Overall, it was a great experience. 4.5 stars. It took about 2.5 hours to put in a new windshield. Very responsive quoting process. When asking for a quote, it will likely exclude sales tax. It's not mentioned and they yelp messages, but that's what I realized when I picked up my car. With all the problems with rocks and gravel, I'm sure I'll be back for another windshield in the near future. The interior of my car was super dirty when I picked it up. Pieces of insulation on the seats and grease marks on the plastic. I had to buy wipes at the auto parts store and clean the interior. I recommend they wipe down all of the interior with wipes even if they have to add five dollars to the bill. read more

Best in the business in Modesto! I'll start by saying I did call around to four other business that claimed to specialize in the area of auto glass. Two was absurdly priced, while also informing me they could do the rear trim replacement on my truck, but might accidentally break the window in the process (and then informed me the quote would be more if that happened). That didn't sit right. Called another one that appeared to be top results on Google...they didn't call me back like they said they would within the hour, and then their doors were locked when I showed up to try in person (off McHenry). All that to say, I should've called Low Cost Auto Glass first. My initial interaction was over the phone and very kind/thorough. I was in the area so they told me to come on in so they could look at what needs done. I pulled into the parking lot to see a MASSIVE inventory of auto glass (clearly a sign these guys can work quick). Within minutes one of the main technicians was in the parking lot with me explaining exactly what my issue was and what he needed to do to fix it in detail. I also needed my windshield replaced. The pricing was very fair, and he told me he could have both auto glass jobs done on my truck within a few hours or so and that I'll have my truck by the end of the day. That's exactly what happened. A job well done, and quick, at a fair price! This is the only place you should be going for auto glass repair/replacement in Modesto. They took the matter seriously and quickly took action to correct the issue at hand and I couldn't be happier. As I said before I had seen nothing but good reviews and when it produced an unsatisfactory outcome I was skeptical of such good reviews. I sure was wrong! After seeing my less than satisfied review they took no time to reach out and fix the damage, they gave me plenty of options and feedback on what they could do and they actually ended up having to travel to Elk Grove to a dealership to find a replacement part for such a small area on the door, they went above and beyond. Landscaper chipped my windshield while edging the property. Can't prove it but I know it was due to them. Wasn't going to replace it till the crack started spreading and then it was a hazard. Anywho didn't want to file a claim with my insurance with it raising my premium. Called the establishment and spoke with Ishoo? Ishu?( not sure the spelling sorry if it's wrong). I just gave him my VIN and confirmed the camera on the windshield. He gave me a quote over the phone after confirming he had my make and model in stock. Best thing it was cheaper than my deductible. Great pricing on windshields. Quick service. They have a waiting room inside. I also had water leaking into my cab of my truck. They identified I had a block sunroof drain on the right side. For an extra fee of $125 they were able to unblock the drain. I would highly recommend them. I will be back when it's time for a new windshield. read more

I arrived at 3:30PM I was diving my mini van at 4:15 and with the discount. The car wash sticker and fast track stickers, were all on the windshield.
