The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. I'm sure prices can vary based on your car. This time around they were way less pushy about upselling me on air filters and fluid flushes. I drive a Subaru, so a lot of the suggestions they offer I can't do at drive through oil change place anyway. I have to do it at the dealership, which is a pain. They come pretty close to the 15-minute oil change guarantee, so even if there's a line it moves fast. Don't forget to clip the 20% coupon on their Yelp page. Save that money!

Five stars for a smog DMV service station... what the helli?…read more My car didn't pass smog initially. Turns out I had tear in my air-intake hose. They showed me the broken part and even did a quick demo, pointing out how to remove the part for fast replacement. They also mentioned this was pretty common in older model Hondas. Since I had already paid; they said get the part replaced, come back, and I could basically skip the line to get the test done. I replaced the part myself, which I'm pretty proud of, came back the next day and then my battery died... what the f@%k?! - NOTE: If your battery dies, the car computer has to reset. Which means you need to drive around for at least 50-miles. I did this, came back, they slide me in, and finally passed smog! The staff here was super patient, helpful, and very understanding to my situation. Beyond registration they also replace key fobs for cars and can cut new car keys as well.

Customer Warning - Dishonest Promotion Practices…read more The owner/manager(dark hair with mustache hindu/hispanic) does not honor the "Buy 5 oil changes, get 1 free" deal. I was given a keychain card and had already received 4 stamps. I've brought all three of my cars here regularly, always using Mobile 1 synthetic oil. Now he claims each car needs its own separate card and showed me on his computer that the car I brought in only had two services. If that were true, why did he keep stamping my single card every visit before? It's clear that once he saw I only needed one more stamp for a free oil change, he decided not to honor his own promotion. I was a loyal customer who trusted this shop, but not anymore. Left my key stamp card on his tool box in front of him and left. I'll take my business elsewhere. Be cautious -- this business does not stand behind its own deals and will find excuses to avoid honoring them. I'm sharing this so others don't have the same experience.

He asked the employee in front of me, if he was on drugs. When the employees asked why would you ask that, The owner/manager replied because you've been to the bathroom twice in an hour. The employee stated that his stomach was upset The owner / manager said you use the bathroom on your lunch time, the employee replied, I've been asking to go to lunch for quite some time. Then the owner / manager said, well we're too damn busy. You can't have it both ways guy. Then he told the employee to clock out and go home, the employee said I still have 2 hours left on my shift owner / manager says get the F out and go home. He told the employee he hasn't done anything all day. I was waiting for over an hour inside the shop, inside my car and the employee appeared to me to be working. Then the employee said, well while I wasn't "working" the last guy just gave me a $20 tip, can I have that before I go home. owner/manager no! employee well I really need it, owner/manager no, we don't give tips from credit cards. This exchange went on for over 5 minutes. This owner/manager has created a hostile work environment, with his abhorrent behavior. He disciplined and belittled an employee in front of myself and everyone else else within earshot. This is totally inappropriate, this owner / manager has no business working in any public service industry. If I were the employee I would get an attorney. You do not deserve to be treated that way and you don't have to tolerate it. I did not need to see the owner / manager's foolish behavior either. He essentially ruined my day. As for me, I will never use this business again. The following week I took my other car to a different store where they conducted themselves in professional, respectful and efficient manner.
