If I could give 6 stars, I would. Firstly, got into a car accident with my Tesla Y where I was t boned by an SUV. When it came to who to send my vehicle to, I chose Fix Auto because of their excellent rating on Yelp. My car initially was seen at the Spyres location where Mick assessed the damage and sent that to my insurance company. I also met Mary who worked the front desk who was super nice and friendly and helpful. Mick was a great guy who helped explain what needed to be done. Eventually, the car went to the 9th street location since the Spyres location did more cosmetic stuff and this repair needed a lot of work. Fix Auto kept me informed about the progress of repairs and when it was time to get the car, I got a call from Vimal who I met at the shop. He went over all the things that was done and the car looked brand new. One of the reasons I would give 6 stars is because I felt they went far beyond my expectations. For example, I had done a PPF in the front with Ceramic Garage and they got them to do that without having to worry and deal with it. Also, a hub cap was damaged and Vimal informed me that they have ordered a new one but will take another week for it to come in. Things I wondered if Fix Auto would address with my insurance or whether I would have to do these things at my expense. So kudos to Vimal and Mick who took care of things with my insurance along with Mary who was at the 9th St location. I shared my experience with my friends and they agreed Fix Auto went beyond what is expected. I didn't realize til I saw the shop that they are an authorized Tesla repair shop and so I know where to go to take my Tesla for any repairs. read more

The repair experience was great. They quoted me a week and got it back a day earlier. The only hiccup happened after the repair. They replaced my bumper, which had my carpool stickers on it. I called the shop and told them to keep the stickers on the bumper until I arrived. But instead of waiting, they peeled the stickers off and stuck it to a piece of paper! What good are the stickers at that point? read more

Talk about a Christmas bummer! Right before Christmas my landscaper hit the left front fender and tire of my 2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range with his trailer. I reached out to Fix Auto for repair as they are the only Certified Tesla Auto Repair shop in the Central Valley. From the moment I entered the shop I felt a wholesome greeting from Leilani. She was so kind and very professional all at the same time. She made the paperwork as easy as can be. I then met Bryant who was the assigned technician to repair my Tesla. He was not only pleasant to deal with, but was also the consummate professional. He went over the whole vehicle before repair and after doing the initial assessment notified me of what the cost might be. Bryant kept me in the loop about the total repair as there was more damage once the fender disassembly was done. The complete repair was only one day over estimated time of completion and only because Bryant had to deal with battling to use OEM parts as Progressive wanted to use aftermarket parts. In the end Bryant prevailed and I took my delivery of my Tesla this morning. I got to tell you, they detailed it even better than when I first bought it back in September. I'm hoping that I will not ever need any of my EV vehicles to get repaired, but if I do I know I'm going to bring it to Fix Auto because their service was above and beyond excellent! Thank you Bryant and Leilani for making my experience memorable... in a good way! read more

From the start to finish. As soon as I walked in the office Leilani greeted me with a smile and handshake. Very professional and inform me.about all the steps my vehicle will be going through up to completion. Bryant came out and wrote up an estimate of the damages. Again professional greeted with a smile and handshake.. Then Ryan came out to assess the damages as well. He really paid attention to my concerns and wants. It's if I knew him all along. They updated me daily with a call or text. When car was completed it looked liked when it was new. All body lines straight and pearl white paint matching. I really appreciate they even cleaned interior and exterior of the car. Thank you FIX IT AUTO for being considerate , respectfully honest and meticulously reliable. And best of all you made me feel like family. read more

I don't think anyone is happy to have to get their car repaired. Sean and the staff at FIX Auto made getting my Tesla Model Y the most pleasant experience. I knew my car was in good hands. I received daily updates via text. My car was actually finished a few days earlier than expected. When I picked it up I was greeted with smiles and cheerful attitudes (something that seems to be rare these days). The communication was great throughout the whole process and put me at ease. My car was repaired thoroughly at a reasonable price. They even detailed it and gave me a little tissue box!!! Did I mention they they warranty their work? I would definitely recommend FIX Auto to anyone needed the services they provide 10 stars read more

Professional staff, shine in a well organized shop. Take Tully till it ends at 9th, and you will find the front office and bay doors for this location. Due to potential hazard of left turn on 9th, I recommend to approach from Campus and 9th. The front office is well laid out, with refreshments, and a TV to pass any time. We were referred here by AAA for some minor bumper damage. We were promptly greeted, and our information validated. Refreshments offered, as our assigned rep quickly arrived for the inspection of our car. Luckily the work was minor and, we were informed we could have same day repairs. I knew I should of brought another car. We quickly scheduled a new appointment to drop off the vehicle the following morning. Once again, we met with the rep, they identified the damage to be addressed, and we signed our paperwork to begin. Sure to the estimated time, the car was ready SAME DAY! Wow! They detailed the car, and it looked amazing. I hope I do not have anymore damage, but I know where I want to bring my vehicle when it happens again. read more

