Just want to say thank you to this team of young men. I was able to grab one name, Andrew. The other two gentlemen assisted with the initial start, and the other one helped change the oil and the air filters. Very professional, courteous and above all else friendly group of gentlemen, whom each provided excellent customer service. I believe I was the first customer for this morning. Another car approached and the First technician went to assist that guest. The initial contact he provided was excellent, very thorough and polite. I spent most of my time looking for a coupon on my email that they sent out from oil changers. But the 3 technicians each struck up a friendly customer service oriented conversation. They each started and ended my service very positive and professional. I've been a customer of oil changers for years, and this location which is closer is the reason why I keep coming back. The car in front of us, a newer Subaru SUV left, before we could get checked in she was back saying something is wrong. I had my window down as they had been asking my information; I heard them as they began troubleshooting her issue; Hey did you pull her oil plug and drain? ... Did you drain the transmission? You drained the transmission... You didn't drain the oil, you just filled it? Her car was making sounds.. we had two cars in the bay, I called my daughter and said these people are not touching my car. We left and went elsewhere! I feel so sorry for that woman who likely will need a new transmission and engine. WTH??? read more

Stopped by after work and was serviced immediately after I arrived. Love the late hours and friendly staff. They were thorough about exposing pricing and services they offer before they begin to service your car. They also give clear answers to questions and help understand your car more. Although the oil changers on Clovis Ave lost my trust completely (they charged my card over $90, then upsold me something for $4 and charged my card again for over $94 dollars, bad business practice), I still liked Oil Changers oil so I was happy that they had a separate location. You're probably going to pay a bit more for this service than you would at a we-just-change-your-oil-and-filter place, but that's to be expected. They have a very efficient system/checklist they go through. See attached image: on one side they go through the checklist of things they inspected for your vehicle. On another side of the sheet, they show the Services they did as a routine or and any additional options (say they found a dirty air filter, showed it to you, asked if you wanted it changed). You might take your vehicle into your dealership service, which will take 1-3 hours for same services instead of the 15-20 minutes they take while you sit in the car, and if you're not in a pre-paid 0-50,000 mile maintenance plan, you pay 2.5-3.5 time more. Yeah, you are getting your money's worth of service here and even if you dont get the additional services at the time from them, you at least know what more needs to be done later if you decide to go DIY on some stuff. read more

Everybody was very nice and they were all nice and respectful to each other. They were all working together and communicating, talking with customers, paying attention to details. I was not nervous by any means at this place. They all turned a chore that I hate into the best part of my day honestly. One of the best oil changing places I have ever been! I was helped by Logan, Tim, Oscar, and Anthony. They were all very honest and very helpful. They showed me my oil before and after it was changed, checked and showed me my air filter, filled my washer fluid up, and even checked all of my lights to make sure they were functional. There were no hidden fees and the service only took about 10-15 minutes while I waited in the car. They even offer a military discount. I highly recommend this location and the employees.
