If I could give 6 stars, I would. Firstly, got into a car accident with my Tesla Y where I was t boned by an SUV. When it came to who to send my vehicle to, I chose Fix Auto because of their excellent rating on Yelp. My car initially was seen at the Spyres location where Mick assessed the damage and sent that to my insurance company. I also met Mary who worked the front desk who was super nice and friendly and helpful. Mick was a great guy who helped explain what needed to be done. Eventually, the car went to the 9th street location since the Spyres location did more cosmetic stuff and this repair needed a lot of work. Fix Auto kept me informed about the progress of repairs and when it was time to get the car, I got a call from Vimal who I met at the shop. He went over all the things that was done and the car looked brand new. One of the reasons I would give 6 stars is because I felt they went far beyond my expectations. For example, I had done a PPF in the front with Ceramic Garage and they got them to do that without having to worry and deal with it. Also, a hub cap was damaged and Vimal informed me that they have ordered a new one but will take another week for it to come in. Things I wondered if Fix Auto would address with my insurance or whether I would have to do these things at my expense. So kudos to Vimal and Mick who took care of things with my insurance along with Mary who was at the 9th St location. I shared my experience with my friends and they agreed Fix Auto went beyond what is expected. I didn't realize til I saw the shop that they are an authorized Tesla repair shop and so I know where to go to take my Tesla for any repairs. read more

The repair experience was great. They quoted me a week and got it back a day earlier. The only hiccup happened after the repair. They replaced my bumper, which had my carpool stickers on it. I called the shop and told them to keep the stickers on the bumper until I arrived. But instead of waiting, they peeled the stickers off and stuck it to a piece of paper! Talk about a Christmas bummer! Right before Christmas my landscaper hit the left front fender and tire of my 2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range with his trailer. I reached out to Fix Auto for repair as they are the only Certified Tesla Auto Repair shop in the Central Valley. From the moment I entered the shop I felt a wholesome greeting from Leilani. She was so kind and very professional all at the same time. She made the paperwork as easy as can be. I then met Bryant who was the assigned technician to repair my Tesla. He was not only pleasant to deal with, but was also the consummate professional. He went over the whole vehicle before repair and after doing the initial assessment notified me of what the cost might be. Bryant kept me in the loop about the total repair as there was more damage once the fender disassembly was done. The complete repair was only one day over estimated time of completion and only because Bryant had to deal with battling to use OEM parts as Progressive wanted to use aftermarket parts. In the end Bryant prevailed and I took my delivery of my Tesla this morning. I got to tell you, they detailed it even better than when I first bought it back in September. I'm hoping that I will not ever need any of my EV vehicles to get repaired, but if I do I know I'm going to bring it to Fix Auto because their service was above and beyond excellent! From the start to finish. As soon as I walked in the office Leilani greeted me with a smile and handshake. Very professional and inform me.about all the steps my vehicle will be going through up to completion. Bryant came out and wrote up an estimate of the damages. Again professional greeted with a smile and handshake.. Then Ryan came out to assess the damages as well. He really paid attention to my concerns and wants. It's if I knew him all along. They updated me daily with a call or text. When car was completed it looked liked when it was new. All body lines straight and pearl white paint matching. Professional staff, shine in a well organized shop. Take Tully till it ends at 9th, and you will find the front office and bay doors for this location. Due to potential hazard of left turn on 9th, I recommend to approach from Campus and 9th. The front office is well laid out, with refreshments, and a TV to pass any time. We were referred here by AAA for some minor bumper damage. We were promptly greeted, and our information validated. Refreshments offered, as our assigned rep quickly arrived for the inspection of our car. Luckily the work was minor and, we were informed we could have same day repairs. I knew I should of brought another car. We quickly scheduled a new appointment to drop off the vehicle the following morning. Once again, we met with the rep, they identified the damage to be addressed, and we signed our paperwork to begin. Sure to the estimated time, the car was ready SAME DAY! Wow! I received daily updates via text. My car was actually finished a few days earlier than expected. The driver door on our Subaru was bent when we had to have our car opened by USAA at the airport because of a dead battery. I went through the necessary steps to file a claim to get the door fixed. They needed pictures and an estimate. I called Fix Auto because it's very close to home and spoke with Vimal and made an appointment for a couple hours later. When we showed him what happened, he said he thought he could fix it easily. So we went inside and sat down. Their reception area is absolutely spotless. It even smelled good in there! Five minutes later Vimal returned and said come and see. He had fixed our door and told us he didn't want us to go through all of the hassle and possible rate increases from insurance. let me tell you this, I have never wrote a review before and this is my first one I would like to share since I'am 100% satisfied through out this whole process with fix auto. I had my right side passenger broke into that damaged my window trim, dent on my door, scratches up my paint, ripped up window seal, and damaged the motor on my window.
