This car wash is the best car wash in town. It keeps my car the cleanest longest and the staff is amazingly friendly. They have a staff member named Pablo that will buff your headlights and make them look brand new and it's insane. My headlights were yellowish white on my 2006 Highlander and he completely transformed them. That's like a really expensive job and he only costed me $40 when it's like a $70-$200 job as far as I know. I recommend them to everybody I know. read more

First time at Champs Express Car Wash and it did not disappoint. The first person I interacted with took the time to explain the different packages. I didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to upsell. I opted for a full service wash today and you could tell that the detailer enjoys what he does because my car looked brand new again. I got the Defender package for $60 and it included the full service and spray on wax. Excellent prices. I will definitely return. read more

Hands down Theee BEST car wash in all of Visalia. Best wash for your car that you don't have to get out at all if you choose to do so. The hardworking guys dry it for you after you run it through. You do have to vacuumed it yourself but that's cool in my book. They also, offer full service and detailing if that's your cup of tee. My wife and I pay for the monthly subscription so we wash our cars atleast once a week and we feel it's worth every penny. We've been to atleast 3 other car wash spots in town but we feel Champs is the absolute BEST!!! Give them a try. You won't regret it. I will also add, DO NOT GO at Lunch time from 12-1pm during the week. It does get slammed and the workers also take lunches as well so you will be waiting for someone to come and dry your car for a bit. One time I had to get out and dry it myself. Luckily for me, I carry shammy towels with me so I was good. But yup, avoid coming at lunch time at all possible. Other than that small detail, Champs lives up to their name. They are Visalia's car wash Champs in my humble opinion. Just check out how clean and shiny my wife's car and mine look after. They soo Purdy read more

This is easily one of the best quick service car washes in town. The prices are comparable to similar spots in town (honestly may even be cheaper), and the level of detail really sets them apart. Right from the start, you're greeted by a cashier, I didn't have to deal with a machine, and they're the ones who actually spray bug cleaner on your car before you even enter the wash. It's a small touch that makes a big difference. I really appreciate that they have staff on hand to do a quick brush-down before your car even enters the wash. The whole process feels a little more cared for than the typical drive-through wash. Once inside the wash, everything runs smoothly, and the scent they use at the end leaves your car smelling so good. I didn't go into the building, but there were signs advertising free popcorn, donuts, and coffee; such a nice touch for anyone who does go inside. After the wash, friendly workers are outside drying your car by hand, making sure it's spotless before you drive away. The self-serve vacuums are included and have excellent suction, much better than most other places in town. There are plenty of upgrade options available, but no one was pushy about it, which I appreciated. I did notice signs saying prices will increase starting 7/1/25, but honestly, their attention to detail and level of service is more than worth the few extra cents. Highly recommend! read more

I just can't stop saying enough good things about this place. The guys do an amazing job. I love my complimentary air fresheners, and today was MOTHERS DAY and I got a beautiful single red Ross that they were giving out to the moms today. Such a simple yet sweet gesture! Thanks Champs. Forever a favorite. read more

Staff is freaking awesome! $55 for exterior and interior in less than 25 min. Seriously can't beat it

I have a monthly membership. I went today and then waited 8 minutes for someone to come and dry the car. I watched 3 cars pull in after me and get taken care of. Drying is my least favorite part of washing the car. I got to drive home and then dry. I will be cancelling my membership. read more

I am impress with the service, price and how clean they are. I highly recommended. Do you have a place to entertain yourself while you're waiting? And also for your toddlers. Serving you with free coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn. The have the app where you can also safe lots of money on other companies they are associated with. I found my new car wash at Visalia. read more

So disappointed that I showed up 40 minutes before close of business (7pm) and was told I could not get my interior cleaned because it was too close to closing... If your business states you close at 7pm, services should be available until then. The exterior wash takes less than 2 minutes long and they would've had more than 30 minutes to do a simple wiping down. An extra star was added because I was able to vacuum via self-serve since I purchased an external wash only and a staff member helped wiped down the exterior... though, sure would've appreciated the help to do a simple interior wipe down with more than 30 minutes left of their scheduled shift after my wash. Incredibly disappointing. read more

