I saw the ad for this business in the Tulare Directory and I wanted to try them out. I had not washed my car for two weeks and there was bird droppings on the roof and rear window. The entrance is through J St to the immediate washing area. There were 4-5 workers on the job. Their prices are listed on a large menu. I got the Diamond Express wash for $22. They do accept debit cards. The process was a fast as expected (45 mins). I sat in the lounge area outside, but there is an indoor area with a bathroom. WiFi is available and water too. I enjoy supported small and local businesses. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will return. read more

It's a nice place to wash and detail you're car truck or SUV. It's well located in the Tulare area and prices are great.

I am going to start coming here since washing your car has become very expensive at other places. I only paid 7 dollars for a car wash, and vacuum for my car!! read more

Horrible!!!! The only reason why I gave it one star was because of the guy who scrubbed the outside of my car first! I paid for the $30 wash which was the highest because I wanted my rims to be cleaned and the inside of my doors. The guy who "cleaned" the inside of my car was on his phone for the first 10mins and then decided he would vacuum my car. He didn't clean the inside of my doors, barley vacuumed anything the middle console was dusty and had milk drops that had been spilled yesterday. Not one rim was cleaned not one! I came home and had to finish it myself! I told the guy if he could wipe down the doors and he wiped down one. I figured he would recheck the rest and he didn't! I will NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN! A 4yr old could have done a better job! Waste of time and money! read more

I will not patronize any business that flies a tattered and torn American flag. What you display here is a shredded rag on a pole. It's tremendously disrespectful to all veterans in Tulare. And to the rest of us as well. read more

So I ask them how much it was for a detailed car wash they told me $300 I'm looking like it's a old car they said that I said good luck trying to get people to come here read more

I started going when it changed owner and they started having the $5 wash. I liked it because they pre scrub it first. Not 100% but it still came out clean. So my husband said he needed a wash I told him to go here. And when he paid the owner hindue guy. The hindue guy told his son something in hindue to don't scrub it I guess because the kid did not scrub it. They just walked away. I'm not saying to get a full car wash but they can at least scrub the front of the car. read more

Horrible horrible service! I paid for the most expensive package (inside and out) and they barely even vacuumed and that was IT! They didn't wipe down anything. The service was not good. They were super unfriendly. Such a waste of my money. I will never go back again read more

Never again! Paid $24 for a hand car wash, the guys used a brush on the car, would clean rims with brush and then the car! Then to boot I had to dry my own car....never ever again! read more

I can truly say this was a truly great experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and showed genuine concern in what needed to be done and then some. I will say they exceeded my expectations, very reasonable priced for what I received in return. I got my accord fully detailed, shampooed and all and it was shinning like she was brand new, they even cleaned under the hood. I have not seen many car washed that have this level of perfection to be honest. THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!!!!!! read more

I'm from San Diego and trying new places. This place have always had good customer service starting with the people taking my money to the people handing me back my keys. My highlander is clean when they're done. So five stars. read more

Hands down the best hand carwashes in town. Did a very excellent job on my work truck. will be returning soon to get detailed.

You would think that during this pandemic a business could use all the customers it can get. I tried to get my car washed inside and outside but because they were already working on three other cars they said they couldn't do it right now. Are you serious??? read more

This place is amazing! Every time I come here they take their time and get my car cleaned so perfect!!! I have been coming here since they opened and won't go anywhere else! Highly recommend this car wash!! They are so friendly simply they best! read more

I think this place is great and I wish Visalia had a shop like this. I usually can expect about a 45 minute time frame when getting my car washed and detailed, mostly because everything is done by HAND! Yes, you have more personal attention on your car and the results show. This is not a "ride and shine" $6 wash that neglects nooks and crannies of your car, this is the real deal. The prices aren't cheap, but there not expensive either, I spend a couple hours in my car 4 days a week, usually eat at least 1 meal in my car every day, so my car deserves a good cleaning every couple of months. Keep up the good work guys and gals. read more

We came here a week prior and got a Mercedes washed inside and out because we paid for the most expensive option. We came this week with our truck and they tell us that they can't do inside washing. The people here are very rude and do not communicate well. read more

Sucks they do good the first time and once u get the membership they half ass everything & give you attitude once you ask them anything.

It was Amazing. Different from San Diego... Glad we picked this one. Need to rinse the Maquina before we leave to Pismo Beach... Hand car wash as we we drive through the machine! Pretty Amazing! read more

Finally a full service car wash in Tulare! I took my truck here yesterday and they did an amazing job and were so friendly. It was a very extensive detail for only $35.00. My truck seriously looked brand new I had to do a double take read more

This is a great full service car wash! I took my Tahoe here a few weeks ago and I was really happy with the outcome. They cleaned inside and out really well. However, I want to bring attention to the integrity of the people who work there. I'm a mom of 2 small littles so things get crazy and apparently while I was trying to clean out all the diaper bags and things $20 had slipped out of my bag and fallen on the floor board. I wish I had caught the name of the man who while vacuuming it out brought it right to me. He could have kept it and I never would have known. I will be back and it's nice to know there's people working there who value hard work and integrity. I will be back. read more

Best customer service I have ever seen at a car wash. I drove all the way from Hanford to try this place and I am not disappointed. I am definitely going to come back. I got the 30 dollar package. I like that you can leave the tip on your card because I rarely carry cash! read more

Brian and the crew @ Paradise Auto Spa rock. I make the 150 mile drive just to have these cats throw a bath on the truck. Thanks for the great service guys!! read more

By far this is one of the best car washes in Tulare. The staff are friendly and do an Outstanding Job! They definitely provide a good service at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back. read more

This is my first Yelp review and I am posting because this place deserves it. Good people, good service, good job. Hand wash so leave some time. read more

Took my car down this morning for an inside and out wash. There was a small amount of trash inside the car. When I pulled up and asked for an inside and out ($20 for cars) he asked to look into the back seat area, and I let him. He said it would be $50! He said it was extra work(I pulled out the trash myself in 1.5 minutes when I got back to work). So I said just exterior (the sign includes tire black and drying). That was $12 but he told me that they do not dry the cars, the machine does everything including the tires. It does have an air drier but there was no noticable difference in the tire black when the wash was over. There were no name tags, but the skinny gentleman in the black turban was abrupt and rude, the air dryer didn't work hardly at all on the left side of my car, and the entire experience was offputting and shabby. Don't waste your time here, there are two or three other much better places to get your car washed in Tulare. What happened to customer service??? Horrible! read more

Call the Cops I was ripped off at Paradise Auto Spa. I paid $30 bucks for the Top of the Line treatment. They said that they would wash and Hand dry out side of my car. Vacume the inside with wipeing down the inside dash and clean the inside windows. They were to wipe down the inside of the doors along with the door jams. I complaned to the guy who looked like he was incharge. He jumped in and started to do the windows. The owner came out and gave nothing but excuses. These guys suck and I will never go there again. Mediocre car wash, with very little attention to details. I was excited to finally have a full service car wash back in Tulare, but after going there I will continue driving to Visalia to Red Carpet Car Wash. I paid $30 for something I could've got at an express drive through car wash for under $10. Very disappointed! read more
