After a google search I saw good reviews for TLD and thought I give them a try because Toyota dealership quoted me the cost of my car to replace the battery. I took my Prius in and Dan really impressed me, Dan knows his Toyotas like the back of his hand and he is so passionate about what he does. Dan takes pride in his work and does VERY thorough job. He educated me on why he had his recommendations and took pictures and showed me how dirty my fluids and filters were. He will educate you on how to keep your car running well long term. It's been headache after headache with Nissan, and specifically with this location. The TLDR for…read morethis is that the workers put on a fake sense of being nice just to ultimately not help at all. My fiancé has had to have her oil pan replaced TWICE because Nissan made a bad product and refuses to take responsibility for it. Now the service center said "we're so sorry about that, you have to make sure every service is done with us to ensure it's done properly." It's a plastic oil pan... whether it's done right or wrong, it's trash. They followed their apologies by allowing us to pay the full $500 for each replacement. This car is 3 years old and is on its 3rd oil pan... More recently, we brought her car back for them to complete a recall service. It was a scheduled appointment at 9am. We received a call a few hours later saying they couldn't complete it and will try again if we want to bring it on Monday. They never called us again to let us know the car was ready, we got there right after closing and they said "sorry we can't release it to you because no one is here in the service department". This means they're holding the car for TWO DAYS even though they've done nothing with it. Absolutely terrible customer service beyond platitudes and a false sense of caring. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Probably all gropetti dealerships just to be safe as I've also had a negative experience at their Honda dealership.
