This shop is great. I came in with a car where I had thrown the axle out of alignment so far that it had caused a fast-leaking tire. They informed me it would take about 3.5 to 4 hours to repair. And were done in about 3. They were friendly and very accommodating highly recommend. The Service a good value to, and make sure spring for the warranty, you be grateful for later. It is time to change the tire the service will be free if you are within the warranty window. read more

In my opinion, tires are not exciting to buy. I seem to need them at the worst possible time, and it is an expense that I never look forward to. I hate calling around different shops asking for prices , and trying to schedule an installation time that works with my schedule. I knew of this shop for a while now. Angel and the staff installed tires on my wife's car a few months ago ,and the pricing and service was excellent. I walked into the shop a few days ago unannounced and asked Angel if he had time to get me in for a new set of tires. Angel was able to honor a buy 2 / get 2 free promotion on a set of Falken tires . My car was ready for pickup in a few hours , and the tires look great. Thank you Angel for making the purchasing and installation process painless. See you in 5000 miles for a rotation. read more

What a scam. I purchased insurance for a tire when I paid for a whole(4) set. When I needed a tire I had to pay for a HazMat fee of $58. That's the price of a new tire. I wasn't informed when I paid for the original set and "insurance" that there would be additional fees. Service here is nothing but lies now that they replaced the whole crew. read more

I have used this shop for more than 6 years but recently hired a new manager and things are no longer great here.

G is awesome !!! Very helpful . Came in not knowing anything about tires . He was very blunt on what I needed and was real. I don't regret coming here. read more

Thank you G for the great service. Came in with a flat tire, G got us fixed up and on our way at a great price. Plus if you do have to wait there is plenty to do on those 4 corners. Thanks again for the great job. read more

***BEWARE*** DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE **** My sister brought in her car for new tires & they wrecked her car driving it into the shop. A month later & their insurance is claiming it as a TOTAL LOSS!!! Initially the shop tried to pull a fast one & told my sister her brakes "failed" to try and blame the car for the wreck which clearly they lied & ended up accepting fault. How do you trust a business that tried avoiding fault? Now she's left with no car due to their negligence! Mind you her car was in EXCELLENT condition just needed tires and is now left with NO CAR!!! Do NOT trust this place with your car!!! read more

Came in this morning and met G, who was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable regarding the best tires for my vehicle. G made sure I was informed of the type of tire he was offering, the warranty, and also reassured me Discount Tire would service the tires if any issues came up under the warranty. Angel and store manager G were amazing. We were first nervous to see completely new staff but they made us feel welcomed and took care of us immediately. G is awesome. He will do his best to help. Job doesn't get started until he gets the okay. My personal experience is honest and quality work. I used to go to the location near me which is on blackstone and Herndon but quality has gone down in that location so I'm willing to come across town to get great service. read more

Update, The manager, ain't gonna say his full name But starts with an "R", Is completely rude and disrespectful and doesn't know the laws of automotive, They refused to refund my control arm work that i paid for but due to there neglect they forgot to completely torque down the Control arm bolt to spec, and i took it to another shop to get it looked at, they told me it was practically Hanging out and almost loose completely, Do not go here because there "master mechanic " name starts with a J, Has apparently 40 some years of experience but forgets to torque a main key component? If there was an accident because of there neglect, that would be responsible fully , But the district manager, he's Dope, We talked personally and he refunded me after his Manager Refused, and the district manager made it right read more

Angel and G were so helpful for my first oil change. Recommend coming here for any car needs and they will take good care of your vehicle. o

Have come in twice in the last year. Amazing service and prices. Everything is taken care of and they are very helpful!

I was told the price of repairs would be $2300. While the car was in the shop, they said I needed new tires and that it would cost another $394. I agreed to that. Later the agent told me I would get one tire for free, and then he said they would give me two tires for free. However, when I went to pay at the end of the day, he charged me $3300. After several minutes of typing on the computer, he got it down to $2700. So no discount on the tires. If you go to this shop, I recommend keeping the printed invoice with you and requesting an email copy of any further work charges. Check your total at the end and make sure it adds up right. I will not be going back there. read more

Great customer service! Lermo Vargas went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price available

This place is awesome! They are very helpful and genuine. I've been to this location before to get help with a nail in my tire and they were nice to patch it up. Today I went in because my splash plate came off and the front service advisor Ruben was friendly and helpful. He helped me get the plate back on without any frustration. I will definitely be getting my tires from here after my experience today with the team. read more

I have been going to Discount Tires for many years. I can always depend on them to be honest and truthful when it comes to what my car needs, whether it's tires or automotive work. They don't try to upsell. They always are honest and forthcoming. A lot of times they have specials on tires and I get extra stuff like tickets to water parks or baseball games. And the guys in the office are amazing, especially Rouben. I bring multiple cars to discount tires, specifically the Clovis location. Great location, great service, and great tires. read more

Im just stopping through Fresno and came first thing in the morning to get an oil change before a big trip out of the city. Rouben was so kind and friendly, he made me feel very comfortable and like my car was well taken care of. Everything was very fairly priced and they never tried to sell me on any service I didn't need. I found out we have one in my home town and if the service is anything like what I had today, I will definitely be going regularly now. read more

Don't buy battery or get your car serviced at this branch. Bad experience. They changed my battery and charged me 100 dollars for the labor, they claim they give you free check up on preventive maintenance inspection and they check charging system and reported all good. But on the bottom of receipt it says labor charges 96.95 . Not even a week after, battery light turned on so I brought back car and now they said alternator is the problem. So they were trying to sell me 435 on alternator plus labor, when you can get for 100 bucks in Amazon and 231 on autozone. They also told me they called me several times when my phone didn't even have any calls from them. They lie. He blamed the phone company. Service Manager Shawn is red flag. read more

If you do not care about your vehicle then YES go here. Not sure what kind of business they're running here but man it is not a good one. So much went wrong during my visit at this "tire shop". To name a few, starting with stripped wheel studs, scratched rims, dirty wheels after job, no care in parking the cars, etc.. Also the price for their service is not up to par. I'd understand the price if there was care given during the job but there isn't any at all. The quote I received was fine ( thinking it was quality work) but after seeing what my wheel and tires looked like after...it isn't. Then they also cause issues on the car (stripping studs) to then giving you an "option" to fix it by them. Which by then you don't even feel safe driving the car. Quotes are laughable as well. SMH... Just go elsewhere. Somewhere that has pride in their work and will treat other peoples' property with care. read more

I had a great experience when dealing with Javier. Got one heck of a deal on a set of tires and a serpentine belt. Javier took the time to show me the belt. Wow it was close to going. Thanks to the technician that caught during his inspection. I feel safer leaving discount tires today! read more

Loved the deal I got at this location, they helped me out with 4 new tires and an alignment all under $700 which is a steal in my mind. Manager Ruben is a very nice guy too, definitely would recommend getting tires here instead of those big chain stores like Pep boys or Les schwab. For the same quality of service at a cheaper price, this is the place to go. Very quick service as well. read more
