I was very happy with Prevail and Greg. He was exceptionally quick in response to scheduling and once we made contact had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Additionally, he showed right on time and went straight to work. The job was top notch and the car was looking clean and refreshed. The tires had a great shine and the interior was spotless. I bought a used car that needed serious detailing and while visiting my parents from out of town I tried finding a last minute retailer in Fresno. Out of 10 requests Greg was one of the only ones that replied to take on a last minute job at a very reasonable price. He even accommodated a later arrival (a mistake on my part) at no extra charge. He was out detailing the entire car for about 4 hours in 100+ degree heat and my car finally feels like new. I was pleased with the work done and the detail, yet I felt mislead with price which is where my two stars come from. When I first contacted Greg he told me there was a special for $200 dollars and when I told him about overspray, he estimated $40. I'm sure this was going to be understated but when the day came and he finished his job, he told me the cost was $400 - which is a significant difference from $240. I felt somewhat taken advantage of because at no point did he share that information before proceeding. I don't know if this was because I said my company was going to take care of it due to the overspray (but left out it is my families company) and we did not estimate $400 for a detail. I have a beautiful, 2015, bright red Corvette Stingray, that I always keep very clean. I went to a friend's house for a visit and stayed a few hours. When I came out, I immediately noticed a clear sticky substance ALL over my car. I quickly realized I had parked under a messy Crape Myrtle tree, and had that nasty substance absolutely everywhere.
