Had my 2021 Tesla Model 3 windshield replaced and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They offered mobile service, showed up on time, and finished the job quickly without cutting corners. What I really appreciated was that the technician walked me through a few issues they noticed from the previous install and explained everything clearly and professionally. No pressure and drama, just helpful info so I knew what was going on with my car. The new windshield looks great, everything was calibrated properly, and the convenience of not having to leave my house was a huge plus. Solid communication, efficient work, and overall a very easy experience. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable windshield replacement, especially for a Tesla. read more

JC Auto glass was an amazing service. I contacted him on Halloween and they got back to me within an hour the same night, and had an appointment scheduled the next day! The day of Juan and his partner were really nice and informational about the process. The best part they're mobile! I told him I had work at 4 pm and he made sure to squeeze me in before then. Great prices and staff. I included a before and after photos of the windshield chip and you can't even tell where the chip was it's impressive and im very grateful for their wonderful service. If my windshield ever chips or cracks again im definitely calling this business again A+ service. Thank you JC Auto Glass :) read more

My 2011 chevy Silverado passenger side floor board was getting soaked from the rain. I asked if he could remove and reseal the windshield. He (Juan) and his coworker noticed it was the factory glass. Juan said he didn't believe its leaking from there. So they removed the cowl a factory plate that that should be sealed. The seal had failed so he resealed it. Straight up honest company they saved me money too. I highly recommend this company. read more

I called around and JC auto gave me a quote for both of my cars. One needed a windshield replacement and the other one needed a cracked repair. They offered a reasonable pricing for both job and they came to my home to do the work. The owner and his partner were very professional and explain what they were doing and how the person that replaced the windshield before hand glued the trim like crazy. So I let the owner know I'll probably get a new trim because the one currently on my car was all jacked up. He was kind enough to give me some tips on how to replace the molding once I got it. Can't wait to drive my car again with a perfect windshield again. On my other car you can barely see the crack anymore. Definitely worth repairing since it was oem Lexus glass. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family. read more

Contacted JC Auto Glass along with 3 other auto glass repair/replacement businesses through Yelps service request option and JC Auto Glass was the first to reply promptly back to me, as well as the most professional and affordable quote I received of the three. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning, and Juan was at my place right on time with another associate Francisco. Juan and Francisco were great, they were both very professional and efficient. It literally only took them 30mins or so to replace my entire windshield. They even provided me an upgraded windshield from my previous, which had a darker tint across the top (which my wife loves). I really appreciated their transparency and knowledgable insights throughout the entire processes. If your looking for quality work at a great price, look no further, JC Auto Glass will not disappoint. read more

On Jan 15, 2024, I came to see Juan about a chip in my windshield, I had been quoted over $185 at Safelite for this chip, which I thought was stupid, Juan went through my insurance and repaired the chip at zero cost to me. I can not thank Juan enough for helping a disabled Veteran out when I needed help. This man was beyond nice and understanding. Would come back here to have any and all glass work done to my 2015 Honda Civic read more

I requested a quote earlier today and jc was very responsive which i liked. communication is key because its not as easy for me to make all these phone calls with a toddler by my side. he was straight forward with the cost. he was able to come to me at no extra cost and the same day! i was so happy because other places i contacted didnt answer, or didnt have what i needed in stock or didnt have any time soon. I definitely recommend JC and will be using him in the future if i ever need it. they moved the cars for me and were very attentive and communicated the whole time . i appreciate everything done today especially since the rain is coming, who can be without a drivers side window? read more
