Because of the delay, without even asking, I was given a gift card for several free washes as an apology. I decided to take them up on it and I've continued to go back ever since. Service has always been good and the wash itself is great. It's also nice to support local when another carwash in the area owned by a national corporation feels the need to hire 10+ people to wave signs all around the area. I'll continue to support clear drop with all my vehicles and their pricing is also superior and represents good value, especially their monthly unlimited plans.

The dryers definitely didn't do their job, so I ended up having to dry a lot of it myself. Not the end of the world, but for the price, I'd expect it to come out a lot drier. Overall, it's still a convenient spot if you want a quick touchless wash, but I hope they improve the drying system.

I wasn't even upset about the cone -- accidents happen -- what upset me was being treated with such poor customer service, especially by the owner himself. The wish itself if pretty good, but the drying is not as good as several of the other wishes. The vacuums work good. The only bummer is that the sun screens over the vacuums are not very big so you are in the sub for most of that time. It's not that big of a deal, but on 100+ days it is super hot (nothing Reefs can do about that). My other wash in Manteca (which got bought by the duck) has great vacuums, compressed air and shade for comparison. Overall they are the best in Ripon.
