Wow, this is the most horrible service I've ever received. I took my car in for water-spots full auto detail and it was horrible. The type of chemical they used was extremely strong that we could not take the burning sensation on our eyes every time we would enter/ turn on the vehicle. I brought the car back in a couple of days later because of the burning sensation and he told me he forgot to clean that horrific chemical they used of my hood and that it penetrated the AC so that's why It would hurt. I went back around 3 more times and he couldn't fix, I also noticed that the chemical they used ruined my grill and he was so rude to order it always showing hostility because he had to fix what they did. He then decided to give me my money back because he did not know how to fix it and order me a new grill, I specifically told him I did not want it from Amazon where he was going to order it and I wanted a original from the dealer, he did it with horrible attitude. When the grill arrived he texted me and said my grill was there and to drop of the car for 4 or 5 hours so he could put it on when he specifically had told me he was taking it to a mechanic and it would be around a 40 min process. I could not trust him with my car again after everything they ruined, I told him I would take it to the Mechaninc that he knew and I would tell them to bill him, he started yelling at me and told me he wasn't going to pay for that. I said that's not how it works, you mess something up you have to fix it, he got extremely angry and yelled TAKE IT TO THE MECHANIC AND TELL THEM TO BILL ME!! Slammed the door in my face then proceeded to walk back to his work area and loudly ( so I could hear) say things about me with his workers. Do not come here if you value your car, burning sensation is still happening in the eyes every time I turn on my car. He messed up a lot of the trim in the car looking very faded now and he just has the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered. read more

Awesome work! My car had hard watermarks that just wouldn't come out no matter what car wash I took it too. Immediately messaged 2 Guys Auto Detailing and they made an appointment for me to go in the very next morning and ensured me that they would be able to take care of it. WOW!!! I just want to give a big shout out to 2 Guys Auto Detailing. My car (2009 Ford Taurus SEL) has never been deep cleaned on the inside and the car seats never removed. As you can see in the before pictures, It was filthy! But it is the after pictures that blew me away! The attention to detail is insane! They even cleaned underneath the seats and the metal tracks the seats move back and forth on. Great Job! Next time I will be doing the outside! My puppy crapped on my passenger seat and spread it around on every other seat (don't ask how he managed to do that). 2 hours of wiping, 1 whole pack of alcohol wipes, and a whole bottle of Febreeze only suppressed the smell. Had to get my car detailed immediately, but I didn't know of any good places in Merced. Saw 2 Guys Auto Detailing on Yelp and was enticed by their perfect 5-star rating, so I booked an appointment with them first thing the next morning. Dropped my car off at 8:30AM and Remil took care of me throughout the whole process; he even gave me a ride back! When they finished the car, I told them I wouldn't be able to make it back before closing. Any other place would probably have said "Too bad, so sad, get your car in the morning." Not 2 Guys! Remil gave me his personal cell # and met me at the shop past their closing time. My car looked better than new. Exterior: Stains gone, coat looked fresh, rims acid washed and shiny, tires glossed... Interior: SMELL WAS GONE (replaced by sweet peach!), stains gone, seats and carpet looked and felt new, dashboard waxed... I had the worse water spots on my Acura. Tried everything to remove them with no luck. I took my car into 2 Guys and they told me it should be no problem removing them. I decided to also restore my headlights at the same time. Took my car in the morning and it was ready within a few hours. I was completely amazed how my car looked!
