The guys here are always fast, Friendly and efficient. Been coming here for years and bring all 3 of my vehicles here for oil changes. Brought my Subaru Forester in yesterday for the scheduled oil change and asked if they replace cabin air filters. (I had bought my own and was going to ask my son to replace it but since it was in my vehicle and was getting an oil change thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.) Yes, the sweet gentlemen, who's name I didn't get, took his time and changed my nasty cabin filter. What a breath of fresh air when I was heading home, LITERALLY. :) I will continue to support this business and these Amazing people who work here! KUUDOS..... read more

Great service. I've been going there for years and trust them wholeheartedly. And great prices.

Four years later and still the ONLY place I go to for an oil change! As a woman, it's sometimes nerve wrecking and we can get played, but not a Lube Plus. They are honest and real about what I do and do not need. I wish they provided more services (I.e brakes etc) because they are the only guys I trust. Thanks guys! read more

Went to 2 shops that tried to scam me. Lube plus checked my transmission and realized the it was fine and still had another year before it needed to be serviced. They saved me money and time with their honesty and skills. read more

I'm not a car person and taking my car in gives me anxiety and makes me nervous! But at Lube Plus all my anxieties fell away thanks to the top notch treatment I received at Lube Plus! Everyone that interacted with me was friendly, direct and made my experience a positive one. I was in and out in under an hour even though there was a line and I got two services done. AND the owner came to refill my coffee mid work- now that's service! I am actually looking forward to my next oil change now! read more

I drove up at 5:50. The open light was still on. When I searched for oil change stations on Maps, it had the business listed as open until 6pm. When I went inside and asked if they had time to do one more oil change, one of the workers said they closed at 5:30 and he pointed to a sign. When I checked their web site, it also listed their closing time as 6pm so Valvoline Instant Oil Change got my business. read more

tBh...I wanted to leave a review about how the got my car all messed up. However this is a turn around story......for taking your concerns up with management, they not only fixed the problem they made it double times better. I just want to give thanks to Mike and Brandon for fixing my sensors and having not such a bad attitude about it. You heard me out and wanted to fix the problem and for that I am grateful. I'm not talk no get over Mike genuinely fixed my car and genuinely cared. I have been coming here for almost two years and I haven't had a concern till recently and Mike did a TOP PERFORMANCE to keep his customer satisfaction. I will forever be grateful and definitely recommend. We are all human we make mistakes. It's the way you approach the situation and they reminded me of that. Thanks Guys!!! -Heather read more

Mike at this place did a great job! Took my VW Jetta in and he replaced the oil along with a piece that was draining the oil. He was honest and up front and I highly recommend them. I found my oil guys. Thanks Mike! read more

Great customer service and I'm a very satisfied customer. Shout out to Brandon for his outgoing and professional personality as well as the other workers there. Definitely recommend them for oil changes and great prices! read more

These guys are amazing. Extremely thorough and never force products on you. Most places will try to sell unnecessary things, these guys are honest and will let you know if you absolutely have to replace something or if it can wait until your next visit. I've recommended them to a lot of people and everyone has said nothing but great things. read more

I take my car to get an oil change every year here and they do an awesome job. They are quick and even check for other little things like air for my tires and signal light checks read more

Good value but wait time sucks. The need to pay more attention to front costumer service.

Quick and easy, professional work. Will go again. Reasonable prices for oil change $60-80 depending on what type.

Rude ass owner! I always go there for my oil change! They usually charge me $45 bucks. As a college student, I don't know a shit load stuff after car. My head light happens to die and I didn't know how to put the stuff on. I bought everything myself and ask if they know to put the headlight on for me. The owner told me he haven't done it before be he will try and let me know the estimate price. After my oil change he charge me $45 for my oil & $40 just to put my head light on. This is only one side man! And I told him if he's going to charge me that much already without letting me know, why don't he just change both of them. I mean I bought everything , he just have to connect them for me. But he said I he will charge me another 40 for the right side. Fuck this place! Always taking advantage of you! Key word " he will let me know the estimate price " But he didn't even let me know at all! He just charge me for it nor tell me. Dumbest place ever! If I could give this place a 0 I would! Go to Oil Guy y'all! It's only $30!!! Plus they pump your tires, clean your car, and do the little things you never expect for no additional charge! Unless this place! Oil guy actually help you! They don't ripped you off! read more

