Joe and his crew absolutely nailed it!…read more I brought in my Ram 2500 Cummins diesel for an oil change because I know how difficult these trucks can be to service properly. The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. In an ever-changing world where true full-service automotive shops are getting harder to find, Joe and his crew are a shining star of one-stop efficiency. In my opinion, they are the #1 best automotive repair and service shop in Fresno and Clovis. Professional, clean, honest, thorough, and highly recommended for oil changes, diesel service, brakes, maintenance, and general auto repair. These guy are good!

I loved that they immediately started my oil change while getting my information into their system. Very useful having two individuals on the job! I was shown the oil stick after it was finished, and she explained any extra charges well- which I must add, this is the first place that isn't greedily trying to add other services. I will be coming here again. The value was GREAT and service FAST (Figuring I was their first customer. I came at 7:35). The manager confirmed all my fluids were refilled, reset my dash light, and asked if I needed anything else- Perfect!

Blackstone Ave. The prices are the same as other places that conduct oil changes in the area. A big difference is that you can drive through and depending on what time of day and if they're not busy, you should be done in like 15 to 20 minutes. I was in and out the Manager on duty Joey even came out and assisted with my car due to. It's a smaller vehicle and requires some extra assistance for maintenance. This is the first time that I ever experienced a manager actually in introducing themselves during an oil change so I appreciated that and I'm sure other customers do as well. I also had got the replacement of the car engine filter. Thank goodness they had the engine filter in stock. Overall, I was highly pleased with the services provided to my vehicle. I will be returning in the near future for updated maintenance.

I've had around three sets of truck tires installed at Fresno Tire Co over the years, and each…read moreexperience has been noticeably worse than the last. What used to be a dependable shop has turned into constant delays, poor communication, and unrealistic time estimates. Even simple flat repairs became frustrating -- I'd call ahead, be told "30 minutes," then end up sitting there for two hours. This most recent experience destroyed any trust I had left in this shop. I originally had a quote elsewhere for $1,158 out the door for tires. Fresno Tire Co quoted me $1,143, but then added an extra $18 tax charge at checkout that was never mentioned beforehand, meaning they didn't even beat the competitor's price. I should have gone with the company that was upfront from the beginning. I called Friday to confirm the tires were in stock, called again the day before my appointment, and dropped my truck off before they even opened so they'd have the entire day for a simple tire install and alignment. I over-communicated specifically to avoid this kind of situation. Then at 3 PM they called asking whether I wanted the white or black side of the tires facing out, which made it obvious the work had barely started and there was realistically no chance the truck would be finished by closing. At no point did anyone communicate delays or mention they didn't even have an alignment tech available. Instead, it felt like they were trying to lock me into the tire install so I couldn't back out at that stage. The alignment was especially important because I had just installed new shocks and didn't want to destroy brand-new tires driving home with a bad alignment. Because of that, I had no choice but to leave the truck there overnight for a second day. On day two, I received another call around 3 PM saying the truck was finally on the alignment rack, followed almost immediately by another update claiming it had just returned from a test drive. None of the timeline ever made sense. The worst part was dealing with the service advisor/manager. Every update felt made up: first the truck was coming off the alignment rack, then it had just returned from a test drive, then suddenly they were heating frozen bolts "for hours," which was supposedly the reason the alignment took so long. It constantly felt like salesman-style excuses instead of honest communication. On top of that, he interrupted me and literally said, "I'm going to stop you right there," which was incredibly disrespectful considering how patient I had been and how many opportunities I gave them to make things right. After keeping my truck for two full days for what should have been a one-day appointment, they returned it pulling hard to the right with the brake, ABS, and traction/VSC lights all illuminated while still insisting the alignment was "great" and the truck drove fine. I had to immediately turn around and bring it back within minutes of leaving. Only then did they refund the alignment. I even called the following day hoping to speak with the owner and give the shop one last opportunity to address everything professionally. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. Instead of actually listening to my concerns as a longtime customer, I was constantly interrupted and talked over. At that point it became clear the problem wasn't just the poor workmanship or delays -- it was the complete lack of respect and accountability shown throughout the entire experience. What finally confirmed everything for me was taking the truck to another shop that actually cared about doing the job correctly. They immediately noticed Fresno Tire Co had balanced the tires improperly. Two wheels had roughly 16 wheel weights stacked on them, looked terrible, and even had mismatched black and silver weights. The new shop explained that Fresno Tire Co should have rotated the tire on the wheel to achieve a better balance instead of just piling on excessive weights. After properly balancing them, the new shop only needed around 3-5 weights per wheel. The biggest issue now is trust. From the first phone call to the final pickup, I felt misled, disrespected, and treated like a fool. I gave them communication, flexibility, and plenty of time, and somehow got my truck back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I used to trust this shop, but after this experience I can no longer recommend Fresno Tire Co to anyone. Avoid this place.

