Had my cracked windshield replaced here. The hands free audio on my Bluetooth didn't work after the windshield replacement, so I brought my vehicle back the following week. They fixed it that same day, he said the epoxy had caused the problem with the audio wiring. I live a short walk from the store so I just went home during the repair, so it wasn't a big deal to have to bring it back for the repair. Unfortunately I would not recommend this business, which is unfortunate because they were recommended to me by a friend. It took Dons several months to complete a simple window repair and glass replacement, which included multiple issues on their end. 1. The estimate paper work was apparently lost and I had to call them a week after they initially came out to figure out what was going on. 2. I had the repair scheduled for a certain day that I took off work for, but they did not show up. When I called them, they told me that the part had not come in yet and I would have to reschedule. They also said they had called me, but I know that it was a lie. 3. When they finally came out for the repair (a month and a half in at this point), they did not order the right quantity of the part that was needed, so they were unable to complete the repair and had to order another one. 4. After all that, the final price was about $150 more than what I was originally quoted (probably due to their incompetence). $500 turned into $650. I'm sure they will have some half heated apology to this review, but my guess is that Curtis, the customer service manager, does care a whole lot about their customers, because they were well aware of how I was treated and did nothing to resolve the issues on their end. read more

I recently had the windows in my apartment replaced and upgraded. The ordering process was handled by the property management so I cannot leave a review regarding that. I will, however, leave a review on the windows and most importantly the install. The double pane windows are very nice and a welcome upgrade over the prior ones. The outside noise reduction is most welcome. There were three gentleman (Shaun, Kenny, Manny) that handled the replacements. All three of them were incredibly polite and friendly, even with my rescue dog. The got the removal and install done in very timely manner and left everything looking clean and tidy. To be honest I wasn't particularly looking forward to the installation of windows and thought it was going to be a headache. On the contrary the three that handled the installation made it completely hassle free. Would definitely contact again in the future for any glass replacement. read more

They set up an appointment to come out to measure a 2nd floor home window, then called with a quote a day later. No idea if the price was competitive or not as it's been a long time, but it seemed reasonable given the custom requirements. Explained the process to me. When the window had come in a few days later, I received another call to set up an installation day and time window. (Only minor gripe--either 8am to 1pm or 1 to 5...worse than a cable company, LOL. I realize installs can vary in time, but five hours to expect someone to take off work or other obligations is a bit much this day and age.) The two installers showed up within 10 minutes of the window and were very courteous and professional. Had a nice chat with the gentleman that was inside as he waited for his partner to set up and climb the ladder. The whole process took barely 20 minutes, if that! I gave each a soda due to the 100-degree heat outside and tipped both for doing such a smooth job and their courtesy. (Treating others the way you want to be treated still works!) First of I called at 8:15 in the morning hoping to be able to get them over in the next day or two to fix a cracked window for our home showing this weekend. Don's mobile glass replaced windows and sliding glass door 6 months ago. Overall reasonable until there became a problem with the screen sliding door not opening or closing appropriately. Requested service call for adjustment which was referred to the warranty department. Warranty department does not provide adjustment service. Further communication with Don's mobile glass stating they could schedule service call for a fee. They obviously do not stand by their work and appear extremely apathetic and lazy. read more
