Terrible experience! The supervisor Jay was extremely rude to my wife. When I tried to cancel they said I had to go online and do it myself self. They said it policy not to do it for me. When I asked to speak to the manager Jay said he wasn't there (approximately (7:40 pm). I asked Jay ( supervisor on duty who I felt was on a power trip) if I can get the managers contact info. Jay swell as every other employee there said it was policy not to give out that information. Not first or last or any sort of contact info. To me that seem extremely shady. If your doing every thing by policy or the law what does it matter if I contact you manger (who was not on site during business hours I explain to Jay that as of July first 2025 California passed Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), updated July 1, 2025, requiring businesses to provide an easy, same-method cancellation. I signed up in person and by law I was to be able to cancel in person. Jay along with all the employees there ( minus the manager because he wasn't there) refused to cancel my membership stating their policy (even though that policy breaks California law). I will be contacting the bbb, consumer protection and the CA AG. The staff need to be trained on California law, customer service, and the manager need to be on duty during business hours. I've been using Surf Thru for years and have a membership that makes it quick and easy to drive thru anytime. They have one in Selma that's convenient on business trips to and from Northern California to keep my car clean. The one drawback is a thick oily residue on the side of my car at the bottom of my doors. This is taking away from the ease of drive thru. Now I have to carry a towel and cleaner to remove this oily mess. Please come up with a solution to this problem. read more

They have no one monitoring the exit and people insist on braking and sitting under the blow dryer instead of getting out of the way. Had to drive out this time bc the track wasn't moving and damaged my rim. Cancelled my membership after having nothing but problems and still got charged the membership fee bc "that's their policy." I waited to review this business to see how this place did after a few washes. The employee processing payments is always friendly, so that's a plus. However, if you have a car that needs a good washing, I wouldn't recommend coming here. If it's a light washing you need, then this place is perfect for your needs. Each time I've gone, I've asked that the windshields be scrubbed a bit longer than normal. The attendee writes this on the windshield, and it's normally ignored by the people scrubbing down the windows before they enter the wash. I went last night, asked for this, and I could still see the grime on the windshield, as well as the window note the attendant wrote on the shield so that the other employees would see. I went around again, and she allowed me to get a second wash to correct the issue. It shouldn't take two washes to get it right. read more

GO HERE!!!!! I just did the automated service... Nothing special. The basic! For seven bucks, an employee prescrubs your car. You go through an automated wash then you get free vacuums. It says use for 5 minutes but there's usually no one there so take your time and do it right! While you're doing your vacuuming, one of the employees comes by and cleans your mirrors and dries your windows! All this for seven bucks!!! I found my new inexpensive car Wash spot!!!!!! read more

I only have a couple issues with the car wash. I have the prepaid wash and it's annoying when someone uses their credit card in the prepaid line. I prepay so I can get in and out. Also there are times when I have to wait because the gate is raised in the pay line even though the person in the pay line is clearly not ready to move forward. During those times I wonder what the advantage of prepaying for the no wait line is. Other than that I think they do a good job read more

There is a good reason for the one star. I had a concern on Saturday, June 16, 2018, shortly after I left, so I called and left a message for someone to call me back. It is Monday, June 18th, 5:43 PM and no call. My issue, I purchased a Monthly Subscription for Car Washes. Without asking if it was ok, the girl affixed a sticker on the inside of my brand new windshield. It may seem minor to some but I don't put stickers on my windows. To add insult to injury it won't come off If she had asked I would have said no, I will just affix it to the inside of my door, she never asked permission. Customer Service is a big deal for me and it should be for other businesses. read more

Damage to my car 3 months ago I keep getting the run around no return calls they say they have video of damage prior to me come but can't get the ok to show me video. I wish I could give a 0! Horrible customer service. Every time I have been here the employees act like I just interrupted a conversation and they are being inconvenienced by having to help a customer. They nudge each other like it's your turn. The guys who scrub the front of the car do a horrible job. They didn't even attempt to scrub any of the bugs off of the front of the car or windshield. They barely ran the brush across once as if that was going to do anything. The worst was yet to come after the wash was finished. I parked my car to dry it off with the microfiber towel I purchased there and right away noticed scratches in different directions on the paint next to my windows. They are definitely scratches and not coming off. Right away I asked for the manager and was greeted by Matt. He admitted to seeing the scratches and apologized for it. He said he could submit the claim but it was up to the owners if they did anything about it or not. I let Matt know that this was a brand new car that I had only had for 6 days. This was the first wash it's had and it was quite obvious the brushes were the cause. Matt took photos and took my claim. I asked him for a copy and he said the owners don't allow this. I asked him to see it and he still hesitated to show me and would not let me take a picture of it because he would get in trouble. I just received w phone call from Matt letting me know the owners denied the claim and said their brushes don't scratch paint. Such bullshit! Extremely disappointed with the owners not trying to make this right. This is a brand new vehicle that got damaged during its first car wash. At their car wash! Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and potential damage to your vehicle that of course the owners will just deny any wrong doing to you. read more

second visit and I can tell you I AM NOT PLEASED 1st time the equipment ripped my wiper blade the attendant took pictures and say the owner would call didn't call. 2nd visit failed to clean my vehicle so was sent through a second time with the same results. We were nearly hit IN the car wash by a truck behind us because in the dryer section the tires of the car in front of us skipped over the roller & then our car did the same. We were placed on the conveyor so close to each other that we didn't even have a second to react. I had to place my car in drive and drive out of the car wash to avoid being hit. My husband went to offer a suggestion to the manager to space the cars further apart & to tell him what had happened. The manager was confrontational & wouldn't even let my husband speak. Had to pick a star to post this review, no stars given! Do not come here, I had a traumatic experience this morning! I was at the end of the wash by the blowers when suddenly I was propelled backwards instead of forward & out. I began honking to get assistance, I was confused as to what was happening, I looked in rear view mirror to see a lifted truck behind me. I had to put car in drive to exit. I then saw an attendant telling me to park next to an IRATE driver in the lifted truck who began yelling at me & accusing me of being responsible for said incident! The attendants name was Matthew, I felt threatened by irate driver and called my husband. Matthew also said it must of been my fault as there have NEVER been issues with the tracks, I told him I have personally seen cars stuck or car not a aligned correctly! This is a great place to wash my car! The fellows work non-stop hard one car after another. They deserve an award! Like their employees. Vacuums work great. Horrible! Vacuum broke I went to talk to one of the guys at the entrance to car wash his name is Ernesto. I tried to explain to him he yelled " WHAT?" To me I tried to speak louder and he screams at me " hey don't you yell at me" shooing me away and he turned away and wouldn't even listen to me. I tried to see his name tag he kept turning away from me. I finally ask for his name he reluctantly pointed at his name tag rudely. This happened Sunday March 8, 2020 at 4:45. I love that this company has great equipment that is black car friendly and the air nozzles for drying the car are wonderful. I just hate that I pay $30 x2 for my memberships and that I get stuck several times a month behind someone in my line that does not know how to use the self-pay machine.
