I have been meaning to write a review for a few places in Modesto that I was impressed with in 2023 , and Care Collision is at the top of that list . I had an incredible experience at this body shop! The right side of my brand New Rav-4 was scraped with major dents from one end to the other. A car pulling out into the traffic and clashing with me . I was very disappointed . The guy at fault was really good with the post process of the accident and made the experience free of any hostile atmosphere , so was hard to be too upset with him. Wow!!!!! Is all I can say about this place. I had some huge vandalism on my driver side all the way down to my passenger side. I took my car in (2017 Honda Civic)on Monday morning and was greeted by a nice lady (sorry I forget her name) she was so easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I picked up my car Friday and once I saw my car I almost started crying. It looks like it does the day I drove it off the car lot. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I went to this shop through my insurance after a car accident and was great from the first start. They had great communication, got me in quickly, went above and beyond with making sure my car was perfect! The day I picked up my car from the shop, they did a detail clean on the car and even left some touch up paint in the car for me to use in the future. There was a flaw on my car after going to their shop (which wasn't totally their fault), but they made sure to get my car back in at another appointment and took care of it for no charge!
