This place truly went above and beyond! The shop closes at 6:30 PM, and I gave them a call at 6:20 PM to inquire about tires. Despite being near closing time, they offered me a very reasonable price for all four tires, including mounting and balancing--and told me they could do it that same evening. The only issue was that my son was still at soccer practice with about an hour to go, and I didn't want him waiting around afterward. When I explained that, they told me they could get the tires done in less than 10 minutes. My response was sure buddy! I quickly agreed--and let me tell you, it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew in action! Fast, efficient, and professional. I was genuinely impressed. Had my front driver side tire pop on my way to Madera. So I was stranded on the 99 North. I called all the tire shops in madera. They wanted to charge me $400 for my 2 front tires. Which is not reasonable at all. Luckily I called one of my friends who referred me to Grace Tires. Owner stayed after hours to make sure he could get me back on the road. worst tire shop ever...got 3 of my tires change . Got 3 used tire he try charging me $200 more. First he got the wrong size for my tire. I have to tell him. After all the tires were in we drive off and we hear a loud noise coming from our tire so we check. Back tire has bumps all over it which make weird noises when I drive. Left tire has a hole , air was coming out every time I drive so my tire pressure was always low. So not okay. Will never go back and support it. They also purposely put hella air in my tire so it will popped , so I have to get some air out of tire myself. Horrible experience and horrible job. You guys need to do better. read more

I woke up to a nail in my tire this morning. After looking on Yelp and seeing that almost all of the tire shops close at 5pm, I found Grace Tires which closed at 6. Which was great because I wasn't off until 5. As a woman I'm always pretty weary about going to tire shops without my male cousin mainly because a lot of them tend to take advantage of you, however, they did not make me feel like that here. They could've very easily said my tire couldn't be repaired to get me to buy a new tire, and honestly I wouldn't have known if it could be repaired or not, and bought a new tire had they said that, but they didn't. The man that helped me was so nice and he fixed my tire and replaced the spare I had on there within about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back here whenever needed. I wish I would've gotten the mans name that helped us but regardless of who it was, if this is the type of business they run... honest and kind, I'll definitely be back. read more

There's a ton of tire places in Fresno and after calling 4-5 I was getting frustrated. All of them acted like they didn't have time to talk on the phone to see if they had what I needed in stock or just try to help me at all. Or they said to come down to them before they could help me. More like come so they can sell me whatever makes them the most money. I called grace. Omar immediately upon calling started going over options as to what he could get me that same day and what would suit my needs/wants. He must have spent 15 minutes going over things with no promise that I would even come in. He got me a great deal on some top notch tires that day and I couldn't be happier. On 3/20/24 I needed my tires to be changed because they were getting bald. I called 4-6 tire shops for a, all 4 new tires quote. The quote was too high above my budget and the company employees did not seem to budge on their prices or negotiate with me. I then proceeded to ride to a tire shop that was nearby my home. They gave me a price of $380.00 for 4 new tires. I was indecisive and called my last option that was Grace Tires!!! As I was on the phone the tire shop I currently was at then decided to try to negotiate and dropped down $80.00. I did not feel like I can trust this shop. I wish I called this shop first! They helped negotiate a good price to pay for my new 4 tires that go up 50k miles with a huge DISCOUNT that fit right into my budget. Omar was the employee I spoke with, this was the most respectful, smart, caring, awesome mechanic person I ever met. He made sure we were on the same page, and that I understood what he was telling me. Which made the bond between an employee and customer closer. This guy got me to be a permanent client for Grace Tires. I don't think I will need to find any other tire/auto shop!!!
