They did a fantastic job and such great service. These folks are very responsive. My pricing inquiry was answered very quickly they were upfront about what the price structures and what you get for those price brackets would be they came on time. My only two points about them is one they quoted me anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours for the options that may be available they were there for 1.25 hours makes me think I'm not getting the maximum for my money. Two and they had to come back a second time to touch up the car where as it should've been done the first time when they were there otherwise. that's it other wise great business read more

I had called this company a couple weeks ago looking to get my car detailed. The guy I spoke with was nice and seems like he would be a good fit to come clean the car but when we were waiting on the day of our appointment he never showed up. After about an hour I called him and he said he had puppies and one of unable to make it so we rescheduled and he completely forgot about us the second time again. I will never use this company again even if he gives us a discount it won't help if he doesn't do a job. He does not care about his customers and he does not care about what you might be doing and how you have to change your day to try and accommodate someone that's already flaked once. I will be going to a different Mobile Detail and I will never call this person again I recommend no one uses this company. Unless this guy gets his head out of the clouds you call him and he just won't show up read more

Initially I thought that this would be a great company to have my car detailed since they came down from Manteca to Merced. The owner had to reschedule my first appointment due to a personal emergency, but when he did show up he only did the interior and not the exterior of the vehicle, and said we had to reschedule 10 days later, and would give me a discount on the exterior wash/wax. When he did not show up on the day that we had set, I called twice, and left text messages for him to return my call to see if he was going to show up. He never returned any of my calls/texts. Very unprofessional, and I will look for another mobile detailer who I can rely on for scheduled appointments and not be so discourteous about my time. read more

Today Logan and Evan came out to my house to wash our 2 cars. I had called Logan last week and explained to him that I had 2 different mobile car washes fake on me and he told me that he would come on Friday that is today as we agreed on during the week. Logan is very professional and he even showed up 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. That was even a more plus for me. I like it when businesses actually show up on time and are very professional and Logan actually responds back when you text him to confirm the day before. As I was mentioning Logan and Evan did a fabulous job on washing and waxing our 2 cars. They look way cleaner than when you take them to the car wash and they don't get scratched up either like they do at the car wash. This is the first bad review of had to leave and I didn't get to try the service. I contacted Logan late Wednesday night and he got back to me and we scheduled an appointment for Friday between 10 and and 12 at my wife's work. I had not heard anything Thursday knife and my wife wanted to confirm I contacted him via email it didn't seem to go through so I send him another one explaining this. I called him first thing Friday morning left a message on his voicemail explaining this 10:30 comes around my wife's out of her meeting no response I call him again and just leave another message never heard another word... the good thing is here there is no room for debate this is exactly how it happened no other reason to leave something this pathetic. When you try and work with someone that you don't know and this is how it starts it is all downhill from here professionalism is missing from this equation good luck read more
