PROOF OF ALL LIES

Sir I bought a honda accord last year from Arjun Sir this guy sells me the car and whatever he told me about the car, everything was a big lie. First issue - He told me the car accessories are all free like floor mats, car boot space tray. So later on i find out the amount was added in my loan amount. Second issue- He told me the HONDA CARE is free of cost and later on i found out the same thing. The amount has been added to my loan amount. Once i find out that anything wasn't free, i requested him to cancel the honda care and then he told me in honda care i will get free oil change for upto 80,000 miles and now i find out that was also a big lie. Sir it's been 20 days i am keep calling him to cancel the honda care. I already sent him the Cancellation form and photo of my car odometer. He told me it's done and canceled, when i asked him about proof of cancellation Again i find out he was lying. Sir now he is not answering my phone calls, not giving me any reply. Keep fooling me around. Sir i request you please cancel my honda care and i am trying to contact you multiple times. I am calling every single day and your receptionist are not transferring my call to you. They keep telling me- we will fix it ourselves They keep trying to save that lier. Sir i have each and every proof about those lies. I can show it to you I will attach some to my chat with ARJUN Sir I requested you please call me at my number. It's on my file ending with 0168. If you can please help me with this, i will really appreciate it. Thank you so much Personal advice - NOT TO BUY CARS FROM ARJUN. Red flag

Yea so I got my filters checked and they weren't even at half their lifetime capacity--but I decided to replace them at the local oil changers near me (on Dinuba Blvd.) and it was $70 instead of $350 lol. Don't go to this Honda dealership for anything if you don't wanna get scammed for your money. I also talked with the manager and he failed to take any action towards his rude employee and diverted it by only addressing that he believed my filters needed to be changed --yea no buddy I'm not going back for yall to charge me 5x the price of what it actually takes to change something as small as filters.

i purchased a this car about 2 weeks ago(August 23rd 2025) i washed this car 2 times and i noticed this huge paint chipped when i was drying it, i called and i told them about the situation and asked if they can fix it, the man i spoke to was a sales rep that pretended to be a manager he was extremely rude starting blaming me saying i could of done it, i haven't made my first payment yet and i absolutely loved the car but it makes me mad that i called trying to get this problem fixed none of the people i spoke to asked for a picture so it's like they didn't even care, i even asked if they wanted to see a picture and this is probably the only way they're gonna see it. i called today sept 6 and spoke to one of the managers and i asked if they were gonna be able to fix it and he said " well what do you want us to do" which upset me even more because he said it with an attitude i really think everyone should be aware of this dealership and pay close attention to the cars from here because they also don't go over there damages on the vehicle. the people at this dealership dont care about customer service by the way

they lie on their multi point inspections and do not inspect your car at all. Save your car and time go somewhere else

But I've now called Visalia Honda Service three times over the past three months trying to get my 2013 Odyssey, with all major service at your dealership since new, scheduled for service. The first time I was told by a service representative that there's a policy against scheduling repair appointments for vehicles more than 10 years old. I asked her to confirm that with her manager, because I found it hard to believe. She came back and said she had confirmed it--no repairs on vehicles older than 10 years. The second time, I was calling just for an oil change and tire rotation, thinking perhaps maintenance might fall under a different category than repairs. I was told: no service at all on vehicles over 10 years old. I called a third time, hoping to speak directly with the service manager for clarification. I was told she was out and that my information would be passed along so she could call me back. That was nearly three days ago now, and I haven't heard anything. I appreciate your response to my Yelp review and your effort to clarify the policy. But at this point, it seems clear that your service team is either misinformed or applying their own policy. I hope you're able to address this internally, because it's been a frustrating experience trying to get a straight answer--let alone any service.
