great service and the wait wasn't long. good pricing and friendly, professional staff.

Place use to be awesome. It's gotten so bad though. I will start with the good. I purchased a set of Toyo ATIII's from them a few years back. They had the best price and the guy that helped me was awesome. I've gotten my tires rotated there since, but not any longer. The last two times I had an appointment has been horrible. Todays appointment (June 22, 2026) was the last straw. I made my appointment for 8 am so I wouldn't miss much work. I got there at 7:45 AM. There were already a few people in the parking lot. Doors open and I went in. I was second in line. I tell the guy that I have an 8am appointment for my F350. I can tell right away the guy was not thrilled about being at work this morning. He checks me in and I sit down. There was a walk-in behind me for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was waiting in the lobby I see they take her F150 immediately. Mine is still in the lot. It's 8:45 now and my truck is still in the parking lot. I go to the counter to voice my concerns. The guy tells me that his tech "with the big tools" just got in and they are going to take my truck now. What does that even mean??? Why even schedule my appt when they KNOW what I drive? This was the kicker for me though. While waiting in the lobby a gentleman came to check in. He asked the EMPLOYEE how he's doing this morning. The employee said to him, "Busy...how are you?" I was like... did I really just hear that? Then, a call came in. I assume the person on the phone asked him how he was doing too because the employee said, "Busy...how can I help you?" That was it. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. My truck was done and I left at 9:20 am. Never returning. read more

I went in on a Sunday morning, shop was kinda busy and Shop Manager Diego greeted me right away. Although it was busy, he took really good care of me. I was in and out of there in no time because his mechanics knew what they were doing. I've been coming here for many years now and it's definitely one of the best tire shop in the County. read more

Came in for an oil change (because it was due) not because anything was wrong. When I get to the shop the manager lets me know that my two front tires are balding from the inside. Fine. I had them replace the front two tires. Almost $800 later I go home and hear a slight humming. Think nothing of it maybe because tires are new. Next morning I notice there is an oil leak. I take it back they fix the leak. Later that day I hear the humming get louder. I call and take it back in they say my wheel bearings is broken on the passenger side. Now another $600 to fix a problem that didn't exist when I brought it in 3 days ago. I would skip going into this shop. Look for a local trusted mechanic instead. That's what I'll be doing. read more

I was there four hours without an appointment; however, everything that I wanted done got done and it was well worth it. I know next time to set up an appointment, especially not in the beginning of the month. Thank you so much, American tire depot. I really appreciate it. I'll be a returning customer. read more

Front office service, polite- quality work and completed timely and fair price. Only reason (4) stars was I had to bring to their attention (2) valve stems left off two tires. And-dirty foot prints on carpet and scuff marks on interior bottom door of driver side. Overall satisfied and will return when needed. read more

Awesome ac service and affordable! People are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely comeback here!

This was my first time visiting American Tire Depot (on 4/20/26). I was helped by Randy, and his customer service is next level. They did an alignment on my Tesla, informed me that the lower control arms were worn and needed to be replaced. They offered to do the work but at a staggering quote of $2,352.32. I opted to do the work myself, and since ATD warranties their alignment work, I was able to take the car back after having done the work, and the aligned the car for free of charge, which really impressed me. They offer a 3 month or 3k mile warranty, whichever comes first. Once again on this visit (5/29/26) I was helped by Randy, and again, awesome customer service, very friendly shop and prompt service. Couldn't recommend them enough for car alignments. read more

Honesty. Told me I still ad lots of life in brake pads. Didn't try and upsell me o anything. Randy was great. Thanks guys

I was told it would take an hour and 30 minutes to place my tires. I've waited for 4 hours and I'm still currently waiting. I was told my alignment would take 15 minutes and it's been almost an hour and I'm still waiting. The staff should not give any time waiting periods when they are so inaccurate. It's more frustrating to wait beyond the expected time. read more

Good is that they honored the correction. Bad is that they didn't do a good job in the first instance. The car was sent there for alignment, but it was found that the car was going sideways. So, had to be sent back for correction. read more

These guys are fantastic; always friendly, honest, and fast. We've used them for some time and never had a bad experience. Most recently, I dropped in, without an appointment, for a brake check. About 20 minutes later I left with reassurances that (other than a little accumulated debris, which they cleaned) my brakes were in great shape, and a tire rotation for good measure. The very helpful gentleman told me he had good news and bad news. The good news, my brakes looked great. The bad news, he didn't get to make any money today. Definitely a favorite here in the area. read more

I've been coming to this locations for years. Awesome service and price decent. Randy and Harvey have the best personalities!!!!

