Joe and his crew absolutely nailed it! I brought in my Ram 2500 Cummins diesel for an oil change because I know how difficult these trucks can be to service properly. The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. I've been taking my cars to this location for oil changes only. Although they offer other services, this place will meet your needs if it's just for an oil change. Typical service from entering the bay to being ready is around 15-20 minutes. As validation that the oil change is done, they will bring over your car's dipstick to show the new oil and that it's at the full indicator. In the past they would show, your dipstick before the change but past few visits they haven't been anymore. Their pricing is comparable to dealer prices but with less wait time. read more

I called to ask if they perform motorcycle oil changes. I completely understand that they may not offer that service, but the way I was treated was very disappointing. The person who answered told me in an unprofessional manner to go to Harley-Davidson and said that changing motorcycle oil was "very simple," in a tone that felt offensive. They also ended the call abruptly by hanging up. A business doesn't have to offer every service, but it should treat customers with respect. A polite and professional response would have been enough. As a long time customer of express lube. A multi vehicle customer I might add. Two work trucks, and two personal vehicles that have not just did oil changes on. I have spent thousands of dollars on their recommended up grades over the years. Never having problems with their service or customer service until today. My son brought in a car of mine that I was giving to him since he just returned from service from the Airforce after six years. Within a few minutes of the service tech bringing the car into the bay. They notify my son that a part connected to the coolant reservoir broke. Not by their doing they stated. But by it being plastic and brittle. They told my son it was going to cost over $700 to fix it. So my son called me to let me know the situation and I left work to sort out the situation. Once I got there my son had already been waiting 2 hours. Now obviously he had wait on the part to be delivered. However once I got there they showed me the old part that did not look old and brittle. But one that looked snapped from force. Then they showed me the new part that had been installed. The tech told it should only be 30 minutes more cause all they had to do was put back the remaining parts of the car they had to take off to get to my oil filter and the car would be ready. Fast forward 2 more hours later and the car was finally done. When they done us it was done and I ask for a breakdown off the charges. They were happy to let me know that they discounted the labor from 2 hours to an hour and a half which but the time the part showed up and they but it on was about 15 minutes. And they covered half of the coolant to fill up what had been lost when the part broke. Yet I didn't break the part and it wasn't leaking until they broke it. I didn't argue these points with the manager. Cause honestly I shouldn't have to. The car came in with a working part and in their care they broke it. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by replacing it on my dime and they saved me $120 over charges on labor they didn't charge me. And they paid for half the coolant. They could even pay the whole amount for the coolant as some sort of meager apology for the situation. I write not because I want anything. I'm writing this to let them know that instead of owning up on the mistake made, making my son wait over 4 hours, and losing out on a couple hundred dollars on parts and the rest on labor. They just lost out on a loyal customer of over eight years by not making things right. Not because anyone is right or wrong. It's just the right thing to do. read more

One of the staff overtightened the cap for the drain pan that it damaged it . When I sent it to Honda service for just an oil change they found out about that problem and they cannot return it because it does not seal well and guarantee it won't, leak . I have to pay for a new drain pain and it cost me more money. read more

The workers are rude and simply don't care about your property.. I go for an oil change and they remove my skid plate and create damage by letting me drive off without metal protection plates secured risking damage to my car. Had to drive all the way back to get them to do their job correctly. just do yourself a favor and go to red carpet. - they removed my skid plate that had slight damage to it and said they'd charge me to put it back on. On top of the they then used the cheapest solution to "complete" the job that failed immediately potentially damaging my car. But apparently that's how management does business. read more

I've been bringing my cars here on and off for over 5 years and for a quick service place they are the nicest guys ! I've tried going other places but it never works out . These guys never try to up charge you and do great standard care. When you get there they have a little wait area and someone will come talk to you about what service you want or need. They do have a little waiting area inside once they take your car in for service. It's a small shop behind o'reilly's auto store, so if you need a battery or lights they can just get it quickly from next door. But this does make the price not super low cost cause o'reillys is a moderate to high price auto shop . Express is not the cheapest either but you can find ok coupons on their site and the standard of work pays off in the long run. read more

Excellent service! It was the first time I use them the company truck was in need of service and being so close to home it was a convenient choice. As I pulled in I notice that the Bays were empty so I parked in the parking lot and walked in to make sure the company card would be accepted and it was, upon docking my Ford F-150 pickup the crew busied themselves with a complete list of things to do. The company expects certain items on the pickup to be checked and replaced or repaired and in order to pay for the service these requirements must be in order. Being the first time for me, I didn't know the grade of oil to be used so the manager was experience enough to check the requirements listed by those who issued my card. (Smart) I have to mention that my oversight expects me to take care the all company property including my vehicle. read more

Then they said it broke because it was old. I can accept the latter, but they said nothing about breaking it before releasing it to me. Went in for an oil change on a regular Camry and asked for the non synthetic full oil change. He informed me that it will be $95 and wrote "$95" on a paper. When I told him no it's $52 on your website he informs me that "prices went up". Scam artists and thieves. I don't recommend anyone going there. They lie and up charge from the posted price. Why list the prices on your website if you can't honor the price?!?! UPDATE: My car Camry LE and is 4.6 quarts and doesn't require Synthetic. Your guys tried to rob me the customer. didn't have the products necessary to do a full maintenance service for my vehicle. i laid out every single service i need done & this business responded to me saying they can handle it. however i went and they weren't able to do 3 different things, using the excuse "we usually don't get these type of cars much" that's all fine, but why even respond to me saying you can fully service the car if in actuality.. you can't? on top of that, they took air out of every single tire???? they must've misread what my psi settings are, because they were at the standard 47 psi when i came in ... and when i left they were all at 37 psi . lol read more

Pros: Got me right in. No waiting, replaced my low beam headlight with a new bulb rather rather than the whole new casing, which saved me a few hundred dollars. So I was very appreciative. Cons: But I was disappointed that they wouldn't provide any kind of a warranty on the bulb ever given that it cost almost $200 for the part and installation. read more

Went in 2 months ago for lube and oil and they recommended my air filter to be changed so I agreed. Then this week my check engine light came on. So I took it to my mechanic in Clovis and he showed me a picture under the hood with the air hose was disconnected from the filter and the oil was low 2 quarts! Spoke to the manager of Express lube over phone and he checked the video surveillance of the day I went in and reassured me his employees had done their work. He also said they had young new technicians that had just started so I told him he should always be checking their work when they're done if they're just learning don't rely on a video. The hose wasn't tightened properly and came off and cars don't burn 2 quarts of oil in two months. Never going back even though he said I could come in and too off my oil. read more
