He took his time and our crummy 2020 Subaru Forester windshield (replaced twice, chip repair once) looks almost like new. Previous repairs by another vendor where glue slopped out etc. were noted as a matter of pride -- "we take the time to do it right." When our Subaru windshield is pitted or needs replacing again, we're calling Prime.