Worst service ever. Appointment was at 9 Waited 3 hours for tire/oil change came back and said I ordered the wrong tires online 2 hours after I checked the car in, offered a different tire for 1000 dollars when the ones I ordered were under 5 then when I said no they said they could take off 300? So they are just scamming people with the mark up? Then they tried to shame us by saying the tires we ordered are low quality even tho they are made by the same manufacturer that makes high end tires? Scummbags and will neeeeever recommend this place. Also they cranked the heater on in the waiting room so you can't even wait in the facility. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Took my car here because it was making a noise on the passenger front which I thought was maybe a worn tire. The mechanic drove with me in the car heard the same noise that I heard. Did the diagnostics and told me that it was the wheel bearing on the passenger front? I approved for them to change the wheel bearing and do an alignment. Took them longer than it should because they had trouble getting the wheel bearing off. Finally got the car ready, took it home the next day drove it and could hear another noise in the same area, but a different noise it was more of a clinking. The mechanic again drove it with me heard the noise. He didn't have much to say to me because I ask him are you sure you didn't do something to cause this since you had trouble getting the wheel bearing off? He wouldn't speak so they did a diagnostic then proceeded to tell me that it needs $1006 worth of work done. They said the front passenger strut and tie rod needed to be replaced along with the left side and that they needed to do another alignment. Then they proceeded to tell me that the mechanic and Ruben the sales person told me that it was making that noise when I first brought it in, but they were concentrating on the noise. I told him I heard. This was a flat out lie, and if it needed that work and they heard another noise, why was it not on my paperwork when they released my car because usually any reputable mechanic will tell you what other work it needs to be done and they will noted on the paperwork that you have declined to have it done. None of that was done. read more

Bought four new sets of tires only ended up leaving with three. They told me I needed alignment and that my TPMS sensors were bad. I watched the whole process while they were putting the truck on the lift for an alignment. I didn't even request and then the guy tried to lift it off the alignment rack and didn't know how to lift the back of the . I watched them as they cut off a piece of the tire that he said it was excessive and then tried to mount it on the rim. Had a meeting with his colleagues to see if it was OK and then tells me that it won't affect the bead. Look at the pictures. The tires got cut a deep cut . I told him no thanks I'll take the other three since they're on. I went to the Le Schwab and bought the new tire. read more

Diego is Great! Ask for him, knowledgeable and honest to you about necessary repairs.

I visited American Tire Depot in Clovis December 24 to check on a tire reading low pressure. I was on my way home to LA for the holiday. The staff promptly determined I had a nonreparable tire puncture. They discussed tire options with me, replaced the tire and got me on my way safely. Good service and will definitely go back. I had my tire sensors and tires replaced. Best prices.

What a great experience! In from out of town, had the dreaded low air warning light on the dash, darned tires are new! Looked and looked, couldn't find a nail or impaled object, found this shop online and headed over. Was told it would take 45-60 minutes to get it looked at as they were very busy. Just about 50 minutes later, technician came over and I explained what was happening, and that I had inflated tire back up to pressure twice, and that it seemed to leak faster when driving. Tire revealed no punctures, no leaks, but when applying sideways pressure to valve stem, lo and behold, small leak! Tech replaced valve stem, reinstalled tire, all done quickly, and very courteously. Went to pay the bill, all they said was "have a great day and safe travels!" because they repair flats for free! Thank you for the great service and for getting us back on the road quickly and safely! read more

I've been a regular customer at this shop, and usually the service is great. But after my oil change yesterday, I noticed they didn't actually rotate my tires, even though they offered it. I pointed out scuffs on my rims to prove it. Then, they also tried to skip a $15 discount, and they claimed my brake pads were all rated green--when just last visit, some were yellow.
