Used them after an accident I had a couple of years ago, waiting MONTHS for parts. Finally got my car back and have been having back to back issues. Come to find out, they put three different parts in my vehicle THAT ARENT FOR MY CAR but had no problem charging my insurance for stock parts. Smug and thieving management. I was on my way to an appointment when my car suddenly stopped working and I had to pull into their parking lot, where it ended up completely stopping in the entrance. No one was hurt, but I was really scared because I didn't know what was wrong with my car and I didn't know how to fix it. They came out, asked me if I needed help, and were able to help me get out of the parking lot entrance and help me get a hold of a tow truck without any problems. I recently had an auto accident and had my car fix it Alfred Matthews. When I picked up my vehicle, it was making a noise, a humming noise and the front passenger side the insurance and the auto body refused to fix it because they said I was hit on the other side. The thing is my car should be fixed and should be as is before the accident not coming out with a noise Alfred Matthews Justin Boyette kept telling me he has me. He's gonna take care of me this and that all to end with they're not gonna fix it. I would not take my car to Alfred Matthews and I sure would not have Kemper insurance they're the worst Alfred Matthews had my car for 30 days looking for the cheapest part they could get. This is the worst experience I've had with my car now I have to spend $1600 to fix my car for a noise that was not there prior to my accident. They were nice, but when it came down to the almighty dollar, the quality was not good at all. I would not take my car to Alfred Matthews, Turlock or Modesto. read more

I absolutely love it here. Heather and Eddie has always treated my parents and I so well for years whenever we've brought in our vehicles. There's a different level of trust when you go to a dealership vs. somewhat of a smaller auto repair shop - Honda quoted me $400. Alfred Matthews quoted me $40. Try not to give your money to these huge corporations, like Honda. They will do what they can to rip you off and oversell something that you don't even need. Thanks, Alfred Matthews! read more

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would!! I was in a small accident earlier in the week and I called my agent at Mercury Ins. She told me to go by Alfred Mathew's body shop. I went there on Thursday 05/04/23 at 4p. I talked to a woman with white hair. I ask how her day was going, she said, what can I do for you. I told her my ins. Referred me to this shop for an inspection, she quickly said they don't do inspections this late even though the shop closes at 6p. She said she could have someone look at it the next day at 10a I told I can't do that time because I work. She said that the latest was 3p. I told her I would find another shop. Doesn't seem bad you ask?? but she never asked who I was, what ins. Company I was with, or what kind of inspection, and just super rude, No customer service at all, they don't want to work!! Wow, I can be hard to please and sometimes critical of the smallest details but I am very impressed with the service I received. From the beginning to the end I was updated daily on the progress of my repairs. I had over 10k in damages to my duramax truck and this truck looks better then when I first bought it. Not only did they make all the needed repairs but went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my truck which was very filthy. I highly recommend this repair shop for any auto body repairs needed. I had some repairs done at Alfred Matthews where they had to repaint my front bumper. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed some bubbling or pealing near my headlight. I took it back and they repainted it. Ok job at best. Soon after, my tire pressure light went off and upon inspection I realized my tire sensor was hanging loose and not installed. When I tried to put it back, I discovered the wires to the sensor were cut. Who the hell does that?! Shitty work. I'm not sure why my insurance recommended this business when they clearly don't take pride in their work and they do stupid stuff like cutting wires to a sensor!! read more

Having to deal with the accident then add horrible customer service!?! Wish that on no one so save yourself and go elsewhere! Manager is a joke twists words and lies and the one girl with the long blonde hair have no clue why she is there she doesn't seem to know anything. Not worth the headache.
