On January 1st, I was involved in a multi vehicle collision in the pouring rain and by happenstance his tow truck was behind us and witnessed the entire scenario. He was able to tow my vehicle and drive me to a safe area until my husband was able to pick me up. Fast forward to April, my other vehicles's electrical system just totally died. Called for a tow and lo and behold it was Esteban again! Anticipating a huge bill from the dealership, he suggested that the car be towed to his location and have his mechanic take a look at the electrical system. He called us the next day saying that the car was ready to be picked up! Loose wires cleaned and reconnected! Wonderful service x 2! If I'm ever in need of a tow, I'll definitely call him!!!

(Where it's legal to drop off vehicles) The individual (employee) was super hesitant on helping me tow my truck there. He felt like I was "tricking" him into just dropping my vehicle in an unauthorized space. Even though I had a physical confirmation to drop off my truck to be seen the next day. Wasn't helpful at all. Made me feel terrible after a long rough day anyways. He called me rude. Left me stranded and canceled the tow. Beware and find elsewhere.
