My Volkswagen Tiguan needed a new bumper and this was the location recommended by my insurance. When I pulled up to this little gem, I was not reassured by the gigantic cobwebs above its sign and eerie silence. However, as soon as I stepped inside, all reservations were obliterated. The front desk staff is friendly, and there is a mini fridge with water in the lobby. My tech was Paul, and if you wish your father had taught you something about cars, this fellow is a dream come true. Knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to detail, he even helped me add oil to my car before I left. The repairs took a week, but I had ample communication throughout the process (calls and a personalized tracker like you're waiting for your 500th Amazon package). Depending on the extent of the damage once they open everything up and availability of parts, your car could take more or less time than originally estimated. But be patient, Sharon, as it's worth the wait. My car returned to me not only repaired, but clean inside and out, and the cost was actually reasonable. I THOUGHT this was going to be a very seamless transaction because the company seemed high tech and competent. I received occasional updates on the "progress" of my car although there wasn't much done within the first week. I was quoted less than 5k in damage and it would be done in two weeks. Without a rental that was a little more time than I would've liked but I understand that they had to order a part. Week 2 - they received the part on Monday, but didn't bother to work on it until Thursday. So now it's Friday, my car is STILL not a priority because (and this is The MOST FRUSTRATING thing..) they send my car to the alignment shop still not fixed!!! THEY NEVER TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE BEFOREHAND. So, then they bring it back to the shop. Now it's Friday 3pm and I have zero updates so far. Paul waited until 5pm on a Friday to tell me I wasn't getting my car back. I'm on the verge of tears and ripping my hair out. He had ZERO care about the fact my daughter who has special needs is missing school, i am missing work! And this is affecting my life! No, he said "Yeah, we will see what we can do for Monday..." and that was it. It's been over two weeks, I STILL don't have my car for a fender bender. I am beginning to think the other reviews might be sketch or maybe it's the person I'm dealing with. When I asked about parts and when they were delivered Paul couldn't tell me when they were delivered... why? He literally said "I don't physically see the part in my hand so I don't know when it was delivered...". I CANNOT recommend this shop in particular to anyone I know. Even if I rented a car I would still be without transportation because they only cover up to ten days and a certain amount. This lack of care can literally cost me my job. Paul can care less. Woke up a few days ago to find someone side swiped my car! I went to a few other shops before stoping by Caliber Collision. All the other shops in town were very snobby and rude. But once I arrived at Caliber Collision it was a different story. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with. Gabe is the one who initially helped me out but everyone there was very helpful. If you're looking for a shop that'll treat you with respect this is the one. My car was in and out and looks like nothing even happened to it! Worst costumer service ever!!!! When you are there, they are nice friendly and attent but if they have to call you, it can pass weeks!!! And as soon as you call them they will say: oh!
