Now that the weather is better, I began bringing my vehicles to Rapid Express Flex Wash. I am kind of picky as to where I take my cars and I finally decided to give them a try. This location has gone through a few changes over the last couple of years. I was hoping that this latest incarnation would feature touchless/brushless washing; unfortunately, it does not. There are no car washes in the area that feature touchless washing. I was pleased after my first visit that I opted for a monthly membership. The membership options vary in price from $20 to $40 and allow you unlimited visits each month. A bar scanner is placed on the inside of the windshield, which allows you through the gates, bypassing the entrance staff. I selected the $40 "Extreme" membership; however, I have not been receiving all the services promised. I think it is because the staff has no idea what you have paid for once you have passed through the gates. I will give it one more wash before deciding whether to keep this membership, or not. Probably not... read more

Don't let these pictures undo the good job they did on my car my dash and windows and rest of it were great but its just little weird to miss something so obvious, rest of my car was very nice I got 40$ wash which is way cheaper than a car detail but none of my door compartments were cleaned I can easily use the extra wipes they give you when you leave but not sure why they were skipped and little between the seats and sides were missed but I will be a repeat customer I wonder if they are timed because my car was exactly 30mins so that could be why, over all the car wash alone is better than any wash place I usually go to and they dry it for you at the end. Great new place I will just once over my car next time. They also spray your car with a nice scent and give you three air fresheners and 2 car wipes which is just nice. read more

Waited 15 mins in line paid and everything, something was wrong with the old ass machine they have and a vehicle rolled up and they scanned her and opened her gate?! I've been waiting and just because she a member doesn't mean nothing! That's not how you treat your customers. I've worked at surf Thru express for 4 years and never once I've ever done that to a customer. Who came first paid and everything is served first doesn't matter members or not. I've been coming her for the last 3 months and not had a problems until today. I will not be returning! Whole back of my suv was wet because my window was open and the workers seen it but sprayed my vehicle down and then said something! read more

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem - I use to come to this car was all the time. My car would always be left really clean and looking good. Mister Car Wash has now taken over and I only go because it's what's closest to my office. Today, 5/11/23, I went through the wash and started self drying my car and noticed that the blue liquid (that isn't completely washed off) had been stuck dry onto the white paint. It's never happened before. I was able to speak to a manager (who has only been on the job for two days). He was helpful with what he knew. No other staff was on the property beside the cashier and him. Poor guy did not know what to do about all the blue spots on my car. He had no business cards for himself or anyone else for that matter. He did take my info and hopefully the general manager is able to resolve the issue. I'll follow up with how this issue is handled (if at all) read more

I'm actually shocked at the amount of workers ready and helpfully scrubbing/ drying the cars. This place has the best customer service I've seen in all of central California. The vacuums here felt particularly strong too! I love when the vacuums pick up the tiniest crumbs in my car because yes some people drive while eating LOL read more

Man, been going here for two years and have a monthly membership. I'm guessing new ownership bc they laid off a bunch of the regular guys and now it's just a regular drive thru wash. No pre-spraying/scrubbing, hand drying...literally the reason I got the membership. New guts just watch you drive in, maybe spray half your windshield. What a bummer! read more

Always do a good job on my car. They have a good manager. I am on the premium plan works well for me.

We always get our car washed here and feel we get the best value for our money. Free vacuuming is nice.

I have the monthly car wash service with unlimited full service washes. They do a great job. Mo is the best on keeping the cars in great shape inside and out. Highly recommend this business. Thanks Ron read more

Open daily car wash! I like the quick drive thru Service for the days I need the car looking fresh. The monthly membership includes interior detailing as well! Bring your car and let them leave your car looking new again all while you sit inside ! read more

Everyone was super nice except the guy who took my payment, he was very rude and short and it was my first time here (since the name change, new ownership etc.) and I had some questions. Was frustrated at first, because I got the $40 wash but everyone else made up for Nicholas (according to my receipt that is who rang me up). Someone asked me to leave a review, which I think shows they are open to real feedback. Only thing I wish I could get at a car wash is sticker removal!! read more

Normally, I would have to request from the employees to redo certain areas of the car, today I was pretty impressed, first time back after red crown shut down and turn into the current business it is today. Very pleased with the results, did not have to ask the employee Fernando to redo anything. so I tipped him accordingly. thank you rapid express car wash thank you Fernando you did a great job. I will be back. read more

Zach was amazing! Great job! Recommend it! Makes for a great clean truck! Go do it!

