For example, I recently brought in my Ford Expedition because it wouldn't start. Initially, the issue was misdiagnosed, and an expensive engine procedure was performed. Once they realized the mistake, they immediately informed me and did not charge me for the unnecessary work. My bill dropped from nearly $1,000 to about $264. The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items.
