Romel, Rob, and their team are true pros and have excellent customer service. The PPF installation is virtually seamless--you can't even tell it's there. Adding the ceramic coat on top has given a glass-like gloss that makes the color pop more than it did the day I bought it. It's a huge relief knowing my car is now shielded from rock chips and UV damage, all while being incredibly easy to wash due to the hydrophobic properties.
