I usually would not write a negative review, but today I went to get a nice early Saturday morning carwash (my first time here). After running ny car through the carwash, my car was still dirty (dusty hood and back of my vehicle. After vacuuming my vehicle, I went back to see if I could run through the wash again the employee said," You'll have to pay another 9 dollars, rewash doesn't come with the basic". I AM NOT A KAREN but how do I go to a car wash and leave with a dirty car?! The employee was rude and not understanding. I will attach proof. I will never return to this carwash, and will be informing my colleagues, family and friends of your terrible customer service. read more

First time here, paid $19, it did not wash or dry the back of the car. It also didn't clean off the bugs from the front. I brought a clean cloth to dry off the excess water and the cloth ended up filthy from all the left over dirt on the back of the car. Would not recommend this car wash. read more

I have been a Bubble Zone member for months, and have been very happy with the experience, but today surprised me. After I got my car washed, I was staring at this big smear on my car that had been there for awhile, wondering how to get it off when Vincent approached me asking if I needed anything. I told him about the smear and he took the time out of his day to buff it out and make it look brand new! He was so friendly and even gave me tips on car care. I couldnt believe the level of customer service. Thanks again Vincent! read more

The dust is horrible in Visalia. Our SUV was covered in dust every morning. We used the car wash for better visibility and to vacuum out the dust from our interior. Car washes aren't cheap, but this was a reasonable price locally. read more

Love coming to the bubble zone to wash my car. Everyone is always so friendly. The air fresheners are great and love that they're complimentary. Aaron helped me out this time and he was the best!!! Always a good experience coming here. Very affordable. He let me know all their washes were 50% off tonight. read more

The car wash tore off my valve stem on my driver front tire. They didn't want to fix it because my cap was not stock. So it cost me $60 to fix and they lost my $40 a month. Smart business model. read more

Bubble Zone Car Wash - Broken valve stem. - Car Wash Near Me - Visalia, California

The place is new so knowing things up to date it's great and people who work there I see smiles and that great way to keep coming ..

I've been coming to this car wash for some time. All the people have been very nice and professional. Today I encountered the "manager" . Im really wondering how she got that title. The equipment failed and I had to go back around. No problem at all. Wasn't their fault. The so called manager was very rude and made snide remarks about me to the other employees. She wouldn't back down after I addressed her rude mouth. The most unprofessional and smart mouth person I have encountered. I'll be washing my cars at the car wash across the street read more

Rude customer service, The employee immediately raised their voice, cut me off mid-sentence, and spoke in a sarcastic, condescending tone.

Car derailed and they blamed us for braking and steering off the the guide rails. paint damage to the side of the car. And our car wasn't even clean after. read more

Well, now I see the other side is not working since my initial review/question. I pay almost $50 a month and would hope to at least get a good wash. Are there discounts available for members because I am getting a lower quality wash than what I agreed to. I do see that you added a sign that states "no rewashes for basic" and "only one rewash for deluxe washes". I feel this shows that you know your equipment isn't doing a good job washing cars. Is this going to be fixed soon? It's a shame because the staff you have are very friendly and welcoming but have no control over your (the owners) equipment. read more

Recently visited Bubble zone car wash & I am throughly impressed! From start to finish the experience was great, staff was friendly. The facility was clean, well maintained. I'll be back for sure!!! read more

I was pleased with the quality of the car wash. I wanted a quick wash and it was just that. Will return.

Never answer the phone, forwarded my calls, bad customer service. I would not recommend a subscription with this car wash

My tire was slashed open in the middle of the carwash. Things happen. After getting the car out, the staff (Who were great.) let me know that there is a nail that sometimes cuts tires in the car wash. I thought that was a strange thing to have in a car wash, but also maybe there is some miscommunication there. I do not know how Car Washes work, but I do know there was a 2-3in slash in the side of my tire. Also, I just got new tires for my car a couple months ago. They were basically brand new. The owner's manager claimed that if your car is over 5 years old, they will not cover the damages. So I had to get my car out of the car wash, change to the spare, go buy myself a tire, take half of my day away, but because the car itself is a 2018, they won't even pay to fix my tires? I talked to the manager who was very kind and she let me know that her boss doesn't budge on the 5 year rule. I said to send me to him and she said she couldn't. Which I thought was strange that there was no one else I could talk to about this. So now I had to spend my money and time without even a sorry from the owner who doesn't have the courage to talk to his clients and defend a ridiculous policy. Probably because he knows it is ridiculous and also knows that it would take a lot of effort to get something like this resolved and most people would just give up. But I got time. Moral of the story. if your car is over five years old, use the car wash across the street. It is almost done. And if they damage your vehicle, maybe they will cover the damages. read more

