    My car has been smog check and renew tags for the last 3yrs straight or more in this shop. This year my car smog check fail for OBD Bulb check and OBD11. With a service fault code of P0230- fuel pump primary circuit. This was done on Jan 4,2021 I came back on Jan 5, 2021 to drop of my car, for them to work on. Around 11am-12pm. They did the visual diagnostic by Jan 6, 2021. After doing little work of just opening my back seat and looking in side the OEM fuse panel. Finding overheated wiring, because of fuel pump circuit malfunction. Ryan Dillion(service advisor). Confirm to me about the repair on my wirings and possibly fuel pump(that they haven't check) and replacement of my instrument panel bulb (instrument cluster). Trusting them. I went ahead and payed in advance for my cluster. Then ask Ryan if I can drive my car home, because I'll be needing transportation for work. Then he told me. His gonna go check on the mechanics, make sure my car is safe to drive. Because he said. It might not be drivable. Assuming because of what he told me about my wirings. After waiting a couple minutes, he assured me that my car is ready to go and safe to drive. Right away when I turn on my car I notice, the battery light have came on. At that time I assumed it's because they did a diagnostic. Like Ryan said they tampered on the wirings. By Jan 8, 2021 my car Wont turn on anymore. Completely off. I decided to try to jump my car. And open my back seat where the battery is, I notice just right above the close OEM Fuse panel box, there was 3 fuse relay just laying on there. So I opened and check my OEM Fuse panel. And found that my "#70 Body Control Power (RAP) fuse relay and #59 Fuel pump fuse relay is not on the panel. *I thought that was weird. So I called the MAS Auto Shop. Juan Modenado who answered, I Ask if they have taken out fuse relay on my OEM fuse panel. He said they have not took out or move relay fuse. that was around 8-8:20am. By 2pm. I called them back. (This time after I talked to a mobile mechanic to check, whats happening on my car, why it's not turning on. He confirm that the relay fuses. Should have not been off on the first place.) Ryan Dillion answered. And he to claimed that they never touch my OEM Fuse panel and relays. After expressing my disappointment. He then offer to call their owner. To make things right if they did my car mistake. By Jan 11,2021 I call back and talk to Gib Moorhead the owner of MAS auto shop. He to told me that, they did not tampered on my OEM Fuse panel. And after I expressing my disappointment. He offered to come and check my car personally. He told me he'll be coming over in an hr. That was 8:47am. Around 9:58am a tow truck called me. To pick up my car. I then call the shop and confirm from Ryan Dillion about my car being pick up. And he then confirmed it to Gib Moorhead. By 4pm I called for the update. Ryan Dillion answered and told me, my battery is charging and their checking my alternator. I then ask him. What's going on my alternator.He then went ahead and told me about they did a car dealership diagnostic test to get to the bottom of the problem. He even mention they had to pay extra to get it. (Never answered my question) I then let him know, that Mechanics have told me. That a car cannot run for more than 48 hr with a messing relay fuses. And by that it can also compromise, my battery to drained, could also short circuit the wiring, exhaust the alternator, exhaust the fuel pump and lock me out of the system, for not being able to detect the fuse relay thats messing. Ryan Dillion confirm that Gib Moorhead is well aware of this problems about fuse relay. Jan 12, 2020 I called and updated and ask who is working on my car. Ryan Dillion told me. Gib Moorhead. (On the final receipt and diagnostic paper, it's said that the person working on my car is Oliva Jose) They decide it's the alternator that cost my car to malfunction that bad. And they are not responsible for it. So they wanted to quote me. I said no. I just want the diagnostic paper they got from a dealership standard that Ryan Dillion(service advisor) have told me on Jan 11 (4pm. They never give me the paper. Instead they wrote a Diagnostic Note. Which is full of miss information and time lines are also off. They also claimed I declined further work. After I payed in advance. And most importantly, Ryan Dillion confirm to me with my witness (an experience mechanic) in person, inside their office, that they did not touch my OEM Fuse Panel. It's exactly how they saw it the first time. So I went ahead and check my backseat and check the OEM fuse panel. And notice my "#70 on the fuse panel have a brand new relay fuse now" Anyone knows a car that run more than 2 years with out a Body Control Power (RAP) relay fuse and fuel pump relay fuse? Because this company is claiming that it can. By refusing to admit that they've tampered on my OEM Fuse panel and cost my alternator to exhaust.