I have been coming to this place for a few years now...that should say something, right? Yeah, it says I'm in a hurry! It's hard to like a place you HAVE to go to in order to keep your automocar running well, isn't it? You're either a car person, or you're not, and if you aren't, then you have to have someone else do all of this for you. As the name of the place claims, they are a 10-minute oil & lube shop. These guys can be pretty friendly at times and certainly do a good job of making me laugh. This may be due to the fact that they recognize me when I pay them a visit. I'm amused they keep forgetting that my previous car wrecked...they loved that car. 10 minutes? That all depends on when you get there. If ALL they are doing is an oil change; then, yes you can be in and out in 10 minutes! If you happen to go after work, there is a good chance there will be a line, and if you're very unlucky, the other cars will need more than just an oil change. They have space to work on two cars at a time. They will also do Transmissions, Power Steering, and likely some other non-major maintenance. You can come back anytime between your present and next oil change and they will top you off if your automocar requires it. You may not want to wait in your car if garage fumes bother you. They do have a waiting room available! Overall, they are friendly, quick as they can be, and most importantly, honest. They've let me know when there are problems coming and they do not rush me to get them done. They simply inform me and leave the decision up to me. A final incentive for coming back is, after the 10th oil change, your next one is free. read more

I'll never go anywhere else. Now that means something!! Excellent customer service fast reliable service and a crew you can trust.

Friendly, authentic, and quick service. I came here for a quick oil change. Once he finished the job he went showed me the clean oil. Very reasonable prices. He didn't try to sell me services or products that I didn't need like other places do. No BS here! The one star review from the college student clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. Anywhere else you go they will charge you more than $40 for a headlight change. I'd like to see her try to do it herself. I will definitely be back. It's hard to find businesses with polite staff and honest service. I was also impressed they had bilingual workers! read more

All I have to say is WOW! GREAT SERVICE! It was my first time going (recommended by my neighbor). They open at 8am and I showed up a couple minutes till. When the shop opened its garage doors, a gentlemen (didn't get his name) signaled me to drive up. Not once did I ever have to leave my car. I told him I was in for an oil change and a new air filter. He then asked if I needed my tires checked, my lights checked, or my breaks checked. I let him know it was my first time there and if there was an extra cost for all of that. He said no and o said I'll take all of the above then. LOL. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Did I mention I never once did I have to leave my car? The oil change with a new air filter was $84. A little on the pricier side for me but i would definitely pay it again for that service. read more

2nd and last time here. Not only did they overfill my oil they also stuck conventional oil instead of synthetic Mobil 1. I also told them not to check anything as all was good, but I had to stop one guy who had an air hose by my right rear tire. When I left I checked my TPMS and the right rear was down 2 lbs. Dildo, if you let air out at least put it back. read more

I have not gone to this place for years because of previous bad work from one employee. He is the tall, thin, Hispanic shown on one of their pictures. He did not tell me my steering fluid needed to be changed. Said everything was fine. Very lazy worker. Also my car filter started leaking and I had to get that fixed. I went today after three years. I complained to boss about incident after he said I was not in computer and he said some amateur drivel about my license plate being wrong for an old car. Yeah old but in perfect running order. The man came by and mentioned it again. I realized I was experiencing harassment and hostility. Felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted these people handling my car. Left. Do not go there. Totally unprofessional. read more

I have been coming here for years and absolutely love this place. They always do such a great job, the guys are always super friendly and also hilarious. I have gotten my vehicle's oil changed here several times and am pleased with the service. They are quick and have reasonable prices. This past week, I got an oil change and a few days later my car was completely dead. I found out that the oil plug had fallen out after not being securely replaced after the oil was changed. My truck was running with practically zero lubrication when it died on me. Thankfully, my car was towed before any serious damage could be done to the engine. Needless to say I was pretty upset with Lube Plus. I called them to explain the situation and demand that they pay for the repairs, bracing myself for a fight on their end. However, the gentleman I spoke with, Mike, was very friendly and took fault for the blunder. He reimbursed me for the repairs I got at the auto shop, cleaned all the spilled oil off the bottom of my truck, and even offered a free oil change next time I come back. I understand that mistakes happen. My truck's engine could have suffered severe, expensive damage but thankfully it didn't. Mike helped turn a potentially bad situation into a relatively painless one. He apologized for the mistake and was professional throughout the entire ordeal. Despite their blunder, I will continue to come here for oil changes, because they have shown their integrity and honesty as a business. read more

Helpful, didn't try to rip me off like other places I've been to. Sometimes it can be awkward going to an auto shop being a woman but didn't get that vibe at all here. Ralph let me get out and look at what was wrong with my car and gave me suggestions on where to start because it was a relatively simple fix. Definitely would recommend. read more
