Although the oil changers on Clovis Ave lost my trust completely (they charged my card over $90, then upsold me something for $4 and charged my card again for over $94 dollars, bad business practice), I still liked Oil Changers oil so I was happy that they had a separate location. I now know when to say no to any upsells. They were quick at this Villa location. The service wasn't too bad. I prefer this location over the one on Clovis Ave.

Example of "Checklist" and actual "Services" you chose to get. I deleted certain identifying information, but that's it.

You're probably going to pay a bit more for this service than you would at a we-just-change-your-oil-and-filter place, but that's to be expected. They have a very efficient system/checklist they go through. See attached image: on one side they go through the checklist of things they inspected for your vehicle. On another side of the sheet, they show the Services they did as a routine or and any additional options (say they found a dirty air filter, showed it to you, asked if you wanted it changed). You might take your vehicle into your dealership service, which will take 1-3 hours for same services instead of the 15-20 minutes they take while you sit in the car, and if you're not in a pre-paid 0-50,000 mile maintenance plan, you pay 2.5-3.5 time more. Yeah, you are getting your money's worth of service here and even if you dont get the additional services at the time from them, you at least know what more needs to be done later if you decide to go DIY on some stuff.

Joe and his crew absolutely nailed it!…read more I brought in my Ram 2500 Cummins diesel for an oil change because I know how difficult these trucks can be to service properly. The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. In an ever-changing world where true full-service automotive shops are getting harder to find, Joe and his crew are a shining star of one-stop efficiency. In my opinion, they are the #1 best automotive repair and service shop in Fresno and Clovis. Professional, clean, honest, thorough, and highly recommended for oil changes, diesel service, brakes, maintenance, and general auto repair. These guy are good!

Still the same friendly and fast service!…read more Surprisingly, the price is basically the same since the last time I was here. About $92.00 for the change and fluids topped off. I'm sure prices can vary based on your car. This time around they were way less pushy about upselling me on air filters and fluid flushes. I drive a Subaru, so a lot of the suggestions they offer I can't do at drive through oil change place anyway. I have to do it at the dealership, which is a pain. They come pretty close to the 15-minute oil change guarantee, so even if there's a line it moves fast. Don't forget to clip the 20% coupon on their Yelp page. Save that money!

I've been going here for a few years; oil, trans flush, coolant flush, filter changes, and more…read more They have been good but the last oil change cycle has me concerned. They changed my air filter. Later I found out they broke one of the two tabs that the top housing piece uses to hook onto the bottom piece. My wife told me they advised her to rotate her wheels. She did it for a fee. She said they weren't gentle in taking the wheels off. They kicked it and banged a mallet on it to get it off. It fell on its face on the floor. After, I looked at her wheels I realized she has staggered and directional tires. Which means you can't rotate without taking the tire off. They rotated the tires causing the the directional tires to be backwards; caused noise and shaky steering wheel. Careless. My wife said they appeared to be a bunch of kids. Pass.
