they would fix it. Which I thought was unacceptable. I paid $500 for the vortex tint, which helps keep heat out of the car and keep your car cooler on the inside during the summer. So it was a pretty good chunk of money. I expected good quality service. I proceeded to wait about another week and a half before they came back from vacation. I spoke with the owner Tony, He did in fact guarantee that he was going to fix my problem and work on my car himself. I set another appointment date for him to fix my tint, I got my car back a few hours later and there were still bubbles trapped in the window a scratch on the windows tint. Drove it home and realized how many defects were on the windows. It was a little bit better than the first tint job they did, but it was still not what I expected for the amount that I paid. I also noticed a deep scratch that took off paint on my car on the inner part of the back passenger door, which of course they denied doing (mind you this car was less than two weeks old when I drove it off the lot brand new, so it definitely didn't have not one scratch on this car). definitely would not recommend taking your car to them. I had tint hanging off the window. I asked for them to just remove all of the tint and give my money back because I was very unsatisfied with the job as they were given 2 opportunities to fix my problems and they refused refunds. They also told me that apparently my expectations are too high and I should just settle for the job because that's acceptable work. They told me, "of course if you look too hard, you're going to find something, no tint job is perfect." I wasn't looking for a perfect excellent tint job. I was looking for a decent professional, minimally flawed job to be done for the amount that I paid, but I'll let the picture speak for themselves and you can decide if you want to take your car there and have them work on it how they worked on mine. This is my opinion. This is my experience and this is my results. I'm sure the owner is gonna come on here and try to discredit what I'm saying but the proof is in the pictures. I requested a refund, he denied it. I told him about the scratch. He denied it. I was definitely dismissed and told that my expectations were too high. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I may have a lifetime warranty, but I would rather take my car to another place to get another tint job if something ever happened to this tint, then go back to them ever again.

They were very straightforward about pricing and never once tried to upsell me on anything I did not ask for. I was looking for a basic tint job and adhesive removal, and that is exactly what they quoted me for. They were also able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. When I brought the vehicle in, he was extremely personable, polite, and easy to work with. The service was finished in a few hours, and they called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. What really stood out to me was how they handled a misunderstanding regarding the adhesive removal. When I originally called, he understood that the glue was only on the front two windows, but there was actually adhesive covering the front windshield as well. That obviously ended up being more work than what was originally discussed. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, he explained what had happened and told me he was not going to charge me extra for the additional work because we had not communicated clearly about it beforehand. I really respected that. He could have easily added another charge after the work was already completed, but instead he was fair, honest, and stood by the original price. That level of honesty and customer service is what really made the experience stand out to me. The pricing was fair, the work was done quickly, and came out exceptional and I never felt like I was being pushed into spending more than what I came in for. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will absolutely be recommending them to friends, family, and colleagues who need tint work done. Five stars and very well deserved.
