We were greeted by a rude jerk of a guy. We got there at 4 pm and he said he was about to close and couldn't wash our car. When we asked for a service level he could complete in an hour he got ruder, and became aggressive both physically and verbally. Took my car for an exterior wash, upon leaving discovered a scratch on the left rear bumper. I am positive that this scratch was not here before and when I went back the employees stated it was "impossible" that it was them and claimed even if it was they have a disclaimer that the car wash is not responsible for damage. Do not take your car here for anything unless you plan on spending the day there. I took this place almost 45 mins just to run my car through the automatic carwash system and then never even wiped down our vacuumed the inside properly. All the while I watched the supervisor walk around and do nothing but talk on his phone and take peoples money. I wasn't the only one. There was another person that actually had time to go to the wing place next door and eat. When she came back her car still wasn't ready. When I asked the supervisor why he couldn't help some of his crew get the cars out, he gave me an attitude and then when and finally moved my car. I just left, I didn't want them working on it anymore, I would have been there another 30 mins at least. For $22, you'd be better off going to one of those drive through washes. read more

I've waited almost a year and a half to leave this review only to serve as a warning to others. I had came here to get my car washed and detailed one evening. When it was completed they called me and I had let them know I was in the mall and would walk over to go get my keys to leave. Upon arriving there, I was told that they GAVE my keys to a random person who walked in to inquire about services then left. I was absolutely bewildered that the same people who knew what I looked like, hard to forget when your obviously 6 months pregnant with tattoos, and was in full own hysterics not knowing who had my keys and planned to steal my car. I immediately called Hanford PD to file a report as this seemed was too sketchy to even happen. The owner seemed not even empathetic on it happening, offered to "replace" a key and call it a day. My husband lost 8 hours of work due to having to leave in order to come give me his set of keys for us to move the car. I am 1000% this was an inside job and they purposely held my keys to steal it only later on. I should have gotten an attorney to seek legal action because theft + undue stress on a pregnant person is NOT okay. Stay clear away if you don't want your car disappearing at a moments notice. Went here a week ago to have my vehicle cleaned. After an hour and half and $60 later, I got my vehicle back only to find a white glue like substance on the passenger side hood and fender that wasn't on the vehicle prior to being there. I showed the substance to the manager who told me that it must be tree sap and there's nothing he could do about it. After arguing that it was his business that caused the issue, I finally told him that I would not be coming back and that I would be leaving the business a really bad review. His response was, "So what? We get bad reviews all the time." So apparently the management doesn't take care and that speaks volumes about this business. read more

Beware of the almost $400 "detail" service. Bought a new-to-me car and wanted to start fresh with a detail. DETAIL being the subjective word. I'm very disappointed at the attention to detail. Leftover sand was on the carpet in the hatchback. Sand was on the third row arm rests. Grime was still on the windows. Sand was inside the first row console. Previous owners drink spills was still on the steering wheel and console parts. I'm very upset that I spent $380 on a job I could have done myself for a fraction of the cost. Come on guys, really?? For $380 you should have a toothbrush to clean all the nooks and crannies, not some half wipe down job I can do at Misters for $25. Will not be going back and would like to hear from the owner. I've never been here before but I was really happy with the services I received. I'm having family over for Labor Day weekend. My aunt is asthmatic and my husky's constant shedding turned my back seat into a cotton ball mess. Even though I usually do my own cleaning, I ran out of time and needed a quick fix. I did a Google search and was super happy that they offer a dog hair vacuum service. I got the premium service at 50$ on top of the princess detailing package. An I'm super amazed with how clean and shiny my car looks now. It's a huge difference. I didn't realize they offered the usual car wash experience through their brushless track and an elevated car port if you wanted to provide your own cleaning at a reasonable price. An express detailed service if you'd rather their trained professionals to run your car through the car wash and provide a solid polish, wipe down and brisk vacuum of the interior. But I opted for the full service. I came at 8:30, enjoyed breakfast across the way at Jack in the Box, and waited another hour. I don't mind the wait, but they did get a bit of foot traffic when I got back. If you do commit to the full detail service, I'd recommend leaving the car with them and doing some errands in the meantime. But overall 10/10 would recommend if you don't mind the higher price point for the valuable services they provide. read more

