My step-son bought a 2014 Toyota here and had a good experience. Walter? and the sales manager were great. A small pre sale issue popped up that I had to take their "word" at and their word was good. A couple of small issues popped up after the sale and they took care of all of them (this is a 12 yr old car, lets be real, of course there will issues) so that was a nice surprise The one that really surprised me was them replacing the media center for him that had stop functioning properly! Charged my daughter over 500.00 for a 2hr service repair on her A/C recharge and tube replacement. She was held up all day after coming in at 8 am. 200.00 for diagnosis made in 10 minutes is ridiculous. Horrible communication. Called and was given no real answers from Manager. read more

I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX5 and the sales person was awesome. However, I am so glad I got the extended warranty for this car has lots of issues. It has been in their service department six times. The service department people are pretty awesome as well. I understand it's a used car but I would think they would have had some kind of inspection upon selling it. I think my car has been in the service department just as long as have owned it. I ended up canceling the extended warranty and decided just to take it to another shop to have things figured out. read more

Danns ran my credit 7 times and said they were looking for the best rates. I personally have NEVER had a car company do this before. They said they fixed the problem and that those would be removed and it definitely was NOT true. I was told by the Company that because my credit was ran within 14 days- it would be counted as one or posted as one inquiry- all lies! Every hard inquiry they ran is on my Credit Score and my score went down significantly , unfortunately! To add on top of that I was initially told I would be receiving my tags in 2weeks, but it's been a month and NOTHING! My advice to anyone uses their service, give them a limit as to how many times they can run your credit like 2-3 times only! They are a Car Dealership and should know when you have received the best rate you are going to get. read more

if i could i would give them LESS than 0 stars yes, negative seems appropriate. i bought my sons car, 2 days later inoperable. 2.5 weeks later he gets it back and 2 days after that again. But its a gamble i knew that what upsets me and made me leave crying upset is their employees. No follow through, no empathy, and when i attempted to express my frustration i was dissmissed and they tossed the key on the counter and said 'heres the key sign the paper.' Dann should be ashamed of his employees. I will be putting this on my xmas cards to SAVE anyone from this terrible dealership. read more

Bad customer service. My car got totaled by hit and run so me and my husband wanted to get a new one since we have a 3 month old baby so we went and this guy helped us told us to bring his check stubs the next day so we go back and he's not there but another guy helps us and it looked like he wasn't really interested in helping us.. He says he'd call us back if we qualified.. As we need a car asap we call him (because he hadn't called us back) as we are really interested in their Chevy Cruze and he is being rude and giving my husband attitude..I wish I remembered his name .. Nothing I hate more than bad customer service!! We ended up finding a better car at Ford,,I advise you to take your money elsewhere so you don't deal with rudeass people because car shopping is stressful as it is. read more

These ppl are a bunch of crooks . They sold my son a car that had a lot of issues the first month. When we tried to take it back or get a different vehicle they came up with so many lame excuses why we couldn't. They talk a real good one when you first go to their lot. Reassuring you that " they'll take care of you, and you won't have any problems, they guarantee it!" It's all lies, so beware, there just a bunch of fast talking sleazy sales men. I bought a car from here and from the moment I got it I was having problems. Two days after getting the car the check engine light went off. So I would have to pay money to get a full diagnostic to see what's causing it and then I would have to pay more money to get it fixed. Then I was sold a car with 30% brakes on the car and the owner said that's better then nothing. Who tells a customer that. That is straight up disrespectful and unprofessional. Who sells a car with only 30% life left on the brakes.Not even having the car a full month and I had to get brakes on it. When I got the car I told them that I do t expect to put any major repairs in the car for like 4-6 months but I already had to get brakes and now I have to replace the power steering rack and steering gear and I haven't even had the car for not even a full 3 months. This doesn't make me happy at all. Quite frankly it makes me upset and i will not recommend this place to anyone. At this moment I regret getting this car from this lot...so don't get here they will push and push you into a car you might not want. read more
