I took it in to show the owner and manager of the shop and they made it seem like it was my fault. They took no accountability for the workmanship and didn't offer me anything in return and I eventually got them to fix their mess up on my car which should have been handled correctly the first time. I tried to get a rental vehicle from the manager/owner because I would be without a car for a week or maybe longer. He told me they can't do that and that he's loosing out on money because of this. After stopping at a stop sign, my car wouldn't accelerate past 20 mph, and I ended up having it towed to his shop. Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward. Most importantly, thanks to Sammy's expertise and quick action, my engine didn't seize, which could have been a much bigger (and more expensive) problem. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend Sammy to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust!