I've been coming to champs for awhile since I was a kid with my aunt. The guys here really take care of you and your vehicle. They always welcome you and say hi that goes along way. They value their customers and the work they put out ! 100 percent recommend!!! Get you a membership! Oh and if you pay to have your car cleaned inside and out they really clean it like if it were their own car! read more

I either go here or to surf thru because it is closer to my home but I come here if surf thru is really busy or if I forget my dry towels ( which is most of the time). I always have a good experience here but today their service was excellent!! Shout, to the boys that work here. They're super sweet carrying, and helpful. I had some gunk that didn't get off my hood on my first wash, which I didn't notice or really cared about ( I don't really expect much for a drive-through car wash) but the worker that approached my car to dry (the reason why I love coming here) let me know that there was some gunk on my car that didn't come off and told me to go through another time. Of course for free! I came out the second time and the gunk wasn't fully off, and I told him not to worry about it, but three guys came to my car and try to figure out how to take it off with a spray and a sponge. so special shout out to the two boys that were wearing glasses and one with curly hair that was wearing a cup sorry I didn't get your name! And on top of that, someone came to do a tire shine. Again, I do not remember his name but special shout out to the guy with the tattoos. From now on, I will make sure to drive the extra couple miles to get my car washed. Also, their deals are the best. I paid $13 for the most basic wash and was offered to take my car within 30 days to get it washed for the same price however sadly I had to decline because they not live in Visalia I just come to visit! Thank you guys and I'm so sorry I didn't give you guys a tip because I so wanted to. I just didn't have cash on me so I thought I would leave a review. read more

always a 5 star experience when leaving this place! starting with the workers you see first to the ones who help you send off. Aliyah has greeted me multiple times with a smile, always being so sweet and making sure we leave with a trash bag and an air freshener for free. The car wash tunnel and/or the hand wash are always top tier. I love doing the defender so they are able to clean inside as well. the inside of this place is a whole different world in itself. Stephanie greets us when we walk in AND they give free drinks & free popcorn. They truly do value their customers and make sure our experience is always the best. read more

Helpful staff! Thank you for your kind help! We had 2 cars washed at that place. Good experience.

After taking my car to the other full service car washes around, I'll never go anywhere else again. My car looks FABULOUS! I have dogs who ride in my car so dog hair is always an issue but Champs cleaned the interior so well there wasn't a dog hair in sight! The interior was spotless! At first "The Defender" price ($65) sounded a bit pricey but after seeing the results I'll be back here on a monthly cadence! The waiting area is so fun with so many cute things to look at and purchase and the staff is extremely friendly. Thanks Champs I'll see you tomorrow.......or maybe today. read more

I bring my car here weekly and it's the only place that I'll get my car washed... The staff is quick to help finish drying my vehicle and it's always taken care of any concerns I've ever had. I just had my first experience at Champs. From the greeting to the completed transaction I felt like a valuable asset to this company. I take both my van and truck to Champs for vehicle washes. The vehicles come out looking nice and clean. Staff are always willing to dry off your vehicle. I have been told it is part of the wash. I always tip anyway. However, today when I brought my truck in for a wash, the attendant noticed that I had hit a yellow pole with my front left bumper. I told him I just did it before coming to get it washed. I was so upset. He said that they may have something that would take off the paint as there were no scratches in my paint. Washed the truck pulled around and met Raul. He looked at and told me he could take that yellow paint off. Go inside the lobby and he would get me when he was finished. About 10 minutes, he comes in and gets me. I looked at the front bumper and it was perfect. There was no yellow paint and he had also pushed out the dimple dent as well. I wanted to hug him. I was so happy he was able to do that for me. Great job and so professional. He really wanted to help me out. read more

Great staff and great prices. I was here in Visalia for several months for work so I didn't want to get a subscription to any places. They do a good job, good value for the unlimited pass. Only issue I've consistently had is that they don't line you up well to enter the car wash. I drive a vehicle with wide tires and they've lined me up crooked nearly every time I've gone. If they started doing that, it would be a 5/5. read more

So I had my car passenger side mirror replaced about 6 months ago, and everything was perfectly fine with it however today at champs express while getting my car washed my passenger side mirror snapped in half, the plastic from the mirror just broke off, I've never had this happen to me at any other car washes , this was my first time at champs express, the manager took a look and said that my car had already been damaged even though they broke it. Didn't make it into a big deal but definitely won't ever be going back again. read more
