Pulled up to this shop for my passenger window to get replaced .I was told it would take them 45mins to to replaced which they actually nailed it. They're service is incredible not only they removed the tap off my window but also clean and vacuum the glass in the front and back of my car .They are very polite and respectful and I truly would consider anyone to go there. There prices are very affordable and excellent service! I walked in a stranger and left as if I was family . Already dealing with stuff on my car but this topped it, i went in to have my windshield replaced and the delivery was an hour late. I understand they cant control the delivery but we could gave at least been notified that it was running late.. thatw as the beginning so anyways i took it in the next day to have the windshield replaced i go in it gets replaced i head home. Not until i got home did i notice that theu put my rear view on damn near sidways!!!!!!!! I go back to complain about it and get it fixed and i get talked to like im retarded and dont know what im talking about when you can clearly see its not straight and its maxxed out from going to the left so my rear-view was basically useless at this point so i have them try to fix it well apparently their idea of fixing it is grinding part of my mirror and barely attaching it to the bracket!! It fell of down the street and i had to come back in once again! Then they start getting irritated and telling me that its because i didn't buy the 235$ rain sense windshield when i dont even have that so they get all impatient and broke my original bracket for my rear view then be takes my mirror off nd trys to tell me the wiring is not working when i clearly see the wiring works fine and i was using it this morning then they sont have the courtesy to get the proper mirror rather they go grab skme random junk mirror they can find at pick n pull down the street so its cheaper for them!!!! Its not the mistake that i got upset about rather than the sheer lack of integrity and the fact that they thinm they can lie to my face like i dont know what im talking about rather than admit to their fault and getting it done properly this time because they dont want to be out on money because they screwed up, i will never take my car to this unprofessional disgusting den of liers again in my life id much rather take the time to learn to change it myself than go here again. Mind you im still out about 30-50 bucks for an original audi mirror. If i could rate less than zero i would, do not take your car here unless u would like to have someone lie to your face and not do their job properly. 0/10 for time i came here at 8 am and didn't leave until 3pm because the constant screw ups and work arounds 0/10 for customer service 0/10 for attitude pretending to be nice then lying to your face 0/10 for talking about me in a language u thought i couldn't understand but u know after all i am just a stupid American. Go anywhere else but here u might end up spending about 20-30 dollars more but i promise you its worth it rather than having it done wrong Not to mention years ago i had the windshield replaced and the rear-view fell off the entire windshield. I came here to stop by so they can see where a leak was coming from, they diagnosed it and while talking to James thinking in waiting for my vehicle to come down, here comes a delivery & YEP!!! I took my 97 Honda Civic in for a front and rear glass last week. And now my back rubber seal is coming apart with black glue all over my headliner, and my front windshield leaked running it through the car wash. This place is terrible. Bad installation, which is not worth taking back to fix by this guy. read more
