I'll start by saying that I was 38 weeks pregnant when I contacted Alexander. I had been trying to get everything ready for baby's arrival and had totally forgot about my dirty car! I have 2 hairy dogs (golden retriever and Pomeranian) and my car was full of dog hair and dirt. How was I supposed to bring home my baby in this? Alexander told me he was booked out until May. My poor planning was no one's fault but my own and Alexander still did all that he could to accommodate. I told him the baby will arrive soon but I think I still had two weeks left. I completely understood if he wasn't able to take me in on such short notice. He was so flexible and was very understanding and empathetic! We talked for a little while and he double checked his schedule. He said because it was an emergency, he would take my car on his day off! He reassured me that he would be glad to do it because I felt terrible about taking his day off. It was Tuesday when I called him and he told me to bring in my car that same Friday!! I was so relieved I could cry. My husband and I dropped off the Honda late Friday night and Alexander was so kind and helpful. We picked up the car about 24 hours later and it looked amazing! He also charged very reasonable rates! I wasn't too sure he could get all the dirt and dog hair out but he did! I felt much better about bringing home my baby in my car. Literally, one day after picking up the car, my water breaks!!! Baby is coming!! I was so happy that Alexander was able to take me in last minute because he really saved our butts! Beware! Gave my trust to Alex for a front end ppf on my 21' Corvette. He insured me it should be no problem and that he can get it done in 5 days. We agreed on a precut ppf kit that would cover the complete front end. I put down my deposit and dropped off the car. On the 4th day, Alex contacts me and asks to keep the car an additional 2 days due to not being able to complete the job. Had no choice but to allow him to continue. Alex then reaches out again 2 more time asking for more time. 5 days turned into 11 days. Went to pick the car up on the 12th day and showed up to an unfinished car. The ppf install was horrible with air bubbles and blemishes everywhere. Alex decided to not use a precut kit as we agreed and without my consent installed the ppf film and used a razor blade to trim. After taking my car to a different ppf shop to get the ppf removed and redone, they showed me the damages Alex left. There were razor cuts in my front bumpers clear coat. Please beware of Alex and his shop as they are very inexperienced and will damage your car. This whole experience with Alex and his shop was a nightmare!