First time being here at Sassy's Carwash. Came all the way from Fresno to Hanford. I have a bunch of Kids and having Kids are messy... Especially traveling a lot and having to eat while on a go. My car looks embarrassing in the inside, but I'm here now waiting for the car detailing. I ranked Sally's at 5 stars because of the quick response, fast and friendly services. I will edit this post when they are finished. But so far their doing a good job! Edit: One of the Employees came up to me and told me that they were finished and they wasn't able to get some of the Kids stuck on stuff out from the cup holders and things. Which was no problem. To be honest, I looked inside my car after they were finished. The parts of the car that I was embarrassed of was cleaned to the T! The doors, dashboard, floor and the cup holders. The only negative that honestly have to say is that the dog hair wasn't all vacuumed up which is alright. My Brother has a wired hair Terrier. BONUS!!! I took my SUV for a full car wash and was very pleased with the result. I mostly wanted the inside to be cleaned because it had been awhile. The car was completely vacuumed and dash board and console wiped clean. After I picked up the car I spent a few minutes cleaning in the nooks and crannies- they probably would have gotten to all that with a 'detail' job but this was just their regular car wash. It was nothing short of miraculous. The best part was that I left my water bottle in the lobby and didn't realize it for a couple of days. But they had it there waiting for me. They called me exactly 2 hours later and my car was meticulously clean! They surpassed my expectations! I will make it a habit to come in every couple months to have my car detailed. I took my car there for full interior detail and exterior detail, all together the package cost 330. It felt needed as car has been sitting outside for 2 years. Only bad thing about exterior detail was that they didn't get all the water spots off window, which I was fine with, otherwise exterior looked amazing, interior was another story. They told me that they would get every surface looking brand new, and to be fair, the parts that they actually cleaned, did look amazing, but they completely neglected the rear deck, the ceiling, and the rear center arm rest and cup holders. none of those were obviously touched. Took my truck in to get it Cleaned. Cost $47.00 . They used tire dressing so thick that it was splattering all over the side of my truck for a week ! They also used tire dressing on the side steps and made them Slippery to step on. Then the inside of the windshield was not clean either !!!! Not going there anymore.... read more

Don't take your car here. This place use to be the go to place until I got my new car. They washed my car and took through the car wash with the window down. When I approached them about what happened the manager (little guy that works behind the counter) got very rude and would not let me finish explain what happened. I go back today to give them a second chance same little guy comes up and I'm trying to explain to him what I want wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I feel if they got rid of him it might be a little better but what they charge for their service I recommend going else where. Only full service car wash operating in town right now & they didn't disappoint. I have 2 kids, 3 dogs & live on a dirt road. I've also been traveling from VA for past two weeks so car was extra gross. They cleaned EVERYTHING including the dirt that has accumulated on the lower inside of the doors from the dirt road. On Sunday August 23, 2020 I took in my Expedition and my Silverado to get washed and detailed. My Expedition got washed and it was not all that great. Smudges on the inside out of the glass were seen. The hood and back of the SUV had soap stains. When my Silverado was going to get washed some 300lb+ employee was going to drive it in. When he stepped on the side step he tested it to see if it can hold him. So he went for and broke it. The screw broke inside of the thread. The employees were instructed by the owner and their manager Julie to put zip ties on it to hold it in place to drive the truck home. Not mention the crappy detailing they did as well. On August 30th The manager Julie tells me to take my truck to Visalia to get worked on. The guy at the shop takes the side step off and tells me he's going to need to work on over the week. So he takes the side step of and holds on to it so drive back home to Hanford. Julie calls me on Friday September 4th saying that he's not going to work on the truck that they found someone else. Julie says do want to pick up your side step or do you want us to pick it up. I told her you pick it up. On Sept 11th they finally take the truck in to the shop. While it's at the shop I ask Julie is my truck almost done? She says "oh yeah I forgot to tell do you want $600 and you can fix it yourself". I replied NO! My truck is at the shop because it's suppose to be worked on! She offers me that because the total was $911. I got my truck back on October 16th. This is a horrible place. NEGATIVE STARS read more

I went to this place for a third time and it will definitely be my last time. Each time I have to go over everything that was missed. This time I went in for an outside wash only and expected just that. Giving the benefit of the doubt to the car washers I did not get off to look at my truck before taking off. I got home and was really upset to notice it looked like a 5 year old had washed and hand dried my vehicle. I immediately went back and was greeted by the owner who asked what type of wash I would like? In my head I was like WTF? Exactly I told him. I was just here and look at this mess! He said ok let me have someone clean it up for you. A young man who had not washed and dried my truck got to work on it and was really apologetic for the service. I knew this kid cared about his work unlike the owner and the others who originally washed my vehicle. The owner then approached me without the kids who did the job and told me "you do know we are the only ones in town who hand wash and dry right?" I told him "that is why I came here. I expected a hand wash and dry!" As the young guy is trying to clean up someone else's mistakes the owner says to me "ok we will do this for you this time but next time you should pay for a different package" sorry buddy there will not be a next time!! This service blows!!! I recommend paying someone else or doing it yourself. There was no consideration for customer satisfaction at all. I paid for a truck wash and thats all I expected.
