Went there to mount on a fresh new rim and tire but they weren't even able to put on the tire and proceeded to scratch my wheel. They took over an hour and a half to get nothing done and left me with a scratched up wheel and didn't even offer to compensate for it. They talked too much and threw tires around like they don't care. Best service in town. Cheap tires in good condition. They sure have a ton of tires for such a small place. Stacked all neatly. These guys were amazing!!! I had a low tire so I pulled in. There was already someone in the dock. No problem the guy says. I told him about the low tire and the guy Paul says. We can fix it right here. Go ahead and shut off the engine. Next thing I knew. He had a jack under the car. Tire came off like a race car pit worker. Lol A couple minutes later he came back with a cleaned up tire. That was a fast patch!! Paul said he understands that I probably have lots of other thing to do besides sit at the tire shop. This guy was great. I find out a little later that it was Paul Pacheco. The owner's son. Call the head of time for a tire told me to come in to get it replaced. The guy has one tire which doesn't match any of my tires. Tread totally different. Gave F's if I was satisfied or not, I will never go there again. read more

The people at Pacheco Tires are nice and very helpful. I had a problem taking of lug nuts from my truck because the previous owner put locking nuts on it, but I didn't have the right lug key. Great Guys! Family Business! One of their specialties is cutting and buffing white wall tires. I took my 1978 Cadillac Seville there recently and they cut 2" whitewalls in less than an hour. The tires are beautiful and they literally saved me over $500. I was going to buy some 2" White Wall Coker tires. Pacheco Tires charged me $25.00 per tire for a total of $100. Thanks again guys! They quoted me $100 over the phone. I ended up paying $60. As usual the service was quick and professional. Me & my husband, we needed new tires and we like supporting local businesses so we came here. In Sept 2016, got all four NEW tires. Cannot complain, they were really friendly in the beginning. I called different places, but this place had a bargain. The owner/ manager Juan reassured before I bought the tires that it had warranty and if I were to get a FLAT it would have covered me. He really wanted to sell me these tires. I even told him what would happen if I got a flat, he said to bring it in and they will fix it. My husband is my witness to his words. I barely got my tires for 3 months and I got a flat. It's unfortunate and it happens, so I call them about it. They denied even saying any of that. He now says if it's not a manufacturing defect it would not cover. I was in disbelief. I remember talking to his employee "Long" when I got my tires. I asked to speak to him & Juan would not allow me to. He said it wouldn't make a difference, I told him again if I could just speak to him. He had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called again, he still refused then later suggested we call at a later time since his employee is busy and they gotta make money. Apparently they don't have a care in their customers and customer service. This was not a heated argument type call, it was straight forward. I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. The manager is a joke & very unclear with his service. I am from Fresno, and this place is taking advantage of people. Don't trust them!!! My friends and family will know about this place. read more
