The damage ended up being worse than we thought and we had to remove more wrap. Victor did a rush order for more material and rearranged his schedule to squeeze us in in order to finish the work before our vacation. Victor was very responsive, professional, and the work he did was perfect. His extra efforts to make sure we didn't have to take a partially wrapped van on vacation exceeded our expectations. I wanted to PPF wrap the front areas of my car since it's a low slung car prone to rock chips and…read morethe OEM paint is known for being fairly fragile, as well as ceramic tint my windows to keep out UV and heat. I sent inquiries to PremierXpress and one other place, and Nick got back to me quickly with a bundled price that included both PPF and tint. I asked and got quick answers on what products they used (Stek Dynoshield and Llumar IRX) and we scheduled a day for the work. I ended up upgrading my package with additional coverage (windshield UV/IR film and PPF rocker coverage) - no upsell, I just inquired on the day of and decided it made more sense to do the additional work. They marked all the locations that had flaws and said they would do the touch ups before the PPF application, which I wasn't expecting and appreciated. Nick also saw some swirls on some of the areas where PPF wouldn't be applied and offered to do paint correction on the entire car, which was generous and again appreciated. It's busy here and while the initial work did take longer than originally estimated, things looked very good when I picked up the car. There were a few areas that needed to be addressed, but this is routine and there was a 2-3 week follow up already scheduled to address any areas that needed attention. PremierXpress really focuses on using as few seams as possible, so the work is quite time consuming and precise. Anything that shows up and you point out is taken care of with no push back - they really want you to be happy with the work and final outcome. That being said, as a customer, you have to be fair too. On a clear PPF film, not every square millimeter needs to be covered. There are a ton of bends, crevices, and areas where it would be incredibly unlikely for a rock to find that exact location. With clear film, any very tiny areas that may not be perfectly covered aren't really visible. So having fewer/no seams in areas that ARE visible in exchange for tiny areas in remote locations that aren't visible - it's a good tradeoff. So friendly service, fair pricing, being willing to go above and beyond doing things like paint correction on areas they didn't need to work on - all added to a great experience where the outcome is my car is protected, looks great, and the owner emphasizes that if anything comes up, just come in and he'll take care of it. Couldn't ask for more. They also have a nicely stocked drink refrigerator that's very nice too. Would definitely be happy to bring a future car here for tint or film - they do a great job and have such a customer and satisfaction focused attitude.

I've been going to Harpreet for years now. I live in thr Bay Area but anytime I need work done on my car I make the hour + drive out because of the quality and detail Harpreet pays attention to. I've gotten all my carbon fiber parts installed by him, all my wrapping/ppf and small projects like retrofitting etc - all gets done by Harpreet. Theres no limitnto what this guy can do and he treats your car as if it were his, you always want a person like that working on your car. I highly recommend Harpreet for anything and everything that involves wrapping/ppfing, retrofitting, detailing, electrical, bag installation you name it! That accusation is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. This entire situation has been an unnecessary inconvenience, and honestly, I regret not taking my vehicle to another tint shop.