This place went from 5 stars to 2 stars for their new ownership that is clearly more interested in making money by cutting the very services that made it a better than the average car wash. This will backfire on them big time. They used to hand dry your car coming out of the tunnel, not any more. They used to pre scrub your car before going into the tunnel....not anymore. So I cancelled my monthly subscription that I have had for the last several years and will now head over to Champs. I feel sorry for the employees there, losing tip money, etc. read more

I have 3 memberships that I pay for each month, and I went to wash my vehicle during normal business hours at 5pm and as I'm sitting in the road during heavy traffic on Mooney Blvd they turned me away and told me to come back at 7pm and I will have to wait in line because of a "haunted car wash" event that they were preparing for. Any other car wash with good business ethics would have washed my vehicle by hand because of the inconvenience. I am paying for a service that they refused to provide. Not to mention I have been a customer for years, since they were "red crown" and "red carpet". read more

Excellent job as usual!!!!!!! Juan did a fantastic job on the inside of our traverse!!!! We use to go to another car wash but was very disappointed so we bought a membership at Rapid Xpress Love it. Keep us the great work read more

Excellent service and helpful staff! I came in with a really dirty car and left with a sparkling clean one! : )

I waited over an hour for my car to be complete, no update or anything. Then I get in my car and all of my compartments including my cup holder which is so obvious is dirty !!! I had to turn around and drive all the way back to get it cleaned bc they did not give me any wipes or anything. 30$ down the drain, do not go to this place unless you want to have to clean your car yourself even though you PAID for a inside clean. Ridiculous that they can't even wipe down a middle cup holder. read more

Are used to come here and are used to be an employee named Wayne and he is doing a really fantastic job on my truck lately I've been coming and some of the rollers haven't been working and I pay for the top-of-the-line car wash and sometimes I don't get the top of my car wash and I have to try to get back through and squeeze through a little area and I scraped my truck because it wasn't enough room for me to fit because I have a big truck and then I had to sit here and wait for somebody to just drive my truck right because I didn't want them to clean the inside I just do the outside and had to wait here for at least probably close to five minutes just before someone to come and just dry the truck right clean the windows and on the outside and make sure the tires were clean right. read more

paid for the xpress full service. once out of the wash employees kept directing me to the self serve vacuums even after showing my receipt so i didn't get my windows cleaned, dash wipe, air freshener, or interior vacuuming (did it myself). wont be returning. shouldn't be that complicated to get the car wash i paid for. read more

I've tried multiple car washes around town and this one was been the best value and I am always please with their hard work to make my car look great. I have tried numerous times to cancel my credit card I have on file because I no longer have a car. You guys keep charging me $40. Every month for three months already. Everything concerning this car wash has changed and used to be so nice you drive up they would take whatever you wanted done with your car they would vacuum right there now you go through the express wash which really didn't get all the bug juice and stuff off and then if you forget to turn your night lights on they don't clean the inside of your car for $20. $20 for a car wash I'll do it in my driveway for $20 and anybody else who wants it done .Very poor customer seevice; they need to look at a receipt and make sure "do you have everything that you need?" nobody says a thing except your lights were not keep on going, very poor. I will not return. read more

I was a regular customer i have been with these guys through different owners i loved this place well loved so i got new rims for my car and I was concerned because 3k in tires and rims is a lot the manager came out and assured me they would be fine i asked are you sure I was told by the main guy they do corvettes ext your rims are safe ok so at the time this was my place I believed them until I walked out to my car and both rims on the drivers side are scratched not a lil scratch but large in your face ones and I was cool about it i walked inside asked for the manager walked him out he seen the scratches walked back into the building got with the main guy then they said they didn't scratch them i was in shock i reminded him on what he said about corvettes he said yeah i know but how do we know it wasn't done elsewhere hello i had you and your other guys look at them before I left and not one scratch on my brand new rims then I was told they would contact the owner and get back to me what bs I never got a call from anyone and when I called back just a run around so please take my experience and if you work hard for what you got DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I was a long time customer and they treated me with disrespect they will do the same to you.........I hope this gets to someone in the company who may care enough to at least call me and own up to what your company has done please beware of this place read more

Do not waste your money here, it's a complete waste of time. They don't have a system to differentiate what a customer pays for. They made me vacuum my own car when I paid to have it fully washed/cleaned, etc. A complete waste of money and time. Red Carpet and their staff is missed. read more
