Absolutely amazing customer service - I'm so grateful for this shop!…read more About 7 weeks ago, I was in a car accident. I initially took my car to a different shop, and the mechanic there assured me he would handle everything -- from working with my insurance to making my car look brand new. Weeks went by (5-6 weeks), and every time I called to check in, he kept saying he was "taking care of it." Eventually, I contacted my insurance directly -- only to find out they had never even heard from the shop. My car had just been sitting there all that time, untouched. I was beyond stressed and had no idea what to do next. That's when I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Celina. Within 20 minutes, she had already contacted my insurance, got all the information she needed, and even arranged a tow truck to get my car out of the first shop. She was so on top of it, kind, and made me feel like she genuinely cared. This shop did more for me in 2 days than the other shop did in 6 weeks. I can't express how thankful I am that I found them. I now have complete trust in Caliber Collision and feel truly blessed to have brought my car here. Highly recommend! 5++++ STARS!! Huge thanks to Celina and the entire staff for your outstanding customer service and quick action. You really helped me when I felt stuck -- THANK YOU !!!!!!

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed with Caliber Collision…read more I had a horrible experience with Caliber Collision and would not recommend them to anyone. They were far more concerned about their "turnaround time" than actually repairing my vehicle properly. They kept aggressively pushing me to pick up my car after 5 PM on a Friday -- clearly so I wouldn't be able to inspect the work or come back to complain until Monday if there were issues. I specifically asked them to save and reinstall my aftermarket parts. They agreed -- then broke them, replaced them with lower quality parts, and now claim they "can't contact" the shop I bought them from. One phone call on my end and the shop immediately confirmed Caliber never contacted them and provided me an invoice. So that was a lie. The estimator was also extremely pushy about my rental. She went behind my back and told Enterprise my car was finished when it wasn't, and said I'd be returning the rental Friday at 5 PM -- without my confirmation. I work past 5 PM. Enterprise told me it was "out of their hands" because Caliber reported the car done and that I would be responsible if insurance didn't approve the rental over the weekend. Because of their misinformation, I had to leave work early just to pick up my car -- only to find out the repairs weren't even finished. Then on Monday I was told it was done, but that I now needed to personally contact the aftermarket shop, buy new parts myself, and wait for insurance reimbursement. Meanwhile, they kept pressuring me to return the rental saying it wasn't approved -- which was also false. When I contacted my adjuster, she confirmed the rental WAS covered because Caliber was still working on my suspension... even though they were telling me the car was "ready." This shop has been dishonest, disorganized, and unprofessional. They caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, mishandled my vehicle, and tried to rush me into accepting incomplete and subpar work. If you care about your car, avoid Caliber Collision

I tried to get a rental vehicle from the manager/owner because I would be without a car for a week or maybe longer. He told me they can't do that and that he's loosing out on money because of this. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Firstly, got into a car…read moreaccident with my Tesla Y where I was t boned by an SUV. When it came to who to send my vehicle to, I chose Fix Auto because of their excellent rating on Yelp. My car initially was seen at the Spyres location where Mick assessed the damage and sent that to my insurance company. I also met Mary who worked the front desk who was super nice and friendly and helpful. Mick was a great guy who helped explain what needed to be done. Eventually, the car went to the 9th street location since the Spyres location did more cosmetic stuff and this repair needed a lot of work. Fix Auto kept me informed about the progress of repairs and when it was time to get the car, I got a call from Vimal who I met at the shop. He went over all the things that was done and the car looked brand new. One of the reasons I would give 6 stars is because I felt they went far beyond my expectations. For example, I had done a PPF in the front with Ceramic Garage and they got them to do that without having to worry and deal with it. Also, a hub cap was damaged and Vimal informed me that they have ordered a new one but will take another week for it to come in. Things I wondered if Fix Auto would address with my insurance or whether I would have to do these things at my expense. So kudos to Vimal and Mick who took care of things with my insurance along with Mary who was at the 9th St location. I shared my experience with my friends and they agreed Fix Auto went beyond what is expected. I didn't realize til I saw the shop that they are an authorized Tesla repair shop and so I know where to go to take my Tesla for any repairs.

The hood sat flush before it was worked on and now is raised up/bent on the driver side. Almost looks like the hood was shut with a tool underneath it. Have photos of it undamaged prior to the service but Aaron (Manager) denied the claim claiming the Tech had photos of the damage at time of service before working on it. Sent some awful picture that doesn't show or prove that - nor does it show a date/time stamp. Would love to see a side view pic that shows the damage before service and I'd be happy to revise this review. The Technician's Pre and Post Inspections show NO DAMAGE to hood. I'm honestly not surprised that Safelite refuses to take accountability but it's a really sad and pathetic way to do business. In closing, DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you do opt to use Safelite, TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFOREHAND and make sure it is in the exact same condition after service before the Technician leaves.
