We used Prevail today, August 2026, and they were excellent! Easily accommodated our schedule, arrived on time and did a superior job with cleaning the interior of our car. Use this company if you want the work done right the first time! Five stars ! read more

Not good. The interior rear windshield fog up and has stains that were not clean thoroughly. The driver front seat was scrub very hard that the leather dye came off. When the driver showed up with a dusty filthy car, that was the first red flag. He asked to use the electrical house outlet and the outside water hose. read more

I was very happy with Prevail and Greg. He was exceptionally quick in response to scheduling and once we made contact had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Additionally, he showed right on time and went straight to work. The job was top notch and the car was looking clean and refreshed. The tires had a great shine and the interior was spotless. The price point was competitive to others and overall I thought very fair. I have worked with other detailers in the valley and Prevail is the front runner in my opinion. I will definitely be a returning customer, if this remains the standard service. Highly recommend. read more

I bought a used car that needed serious detailing and while visiting my parents from out of town I tried finding a last minute retailer in Fresno. Out of 10 requests Greg was one of the only ones that replied to take on a last minute job at a very reasonable price. He even accommodated a later arrival (a mistake on my part) at no extra charge. He was out detailing the entire car for about 4 hours in 100+ degree heat and my car finally feels like new. He's is a very amicable person and did an excellent job, I will be using his services again in the future! read more

I was pleased with the work done and the detail, yet I felt mislead with price which is where my two stars come from. When I first contacted Greg he told me there was a special for $200 dollars and when I told him about overspray, he estimated $40. I'm sure this was going to be understated but when the day came and he finished his job, he told me the cost was $400 - which is a significant difference from $240. I felt somewhat taken advantage of because at no point did he share that information before proceeding. I don't know if this was because I said my company was going to take care of it due to the overspray (but left out it is my families company) and we did not estimate $400 for a detail. It is not that the detail was not good, it just seems out of our price range and the transparency in price threw me off. nice guy otherwise. read more

RAV4 was rough but Greg was able to bring it back to life it looks incredible and definitely recommend his work!

I was needing a full detail, inside & outside plus some waterspout removal. Greg gave me a fair estimate. He arrived on time and performed the work in the time frame he said he needed. He did an outstanding job, buffing & polishing the outside, and cleaning and detailing the inside. I am very pleased with the job Greg did. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their car detailed. read more

Requested auto detailing through Yelp. Yelp sent me 3 businesses and Prevail Mobile Detail was a five star per reviews. So I contacted Greg immediately and he was very informative with what he did with detailing and cost was competitive with other businesses. Greg showed up timely, got right to work and did an excellent job on my husband's Chevy Silverado! We would highly recommend him for detailing all vehicles and will definitely have him back to detail our vehicles! Thanks Greg for your professionalism! read more

He was professional, prompt, responsive via messages and left my car looking brand new again! All the hair as well as debris that fell onto the carpet are gone. Price was also reasonable compared to many others that I inquired on yelp for estimates and quotes. Highly recommend! read more

Prevail Mobile Detail - Interior of my 2020 Tesla model Y - Auto Detailing Near Me

I have a beautiful, 2015, bright red Corvette Stingray, that I always keep very clean. I went to a friend's house for a visit and stayed a few hours. When I came out, I immediately noticed a clear sticky substance ALL over my car. I quickly realized I had parked under a messy Crape Myrtle tree, and had that nasty substance absolutely everywhere. I reached out on Yelp for a Mobile Detailer, and Greg was one of the first to respond. His quote was very reasonable, so I went with him. He did the car right in my driveway, and we had a great chat, about many different topics. The car came out looking brand new, inside and out, and smelled great. I will definitely be using Greg in the future to keep my Vette looking awesome. Thank you, Greg! read more

I messaged Greg on Yelp about washing and detailing my Ford Explorer. He was extremely responsive and communicative during our text conversation. I was quoted $220 for my 3-row SUV, which is a great price compared to other vendors I contacted. I asked about conditioning my leather seats and he did it at no extra cost. He came to my home when I was at work and began detailing. He was very polite, enthusiastic and personable. The car looks great-- interior is pristine and exterior is shiny and clean. We had just returned from a 4 day road trip out of state, so our car was covered in dog hair and bug guts-- and now it looks brand new!! We would definitely recommend Greg and will use him again in the future! read more