The worker was very kind and welcoming. Rock is getting washed. He's dirty! Pay for, wished a good day and went through the wash. Then workers scrubbed it away! From there, it went in the car wash to get cleaned. After that, to the vacuum area and it was needed! Rock is clean and ready to go! Great service and car wash! Highly recommended! read more

We tried downgrading our $30/month plan in person, but it was never changed. Months went by with no answer to calls, and every visit we we tried but no one could seem to help. Even after a prorated charge showed up, it took many calls before someone finally answered, by then, we decided to cancel. Poor communication and no follow-through. read more

Horrible wash ever!!! The manger is a piece of shit!!! I got a 19 dollar wash and my car was still dirt. I asked for a rewash and she said can you give this ugly car a rewash!!! Almost I wanted my car mats clean and I went and one of the employees said it was fine. I put them on the floor and I waited outside for like 10 to 15 minutes. The employee that said it was fine. He was gonna clean them and she said no the manager said no even though I was a customer. And it's probably not the first complaint about read more

Love the convenience of this car wash. The wash is great EXCEPT for the pre wash grill scrubbing is done. Out of my first 5 visits using a membership, visit 1: my grill was scrubbed and all dirt and bugs were removed. Visit 2,3,4: grill got a half wipe across it. Not even a back and forth. Most bugs were still there after the wash. Visit 5, the grill only got sprayed. No scrubber. All bugs remained.lots of dirt all around grill. This is not impressive and it's not a one time deal. read more

They do not clean the brushes inside the carwash my car continues to come out dirty. These air fresheners aren't the greatest. The manager is so rude, she wanted me to come and do a rewatch but it continued to look the same. Im taking my business to Tommy's express. read more

I rushed to the car wash to make it before their posted closing time of 8pm, arriving at 7:55pm, only to find that they already placed both cones blocking so cars couldn't get through. The employee said the car wash stopped working but I can clearly see the last car going through and getting dried. It's really disappointing when a business advertises a certain time but decides to close early just so employees can leave sooner. If you're going to post business hours, you should stick to them--customers rely on that information. Bad customer service and poor management. read more

I keep forgetting to write a review. My experience happened back in June. But I wanted to write on here to warn others. I've been to this car wash multiple times but the last time I went. I'm not sure what happened. All my lights on my dashboard are on. The power steering, traction control, ABS, and brake lights. They all came on at the same time. I've never had this happen. Idk if it washed the under carriage and messed up the mechanical sensors. After reading all these reviews doesn't look like I would've been able to talk to a manager or had anything repaired at their cost since my car is over 5 years old. I haven't gone back to a car wash ever since, not just this one. read more

Very satisfied with the service Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend I'll definitely recommend this from my frienda and family

This place is never open when it says it will be. It's overpriced and doesn't do a good job at cleaning. Very disappointing for a car wash.

Great experience! Customer service has been great everyone is friendly. Vacuums sucked very good, clean place so far, definitely recommend! read more

I visited this establishment at 7 p.m. on the dot. Apple Maps states they're open until 8. Pulling up, a member of the team registers the payment. They ran out of complimentary air fresheners, which was fine, whatever. At least I got the dash wipe. As I park to vacuum (the wash having been decent), a different team member comes up and tells me they're shutting it all off--no more vacuums. I was confused but I dipped, whatever. Two stars. Not worth the money. I'd like the Bubble Zone Car Wash hours fixed on the map and maybe a heads-up about the vacuums shutting off BEFORE I finish paying, at the bare minimum. read more

Excellent service! I brought my car in for a wash, and the team did an amazing job. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My car looks spotless inside and out they paid attention to every detail, even the hard to reach spots. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this car wash to everyone I know read more

I really usually like this car wash. Every employee is so friendly and I appreciate that! It's always a hit or a miss on the wash though. It seems like my car always has to have a very light amount of dirt/dust for it to completely wash. I went this morning but my car unfortunately did not get clean very well so I'll have to rewash my windows at home. So while I am disappointed that I spent $23 on a wash that barely cleaned my windows, I'd still go back for a quick wash, but will get the cheapest one now because the $23 just wasn't worth it. read more

I went to try the bubble zone today but for the price it is not worth it. For $23 the front of the car and window is still dirty. I will be going to another car wash in the next few days since my car is still not looking great. read more

I had a good service. Before entering the car wash the two gentle men did a good job scrubbing the car. The air refresher makes my car smell good. The vacuums are powerful! Though, they could use wipes and trash bags to give out for extra cleaning inside the vehicle. read more

Bubble Zone Car Wash - I've never gone through a car wash that does such a horrible job - Car Wash Near Me - Visalia, California

Poor customer service. No receipt (out of paper). After exiting the car wash, I realized my windshield was not clean and decided to go back through. Unfortunately, the attendant told me I couldn't go back through the wash since I only purchased the "basic" wash. So, a basic wash doesn't guarantee a good cleaning I suppose. Very disappointed. read more
