I called and was quoted $40 went in and husband told $70 cause of tint. Picked it up still chipped. Looks good on the outside and exactly the same on the inside. Told tint is hard. I took my truck to get my windshield replaced on 6/30/25 around 4pm. The next day(7/1/25) I drove to Walmart 3 mile drive through the street and notice a line on my windshield. It looked like it was cracked and never heard anything hit it. Took the truck back to them to fix it and was told by the owner that they only warranty windshield that leak. I told them that it was their responsibility to warranty it about because maybe the windshield was defective or they installed it wrong. I've never had this happen to me and I replaced my windshield on all my cars but never brought it to this location. They installed the windshield in less than 7 minutes. I told them that maybe because they rushed in putting the windshield it cracked. They worked on the windshield so fast they even cut some of the plastic trim panels on the truck. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. Had horrible customer service from beginning to end. I had called several days beforehand to make an appointment and I had made it at 9am on a Wednesday, I had came a few minutes early and let them know I had an appointment for my civic and the guy had told me they thought another person was a civic and took them in at my appointment time. I was thinking I was going to have a fast service by the reviews I read, but time went by and at 12 they had called me to say they didn't have my correct windshield until tomorrow in the afternoon even though I confirmed on call they would. I needed my car that night so I had told them I would pick it up, as I did they had me pay which is very odd when the service was not done yet. I did anyways and on call he told me to come at 12 the next day and it would be ready at 4pm. The next day comes and I bring it at the time and he tells me they don't have it yet until around 2. I'm getting my time wasted and having to cancel others plans because they don't know how to run there business properly. He then calls me at 2 to bring my car in and barely let me get out of my car and asked if I was ready like I wasn't ready a whole day ago. Then around 3pm the guy had called me again but not just to let me know my car was ready but that it had gotten hit on there lot. Once I got there I tried to get the buildings insurance but they "didn't have it" and told me there agent would call me but still days after have not gotten a call. I recently returned from a trip to Disneyland with my Girlfriend, and unfortunately a large rock had kicked up smashing into my windshield leaving severe cracks across my field of vision. I scheduled an appointment with Safelite, and let me tell you, talk about getting taken for a ride. Not only was I going to have to wait a week, they wanted $450 for just parts and labor alone! I was ready to just bite the bullet when a family friend had suggested I give this shop a call. I put it off for a few days and finally gave them a ring on my commute home, and astonishingly, they charged me $219 to completely replace the windshield in my Honda! After my car was broken in to back in November 2010, I took it here to be repaired. They did so quickly and at a minimal price. I was actually pretty happy with it at that time. Then, on May 1st, 2011, my door stopped opening. Being that it was six months later, I didn't even think about the glass repair. I took my car to the dealer, since it was still under warranty. They opened it up and saw that the door handle had not been put back together correctly. A latch had not been replaced on the door and, as such, the handle had failed after six months of floating, unsecured. Being that this wasn't covered under warranty, I had to pay the dealer for the repair. When I went back to tell Turlock Auto Glass about the problem, the owner almost immediately started yelling at me. I didn't even care about the money, I just wanted to hear his side of it. Instead he starts shouting about how it's just the dealership's opinion that my door was put back incorrectly. I tried to explain my side of the story but was just met with more shouting.