I needed a specific size for my Tesla Model X, and Les Schwab was the only place in town that had them in stock. That alone saved me. I made an appointment for the next day, dropped my car off about 30 minutes early, handed over the keys, and walked to a friend's apartment nearby while they worked on it. I was told the car would be ready in about two hours. When I checked my vehicle's app later, it had not moved. I called to ask if it was ready, and they said they were right in the middle of working on it. Almost immediately after that call, I saw the GPS start moving. I understand shops get busy or run behind, but a little more transparency would have been appreciated. If they were delayed or backed up, just say that. That said, the staff was genuinely friendly from start to finish. Every time I called, they answered promptly and gave me updates. About 15 minutes before closing, they called to let me know the vehicle was ready. The actual work was excellent. The tires were mounted and balanced perfectly, and they did not scratch my new rims. Everything has performed flawlessly since then. No vibrations, no issues, and the tires have held up great. While the timing could have been better, especially with a scheduled appointment, the overall experience was positive. They had the tires in stock when no one else did, treated me well, and delivered solid workmanship. I would absolutely return to this location and recommend them to others, especially if you need something specific on short notice.

My family has been going to Les Schwab since I was a teenager, so naturally I went to Les Schwab because my parents always trusted this company. I went in to this location to get my tires replaced originally, that went okay. However when I got home next morning my tire in the front was flat because someone didn't tighten the tire valve, which given I just paid for them to be installed you would think I wouldn't have to take off my tire and bring it back in because I tried to inflate it to drive and it wouldn't inflate. Regardless I brought it in and Justin the store manager kinda shrugs it off as it's not big deal. I was annoyed of course but whatever. Mistakes happen. Fast forward to me getting new calipers and what not for my car, I go back to this location get my brakes done everything is fine or so I thought. I was a stay at home mom so I didnt drive it much around this time so this problem goes unnoticed for a while, meanwhile I started off with a little leak which had completely emptied my brake fluid, didn't notice until my car rolled on to Herndon with my kids in the car foot completely on the brake. So of course panicked I called them pissed off because that shouldn't have happened on a car I barely drive. They replace the caliper under warranty and I go about my day. By this time I go back to my old job so I do a lot of freeway driving, not even a week or so after having them replaced guess what, they are leaking again! So then I call speak with Justin and he tells me hey you know what it's probably a manufactural error let's replace with another one I agreed, we fixed it I went on my way. NOT EVEN A FEW WEEKS LATER. It happens again. He replaces it with a completely different company that makes calipers supposedly. (That's 3 times if you lost count) A week goes by (could be a little less than a week honestly) This time it's raining I am on the freeway, My brakes are so spongy. I can't stomp on my brakes obviously.. So at this point I'm livid. I go back to Les Schwab speak to Justin show him a video which I will tag and label, and he says okay well maybe it's the hose(based off the video-doesn't even go and check it out... just literally says it's the hose I don't question it bc idk shit about breaks) so he replaces the hose. I call to tell him hey I can't pick up the car until later because I had to use my boyfriend's car to take my kids to drs appointments and that I would pick it up later, I go to pick up my keys I ask him so what was wrong with it... his response? "We replaced the hose" OKAY YEAH CONGRATULATIONS BUT DID THAT SOLVE MY ISSUE? Should've been a red flag but I had my girls with me so I didn't question it further. Fast forward to that night My boyfriend and I pull up to the parking lot we see my car and he tells me hey I think it's still leaking, I said no fucking way. He gets out of the car recording and you can literally see brake fluid still dripping off my tires. I get in my car while he's recording I step on the breaks and it's SQUIRTING OUT. Mind you I'm still in the parking lot. I don't know wtf a brake inspection is to this store is but it took me and my boyfriend less then 2 seconds to say hey that's not right. Had this store not been negligent and took 2 seconds to look probably the second or 3rd time it would've been fixed and I would've have to have gone through all that. Mind you he (Justin) knows I have two littles and told me "fingers crossed it's fixed" like excuse me? What? One look at my breaks after you "fixed it" would've told you everything you needed to know. ALSO. To add. Not once was I offered for them to tow it back to Les Schwab so they made me drive my no brake fluid car back to be fixed and I had to drive with my e brake. It wasn't until today that I -not Justin- had to request my car to get towed to a different location to get fixed because they had lost every ounce of respect and trust I had. I understand mistakes HAPPEN. I work customer service I get that. But this is negligence. Justin did not triple check anyone's work. The 4 times I went. The 5th time I didn't even give that store the opportunity. I unfortunately had to go to a different Les Schwab. Which again lost trust in the company entirely. The other les Schwab fixed it in one visit confused why this one could get it right in 4 visits. NEG-LI-GENCE. PLEASE. Reconsider. Go to any other place.
