I will also add, DO NOT GO at Lunch time from 12-1pm during the week. It does get slammed and the workers also take lunches as well so you will be waiting for someone to come and dry your car for a bit. One time I had to get out and dry it myself. Right from the start, you're greeted by a cashier, I didn't have to deal with a machine, and they're the ones who actually spray bug cleaner on your car before you even enter the wash. It's a small touch that makes a big difference. I really appreciate that they have staff on hand to do a quick brush-down before your car even enters the wash. The whole process feels a little more cared for than the typical drive-through wash. Once inside the wash, everything runs smoothly, and the scent they use at the end leaves your car smelling so good. I didn't go into the building, but there were signs advertising free popcorn, donuts, and coffee; such a nice touch for anyone who does go inside. After the wash, friendly workers are outside drying your car by hand, making sure it's spotless before you drive away. The self-serve vacuums are included and have excellent suction, much better than most other places in town. There are plenty of upgrade options available, but no one was pushy about it, which I appreciated. When I asked to speak to the manager Jay said he wasn't there (approximately (7:40 pm). I asked Jay ( supervisor on duty who I felt was on a power trip) if I can get the managers contact info. Jay swell as every other employee there said it was policy not to give out that information. Not first or last or any sort of contact info. To me that seem extremely shady. If your doing every thing by policy or the law what does it matter if I contact you manger (who was not on site during business hours I explain to Jay that as of July first 2025 California passed Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), updated July 1, 2025, requiring businesses to provide an easy, same-method cancellation. I signed up in person and by law I was to be able to cancel in person. Jay along with all the employees there ( minus the manager because he wasn't there) refused to cancel my membership stating their policy (even though that policy breaks California law). I will be contacting the bbb, consumer protection and the CA AG. The staff need to be trained on California law, customer service, and the manager need to be on duty during business hours. Otherwise you get a kid who is supervising other kids who goes on a power trip and is extremely rude to customers. New! More ways to react to reviews.

I last was here in 2019, it's now 2024 so prices did go up like everything else did after COVID. I'm glad this business survived COVID. They provided excellent customer service and did a quality job.
