This is a family owned business in conjunction with Stanislaus Smog. We recently inherited a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. The interior of the car needed work. These folks did a TREMENDOUS job! The carpets (which were loaded with pet hair) looked like new. The leather seats were cleaned to perfection and the interior in general just looked amazing! We took our child-infested yet beloved car in to epic detailing so that we could get it ready for sale. We had it for 7 years and really never had the interior cleaned. Well, not only did they make my car look brand new, they did the engine, cleared up the foggy headlights, and were able to repair 3 spots where the leather fabric had been destroyed. I didn't know that was even possible! We were able to list our car for 1500 more than we expected, and sold it within 4 days! I have done business w Lupe for many years. Followed him from one location to another. He always did a great job at a fair price. Last year I made an appointment to take my 40' 5th wheel to his location (no easy task) and nobody showed. Many calls and texts later he texted to say his crew was supposed to call me to let me know he was at his accountants. I tried to get back w him to ask if his crew was going to show up. Never answered. Now, I have a warranty claim on my 5 year ceramic job he did on my F350. I've called and texted with no response. This was not a cheap job. I really feel let down. read more

I haven't washed my truck for 20k miles. It's been coast to coast, camping, dirt roads, rain, snow, dogs!!! JR and his crew made my truck look better than it did when I drove it off the lot. Great work detailing the interior and exterior of my car. Upholstery work was amazing!

I called on a Friday afternoon and had a Saturday morning appointment which was perfect. The interior of my car had a very funky smell & he was able to wash all of the upholstery and make the inside of the car look great! My 2 complaints were:1) He quoted $195 then sent me a text message several hours later saying he was going to need $209.13 in CASH only. I wasn't prepared for that so I had to go to the bank to get cash. He should've told me upfront that he did not accept a credit card. 2) The upholstery on all of my seats were still soaking WET. I understand that it was cold out that day, 50°, but I wish he would've told me that when I picked up my car my seats are still soaked and to bring a plastic bag and a blanket to sit on. I did take my car home Saturday afternoon and parked it and did not drive it again until Tuesday to take the kids to school and guess what the damn seats were still wet! if this was going to be the case, I just expected more communication. I've never had my car detailed before so I don't know how long the damn seats stay wet. read more

Used them twice and was happy, well that changed! Tried calling for a month to get my RV washed. Left multiple messages and no response. Just days before our trip, finally answered. When asked what was the problem was told "training issues ". So we scheduled for them to come to our house at 8:30am. Guess what? No one showed up. Tried calling and no one answered. My wife called and left messages and no one answered. Totally inconsiderate and to me disrespectful. Their word means nothing!!!! read more

Dropped off our car at 8:45am. They said they would call when done, 2-3 hours max. No call! So around 2pm we drove over there to see our car sitting in the lot. When we asked why we weren't called, they simply responded "we were out." We inspected the car to find areas missed. Long story short for $195....there are way better places to go!!! read more

Stopped by Epic to ask how long it would take to get headlight lens polished on Dealsaver coupon. Was told by employee they could do it right now. I drove home to get coupon and returned to Epic. They then told me I needed an appointment and they could not do it today. Can not trust their word. Want refund from Dealsaver. I got the extreme epic car wash which was good on sale $125. The shampoo job on my seats was great! Very clean. However the exterior was a not so good job. It seemed dirty still and didn't seem like they did a wax job which they were supposed to do. My boyfriend does a better job. I will continue to look for another car wash place. read more

The overall job was okay. Not worth $295! "Detail" to me as a customer means I want my cup holders, ash tray, air vents, glove box and the little crevices should be cleaned. This however was not done. I asked when I picked up the car if these areas should be cleaned. He stated yes, and sat in the car and cleaned some of it. What ever they used to clean the surfaces both inside and outside were abrasive. It took all day to get my car done (8 hours) I was told to come at a time to pick up the car and had to wait 30 more minutes. I also left with my car on and the key not inside. The key was at the shop. No one called me. I had to wait until I got home to realize this and then had to drive back to get it. I could have done the job they did and saved a lot of money. read more

Had my suv detailed exterior only. When I called they told me they could remove a swirl mark on the passenger fender. And 2 scratches. Took my car in at 9am and finally called at 5:30 to check on it. Said they were just finishing up. It was dark outside when I picked it up. He told me they had covered the scratches The next morning I saw swirl marks EVERYWHERE and both scratches are STILL There I was charged extra for scratch REMOVAL. Took my car to another detailing place and they couldn't believe that I had just had my car professionly detailed. Never again with this place!!! read more

Just moved to the area and my truck needed some TLC after a long cross country trip. Junior was extremely professional and detailed oriented.
