However this is a turn around story......for taking your concerns up with management, they not only fixed the problem they made it double times better. Friendly, authentic, and quick service. I came here for a quick oil change. Once he finished the job he went showed me the clean oil. Very reasonable prices. He didn't try to sell me services or products that I didn't need like other places do. No BS here! The one star review from the college student clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. Anywhere else you go they will charge you more than $40 for a headlight change. I'd like to see her try to do it herself. I will definitely be back. Rude ass owner! I always go there for my oil change! They usually charge me $45 bucks. As a college student, I don't know a shit load stuff after car. My head light happens to die and I didn't know how to put the stuff on. I bought everything myself and ask if they know to put the headlight on for me. The owner told me he haven't done it before be he will try and let me know the estimate price. After my oil change he charge me $45 for my oil & $40 just to put my head light on. This is only one side man! And I told him if he's going to charge me that much already without letting me know, why don't he just change both of them. I mean I bought everything , he just have to connect them for me. But he said I he will charge me another 40 for the right side. Fuck this place! Always taking advantage of you! Key word " he will let me know the estimate price " But he didn't even let me know at all! He just charge me for it nor tell me. Dumbest place ever! If I could give this place a 0 I would! 2nd and last time here. Not only did they overfill my oil they also stuck conventional oil instead of synthetic Mobil 1. I also told them not to check anything as all was good, but I had to stop one guy who had an air hose by my right rear tire. When I left I checked my TPMS and the right rear was down 2 lbs. I have been coming to this place for a few years now...that should say something, right? Yeah, it says I'm in a hurry! It's hard to like a place you HAVE to go to in order to keep your automocar running well, isn't it? You're either a car person, or you're not, and if you aren't, then you have to have someone else do all of this for you. As the name of the place claims, they are a 10-minute oil & lube shop. These guys can be pretty friendly at times and certainly do a good job of making me laugh. This may be due to the fact that they recognize me when I pay them a visit. I'm amused they keep forgetting that my previous car wrecked...they loved that car. 10 minutes? That all depends on when you get there. If ALL they are doing is an oil change; then, yes you can be in and out in 10 minutes! If you happen to go after work, there is a good chance there will be a line, and if you're very unlucky, the other cars will need more than just an oil change. They have space to work on two cars at a time. They will also do Transmissions, Power Steering, and likely some other non-major maintenance. You can come back anytime between your present and next oil change and they will top you off if your automocar requires it. You may not want to wait in your car if garage fumes bother you. They do have a waiting room available! Overall, they are friendly, quick as they can be, and most importantly, honest. They've let me know when there are problems coming and they do not rush me to get them done. They simply inform me and leave the decision up to me. A final incentive for coming back is, after the 10th oil change, your next one is free. read more

All I have to say is WOW! GREAT SERVICE! It was my first time going (recommended by my neighbor). They open at 8am and I showed up a couple minutes till. When the shop opened its garage doors, a gentlemen (didn't get his name) signaled me to drive up. Not once did I ever have to leave my car. I told him I was in for an oil change and a new air filter. He then asked if I needed my tires checked, my lights checked, or my breaks checked. I let him know it was my first time there and if there was an extra cost for all of that. He said no and o said I'll take all of the above then. LOL. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Did I mention I never once did I have to leave my car? The oil change with a new air filter was $84. A little on the pricier side for me but i would definitely pay it again for that service. read more

I have not gone to this place for years because of previous bad work from one employee. He is the tall, thin, Hispanic shown on one of their pictures. He did not tell me my steering fluid needed to be changed. Said everything was fine. Very lazy worker. Also my car filter started leaking and I had to get that fixed. I went today after three years. I complained to boss about incident after he said I was not in computer and he said some amateur drivel about my license plate being wrong for an old car. Yeah old but in perfect running order. The man came by and mentioned it again. I realized I was experiencing harassment and hostility. Felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted these people handling my car. Left. Do not go there. I have gotten my vehicle's oil changed here several times and am pleased with the service. They are quick and have reasonable prices. This past week, I got an oil change and a few days later my car was completely dead. I found out that the oil plug had fallen out after not being securely replaced after the oil was changed. My truck was running with practically zero lubrication when it died on me. Thankfully, my car was towed before any serious damage could be done to the engine. Needless to say I was pretty upset with Lube Plus. I called them to explain the situation and demand that they pay for the repairs, bracing myself for a fight on their end. However, the gentleman I spoke with, Mike, was very friendly and took fault for the blunder. He reimbursed me for the repairs I got at the auto shop, cleaned all the spilled oil off the bottom of my truck, and even offered a free oil change next time I come back. I understand that mistakes happen. My truck's engine could have suffered severe, expensive damage but thankfully it didn't. Mike helped turn a potentially bad situation into a relatively painless one. He apologized for the mistake and was professional throughout the entire ordeal.