The driver door on our Subaru was bent when we had to have our car opened by USAA at the airport because of a dead battery. I went through the necessary steps to file a claim to get the door fixed. They needed pictures and an estimate. I called Fix Auto because it's very close to home and spoke with Vimal and made an appointment for a couple hours later. When we showed him what happened, he said he thought he could fix it easily. So we went inside and sat down. Their reception area is absolutely spotless. It even smelled good in there! Five minutes later Vimal returned and said come and see. He had fixed our door and told us he didn't want us to go through all of the hassle and possible rate increases from insurance. We asked him what we owed and he said nothing. This guy had the most genuine smile from the moment we met him. He made our entire weekend! I was so incredibly impressed with this business. You don't hear of people doing things like this anymore. It really restores my faith in humanity. If you are in need of an auto body shop. This is the place to go. And ask for Vimal Reddy! read more

Fix Auto My experience with Fix Auto was amazing. The professionalism, communication, interaction with insurance, speed, and performance were impeccable. Even with added complications of a Tesla repair. Shawn worked diligently with my insurance to ensure only Tesla parts were used and NOT aftermarket parts. He was great from the first appointment to the post repair inspection. He was thorough, detailed and clear with expectations, schedules and work. Shawn's communication never let me wonder how things were going, I felt consistently informed. I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto. It was a great experience. read more

having no knowledge of auto body shops I randomly picked one that my insurance agent listed. I PICKED THE RIGHT ONE. Within a reasonable amount of time i went to to pick up my car and it was sitting in the shop perfectly polished and ready for me at the time I was told it would be ready. I was greeted in the office by the service clerk and a man who walked over the work with me. SO FRIENDLY! And I couldn't be happier! If you want high-quality repair work, or just work done correctly then go here. You won't regret it. Thank you Fix Auto for doing more than what I was even expecting, I value your work. read more

Mickey & his team went above and beyond all my expectations on my Mom's 2008 Mustang! We took it in to have the bumper painted but the whole car looked practically new when we got it back! They matched the faded existing white perfectly & cleaned it beautifully! We were able to plan well because of their texting communications on progress. If you have a car that'd benefit from some paint repair, I can't recommend Fix Auto enough! Russell takes incredible pride in his paint jobs and Erika does a terrific job in the office. read more

My insurance recommend Fix Auto to repair my car. My husband had done other business with the owner so we chose them. It was probably the easier experience I have ever had dealing with a car repair. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. I was given a estimated date of when my car would be ready. The car was completed early and looks amazing. I liked the system they have that texts you with updates on the status of the car. I dealt with Marshall at this location and he was so easy to work with. read more

I hate crashing my SUV, but when accidents do happen, I love going to FIX Auto Modesto to get my SUV fixed up and back on the road. I worked with Micky at the 9th street shop in Modesto, and by no surprise, he was Great! Micky answered all my questions, and went over everything with me before I left my SUV with him. The text updates are awesome, and the update phone calls from Bebe is so professional. I went and picked up my SUV and my 11yr old son said, "I don't think that's our car, mom", because it was so shiny and clean! The FIX Auto crew not only replaced my back bumper, but they also detailed out my SUV inside and out! They washed, and polished the outside, shined up my tires and rims, and wiped down and vacuumed the whole inside of my SUV. This shop ALWAYS goes over and beyond the call of duty. This is the second time I had FIX Auto repair my SUV, and this is the second time I have been so amazed by the entire team, shop, and quality of work. Thank you again FIX Auto Modesto. #MyForeverShop #GodBless read more

State Farm listed Fix Auto as one of their recommended repair places. When I got my car back, I understood why. They did just a fantastic job, and the manager, Shawn, is as sharp as can be. He was on top of all the details in making the repair. When I picked up the car, it really did look like new. They even cleaned the inside and polished the outside. It was ready earlier than original estimate. I could not be happier with their work. I highly recommend them for any repair. read more

let me tell you this, I have never wrote a review before and this is my first one I would like to share since I'am 100% satisfied through out this whole process with fix auto. I had my right side passenger broke into that damaged my window trim, dent on my door, scratches up my paint, ripped up window seal, and damaged the motor on my window. I've called several body shop for an estimate that I felt would not just only fix my car, but would have great customer service to come along with it. I finally came across fix auto in Modesto where Mickey walked me through the process and worked directly with my insurance company in getting my car back on the road as fast as possible. Erica at the front desk did an incredible job keeping me up to date through out the process of my car and helping me find the best possible rental that would fit my needs when I was lost and didn't know where to start. My car came out very nice as if I just bought it off the lot when I first got it. I recommend this body shop to anyone who is looking to get their car done right and wants superb customer service to come along with it .
